Intro
This is my first ever guide and I've chosen Singed, first of all because he was already good in the old map, and has what it takes to keep it up in the new one.
So let's get down to business!
Runes
As you can see, Singed fuels his speed, but as a tank improves his durability with glyphs and seals.
Finally we add some more damage to the mix with the marks.
STRONGLY recomend maxing Expanded Mind , Meditation , Swiftness and Strength of Spirit , the rest is up to you.
Health is just Health, but Mana is Mana AND Health, keeping this in mind...
Early Build
Rush for your first Catalyst the Protector ASAP, then boots (we can wait for them 'cause we spent Masteries and Runes for that reason)
Then you start building up your AP Blasting Wand > Rod of Ages
You can now check if you are doing good or not. If you finish Rod of Ages before 15:00 you are doing great, otherwise as long as it takes, the worst because you need 15 more minutes to fully develop it, what means that for almost the whole rest of the game you will be better and better even if you bought nothing else.
Mid Game
Now you must choose your boots.
- Balanced team - Mercury's (90% of the games)
- No CC, no AP threats - Boots of Swiftness
Depending on your play style you can add Banshee's Veil for being more defensive or Blackfire Torch for being more agressive, either way you must finish the other item next. Try to always start with a Catalyst the protector and then choose your own path.
End game
Most games will be over or nearly over, but if that's not the case, you have again 2 items to choose from, depending on your team needs.
If you are getting lots of kills and want a nice boost on every aggressive stat that you need Wooglet's Witchcap is your way to go, on the other hand if you want to get more tanky and be a pain to escape from, Rylai's Crystal Scepter is the item for you.
Once again choose depending on your needs, playstyle or personal preference, if the game lasts long enough, you should build both of them.
My first skill can be either Fling or Poison Trail, depending on the chances of getting first blood.
But either way I always max Poison Trail first, followed by Mega Adhesive due to the high movement speed debuff, you can make them waste even a Flash by just throwing your adhesive, it is also perfect for reaching that squishy before it goes too far, or even escaping from hard situations.
Singed is a durable, fast AP tank. He's ulti grants him even more speed, health regeneration and damage. You are in charge of messing every team fight with your poison, but with your speed, you can try a fast capturing attempt or counter one your enemy team does.
Keep in mind you have no wards, so you have to always keep an eye on your closest exit.
There are less ways to go if you are top, but a bit more if you are in the mid jungle.
Both lanes are closer, and the captured shrines give a bit of vision, try to focus on initiate when with your team, and preventing enemy "solo-ers" from escaping you or your team mates
I usually play him on bot, but that's because you can go in and out of the jungle more often, not for jungling but for giving some backup to your jungler or capturing
