That is the range on his jump. You would want to abuse that passive by last hitting minions by jumping from the bush. Then when you have full ferocity use your q to harrass your opponent. When you hit level 6 make sure to have full ferocity stacks and push the minion wave so you can roam to mid lane or bot.
The red dot means Starting camp. Make sure to smite Golems or Gromps as soon as they spawn so you can get a lower cool down to smite your Blue/Red buff.
The Purple and Orange color represent the bushes in lane.
The White lines represent the path Rengar should take.
Blue Side
Golems > Red camp > Wolves > Blue Buff

Gromp > Blue Camp > Wolves > Red Buff

One thing I notice whenever I see Rengar players do with his stacks is, whenever they get full Ferocity stacks they just blow it right away when they're killing creeps. When It reaches full stacks you should save it for ganking with his E-Bola! (I'm so sorry, bad joke :D).

What he did was he used his Empowered E as he leaped mid-air to snare his targets. This is one of the most important tricks you should learn if you are ganking with Rengar.
Saving the max Ferocity stacks (empowered) is crucial.

Flash - This spell is a must have on Rengar, without it you are useless
Ignite - Ignite is really good to secure yourself a kill to start snowballing. Overall you should take ignite to add that pressure to your opponent.
Smite - Of course you should take this if you are jungle, what kind of troll do you think you are?
Exhaust - I would usually take exhaust on big late game champs like Nasus, Riven, Irelia, Pantheon, Fiora, Hecarim, etc.
Cleanse - Take cleanse on high cc champs that would lock you down and F*** you (Lissandra) And by the way, Cleanse does NOT work on SUPRESSESS I learned it the hard way
Teleport - Ah Teleport, such a conformist summoner spell. I personally do not like teleport on Rengar because I feel as if it's not that important on him. But if you want to take it on him go right ahead for the ult+tp.
