Introduction

I use this build in top, mid, and bot. I've tried it in Dominion with slightly different items and the game still goes well. Same with Twisted Treeline. So go ahead and try this build with those maps!
If you like this guide, please give it a thumbs up. If you didn't, please explain why in the comments and I will try to fix it as soon as possible. So sit back, relax, and enjoy. :)
Here is
Teemo's lore if you haven't read it yet.
"Teemo rides a thin line between chipper compatriot and unrepentant killer, but there's no one else I'd rather have as a friend." -Tristana, The Megling Gunner
Teemo is a legend among his yordle brothers and sisters in Bandle City. As far as yordles are concerned, there is something just slightly off about him. While Teemo enjoys the companionship of other yordles, he also insists of frequent solo missions in the ongoing defense of Bandle City. Despite his genuinely warm personality, something switches off inside Teemo's mind during combat so that the lives he must end while on patrol do not burden him. Even as a young recruit, the drill instructors and other trainees found it a little disconcerting that, while Teemo was normally charming and kind, he turned deadly serious and highly efficient the minute combat exercises began. Teemo's superiors quickly steered him toward the Scouts of the Mothership, which is one of Bandle City's most distinguished Special Forces unit alongside the Megling Commandos.
While most yordles do not handle solo scouting missions with a great deal of finesse, Teemo is remarkably efficient at them. His record of success in defending Bandle City from infiltrators easily makes him one of the most dangerous yordles alive, though you'd never know it by having a cup of honey mead with him at his favorite inn. Bandle City chose Teemo as their first champion for the League, and he has taken to it like a duck to water. His signature weapon - a blowgun - uses a rare ajunta poison he personally gathers from the jungles of Kamungu. To help cope with his lengthy periods of isolation, Teemo recently struck up a friendship with Tristana, a fellow League champion and fellow member of Bandle City's Special Forces. This connection is healthy for both yordles, though now Valoran's voracious media outlets circulate rumors that the friendship is turning into a romantic relationship. Regardless, Teemo is a crowd favorite in the League of Legends, and a pint-sized foe that many have come to fear.

Alternative Summoner Spells

This is always an okay spell for people that play new champions. You can use this spell in teamfights if you're low health, and you'll also heal nearby teammates. Use it when you're going to turret dive someone or if someone is going to turret dive you.

Every other spell that I didn't mention, don't get.
If you don't know what
Teemo's abilities are, they're down here.
If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for a short duration, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.
This passive is really useful, but is sort of a restricted stealth ability. This passive is helpful if you are being chased by an enemy just slow them down with some
Noxious Traps and hide in a bush and stealth. The champ who was chasing you will have no clue where you are and you can get away safely
Obscures an enemy with a powerful poison, dealing damage to the target unit and causing all attacks to miss for the duration.
This skill is very useful against many melee champs, like
Master Yi,
Darius, and
Tryndamere. If you're going 1v1 against an enemy melee champ, you can blind the opponent for a few seconds, and the person will not be able to do any damage against you, unless they use their own skill.
Teemo scampers around, passively increasing his movement speed until he is struck by an enemy champion or turret. Teemo can sprint to gain bonus movement speed that isn't stopped by being struck for a short time.
This skill is useful for running away from enemies, and chasing enemies. This skill is pretty self-explanatory.
Each of Teemo's attacks will poison the target, dealing damage on impact and each second after for 4 seconds.
This skill is very useful for getting enemies that are very low health and get a few more shots on them and they die under the turret. This skill is basically just like
Ignite but passive.
Teemo plants an explosive poisonous trap using one of the mushrooms stored in his pack. If an enemy steps on the trap it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time.
This ability is what makes Teemo unique. You can get kills with mushrooms out of the ordinary, even when your dead. This is most useful when you're chasing or running away from enemies. When you are chasing them, they hit the mushroom and then they get slowed letting you be able to catch them. If you are getting chased, run behind one of your mushrooms and then they enemy is slowed and you can escape.

EARLY GAME ITEMS

MIDDLE GAME ITEMS

LATE GAME ITEMS

Laning Phase
In the early laning phase, you should really focus on harassing the enemy champion. When an enemy gets too close, just use the basic attack +
Blinding Dart + basic attack combo. That should do an okay amount of damage and the enemy usually backs up. Also remember that
Toxic Shot does damage over time so if the enemy is low health, the poison will probably kill them.
Once you hit level 6, start planting mushrooms in all the bushes by your lane. Put the shrooms from the top of the bush, the middle of the bush, and the bottom of the bush. If the enemy runs through all of the shrooms, you should do a good amount of damage to them.
After Laning Phase
After the laning phase, you should really start planting your mushrooms all over the map. Near the blue buffs, and the red buffs. Basically, by all the jungle camps. You will want to try to plant mushrooms in all of the bushes you can find. Also, make sure to plant a shroom by Dragon, and when you get far into the game enough, make sure you ward Baron Nashor. Ward entrances to baron. Also ward areas where you think a teamfight would be. Also if you're chasing down an enemy, make sure your teammates are near by. You don't want to be chasing a low health enemy and then a full health enemy rushes at you and knocks you out. You want to be able to run away from the enemy and run to your teammates. Like a baby walking to their parent.

When you are
Teemo, you will always need to farm a lot.
You have two farming advantages. Your
Toxic Shot and your
Noxious Trap. When you're farming, you can use
Toxic Shot to your advantage. For example, all you need to do get a few shots on a minion, you don't need their health gone, just a little drained and your poison should kill them.
You can also use
Noxious Trap to your advantage. If there is a huge creep wave coming your way and you have some mushrooms available. You can plant down a mushrooms in front of the minions and if the minions step over it, you should be able to kill a whole whallop of them. (if you are high enough level and have enough ap).
