Intro (short)
First, my english is bad, and i feel bad. Second, I'm seeing army of ppl coming and say "Ori is AP mid you ignorant **** she's **** support" etccc. Nvm just ignore'em.
Ori can actually support. Really hard. Really really hard. I'm gonna try to explain to you how to. Don't expect to carry your whole team, eh, you're a support.
DISCLAIMER : I'm awful at league (Silver III). But i've been playing since beta. I know the mechanics. I know the champs, all the champs. That allows me to rape unexperienced S3 fresh newcomers trying to get out of silver. THIS BUILD IS NOT FOR COMPETITIVE PLAY (maybe it would work, but as i'm not on competition scene, i can't say).
So, this being said, we can start.

Orianna and The Ball now fight as Champions in the League of Legends, using her sometimes misguided morality as a compass. She tries in earnest to fit in with those around her. However, no matter how hard she tries, Orianna can never be human and there is always something unnerving and alien about her. Though she attempts social interaction with other champions in the League of Legends, there are few who can get past her exotic nature. To many, it's as if there's nothing inside, that Orianna is just a soulless clockwork shell – a dangerous and deadly one at that. However, all along she remains the perfect daughter in her father's eyes.
"Dance with me, my pet. Dance with me into oblivion."

+ She's a robot.
+ She's a robot with boobs.
+ Versatile champion. Can deal damage, shield, buff, slow, and melt faces with R
+ A good R win your teamfight/game.
+ Low base cooldowns, but SPAMGODESS with cdr.
CONS
- Very squishy early game
- No real/direct escape mechanics
- Easy to learn, very hard to master
- No hard CC besides ult
- No heal
- Her ball is like a gremlin, MANA HUNGRY, especially after midnight.
Blue scaling mr glyphs, if you prefer flat mr, you can use it too. Nothing to discuss about.
Red marks, actually you are free on these. I like mana/5, but you can either choose Magic penetration or armor.
Seals are about armor and life, you can swap with w/e you like.
Passive

This passive is awesome. Orianna mid players know well how powerful this passive is. As a support, it gives your AAs super poke power. Abuse it from the bush, then use E => (almost)free harass.
Q

Time to get ballz. One in particular. This one. What to say on this spell. Many, many things.
Zoning tool, farm tool, harass tool, scouting tool, and base to all other Ori abilities.
Use it early to zone your oppos + AAs, Ori is one of the hardest harasser @lvl1.
W

Great spell, much slow, such damage, wow so OP.
As a support, you will not use this spell as a mid Ori does. Why ? Because you max it at last, its damage is very low, its manacost is high, and cd doesnt allow you to use it as much as you would want. No worries, this spell is still very important. Use it to speed up you carry, slow down ennemies, slow down upcoming junglers etc... Be sure to always benefit from both the speed up and the slow, this is how you use this spell right.
E

Main spell as supporianna. Armor and mr bonus for the target, damage enemies in his path. Low cooldown, decent shield, combined with W and/or R, disruptive in teamfights.
Always keep in mind that the shield comes when the ball is ON the target, not half way, not when the ball hit the target (I'm saying this because much of allies died because of that).
You need steel reflexes/be korean to use this spell at 100%. Remember to always have your ball attached to your carry when playing defensive or during a dive. It can save his life.
R

Do i really need to explain this spell ? This is the meltdown spell. Press R, and if you did it right the game is yours. Note that closer the enemies are from the edge, the more they will be bounced.
Use R to initiate fights, here's how to.
Step 1: Use E on initiator.
Step 2: Use W if he needs help to close the gap.
Step 3: Press R
Step 4: ????
Step 5: Profit.
Why ? You really asked me why ?
Because every single enemy hit by the ball, Q, W, E, R, will be slowed like hell. If you hit 5 with your Q+W, consider them dead (55% slow is like Nasus'
