The most important thing on Tryndamere is farming. It's an easy and safe way to get items and carry the game. You can see more about wave management in the bottom of the guide^^

Other things that might help you climb:
Focus on your own mistakes not your teams mistakes
Don't use the chat, it will only distract you
If you die a lot then buy more pink wards to prevent ganks and look at the minimap more often to see if you can find the enemy jungler. If you see the enemy jungler botside, you can play aggressive without the risk of getting ganked.

HIGHLIGHTED VIDEO

Hello guys this is my Tryndamere guide. I have been playing since season 2 and have been Challenger the last 4 seasons. I started playing Tryndamere in season 2 and back there he actually had a 7 seconds ultimate hehe. I got 2 accounts in Challenger at the moment and I'm trying to get my 3. smurf to Challenger. Right now I focus only on toplane where I play Tryndamere most of the time. You can join my stream if you want, would love that^^ https://www.twitch.tv/kurtdenstore21. Tryndamere is able to 1v9 if he gets fed, so I would recommend you to try him! Just a great Champ^^

This is my Challenger accounts

This is my greatest winstreak of all time in ranked

This is 2 of my smurfs
This is my friend: https://www.twitch.tv/prizmsnipe

Hope you have a great day!^^

PROS

+ The ult is broken if you use it the right way.
+ Fast jungle clear.
+ Good sustain with q.
+ is the best splitpusher.
+ He can 1v1 almost everybody.
+ He got great mobility.
+ Strong in lategame.

Tryndamere is a great splitpusher because he's fast & that makes it possible for him to play around the map more and get away if the enemy team collapse. His great mobility is one of the tricky ones, where you have such a great outplay potential towards the enemy, but you need to keep an eye on enemy team so you don't get surprised by ganks. He clears jungle fast so you can get ahead by taking jungle camps when you don't have minions on your turret. Because of his ultimate he is one of the most feared champions in lategame(he is great in 1v1s and in teamfights if he get to enemy backline). He can stay in lane for a really long time because of his high sustain from q, Dorans Shield and Tiamat.
CONS

- Falling behind is BAD.
- CC is nemesis #1.
- Tanks.
- Damage over time.
- Need ult to fight.

Tryndamere is bad in teamfight if they have a lot of crowd control also known as CC. But if the enemy team don't shower you with their CC, you would absolutely destroy them. And Tryndamere really isn't doing well against damage over time, like Teemo's poison or Darius's bleed. Tryndamere is not necessarily bad against tanks, it's just really hard to kill them and if your team is loosing it's hard to carry the game. He is also ultimate reliant in teamfights.

SUMMONER SPELLS
-
FLASH: I take Flash every game right now because it's a great summoner Spell to secure kills and to survive ganks.
GHOST: Right now I go Ghost every game because it's so good in lategame. It's easier to stick to targets in teamfights and 1v1s and if you splitpush and get collapsed you might still be able to survive with Ghost.
IGNITE: Ignite works really good and it gives you more kill potential early game. My playstyle works best around ghost right now but you should go test what works best for you.
TELEPORT: I have been using Teleport before and I know other Tryndamere mains that still use it. I never use it anymore though. But again it depends on your playstyle what Summoner Spells that works for you.
Doran's Shield: I build Doran's Shield every game and it works against every single matchup. It works perfect with my playstyle because I love to play passive pre 6 and just farm until I get Tiamat. You can still kill the opponent in toplane if he make some mistakes^^
Doran's Blade: This is the aggressive start for tryndamere. I have been using this start a lot and it works, but again it depends on your playstyle what you want to build. I would recommend you to go Doran's Shield if enemy toplaner is a range champ and then test Doran's Blade against melee toplaners.

Core Items
-
Tiamat: I build Tiamat as fast as possible because then you have great waveclear, you can farm jungle if you don't have any minions near your turret, you deal a lot of damage and you got sustain.
Berserker's Greaves: I get these boots because attack speed works pretty good on Tryndamere, his base damage is really high. The early movement speed helps with takedowns and it helps you survive ganks.
Statikk Shiv: I get Statikk Shiv because it gives Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance and Movement Speed. All these things gives him more mobility because when you Crit on Tryndamere you get 2 seconds off you spin and you get more more basic attacks off because of the Attack Speed. The Passive from Statikk Shiv helps you burst enemies and it gives you great Wave Clear.
Infinity Edge: Now it's time to get Infinity Edge, this item gives you a huge amount of Attack Damage and Critical Strike Chance both stats are great on Tryndamere. You also get an UNIQUE Passive that increases the damage of critical strikes by 25%, that's a strong item for Tryndamere. Sometimes I get Infinity Edge after Statikk Shiv if I'm far ahead, because with this item Tryndamere deals a huge amount of damage that could lead early carry. So as you can I swap between Essence Reaver, Death's Dance and Infinity Edge. So you need to figure out what items that works best for you by playing games but they all work^^.
Death's Dance: Death's Dance gives us a lot of Attack Damage and 10% Cooldown Reduction. We also get 2 UNIQUE Passives, The first passive lets Tryndamere instantly heal for 15% of all physical damage dealt, this means your spin heal Tryndamere as well as your basic attacks. The second passive stores 30% of all physical and magical damage received, and is taken as damage over time true damage instead, dealing one-third of the stored damage every second. This makes it much easier to survive burst damage.
Essence Reaver: Now it's time to get Essence Reaver. It gives you 70 Attack Damage, 25% Critical Strike Chance and 20% Cooldown Reduction this means we have 40% Cooldown Reduction at this point of the game^^. That is a huge Spike for Tryndamere and you should look for picks after you get it. So you gonna have a lot of spins from your low cooldown on E and from the Attack Speed + Crit you got so far.
Trinity Force: I get Trinity Force as last item it gives many great stats for Tryndamere, I really like the mobility you get from this item. I get Attackspeed that means more spins and 5% Movement Speed. We also get a UNIQUE Passive that grant us 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds on hit. If Tryndamere kills a Minion, monster or a champion then he gets 60 Movement Speed instead. Trinity Force gives another UNIQUE Passive that gives him a powered basic attack that deals bonus physical damage equal to 200% of his base Attack Damage. This passive lets you oneshot champions if you combine it with the passive from Statikk Shiv.
  • Pecision
  • Precision: I like to go Precision on Tryndamere because then we get more damage and we get Triumph that helps us survive towerdives.
  • Lethal Tempo
  • Lethal Tempo: PASSIVE: After 1.5 seconds upon damaging an enemy champion you gain 40% − 110% (based on level) bonus attack speed as well as ignore the attack speed cap for 3 seconds. Attacking a champion while the effect is active will extend the duration to 6 seconds. This Keystone is perfect for Tryndamere because attack speed gives us more damage to the enemies and it gives us more spins.
  • Triumph
  • Triumph: PASSIVE: Champion takedowns, after a 1-second delay, restore 12% of your missing health and grant an additional Gold 20. This is the difference between living or dying in many cases so great rune!
  • Legend: Tenacity
  • Legend: Tenacity: PASSIVE: Gain 5% (+ 2.5% per Legend stack) tenacity, up to 30% with 10 stacks. This helps us with CC in lategame. If the enemy doesn't have any CC I go Legends: Bloodline instead. You could also go Legend: Alacrity if you felt like it, but I don't use that rune anymore. It depends on your playstyle again, so you have to take some games to figure out what works best for you.
  • Last Stand
  • Last Stand: PASSIVE: Deal 5% increased damage to champions while below 60% maximum health. This increases based on your missing health, up to 11% increased damage while below 30% maximum health. This rune is perfect on Tryndamere because the lower the health the more damage you deal. So this rune works great with Tryndameres ultimate.
  • Sorcery
  • Sorcery: I like to go the Sorcery path because of the extra movement speed we get from ulting and the extra cooldown reduction. (You can also get resolve instead if you want stronger early).

  • Nimbus Cloak
  • Nimbus Cloak: PASSIVE: Casting your ultimate ability, after a 1.5-second delay, grants 100 bonus movement speed for 2.5 seconds. The movement speed decays over the last 1 second. This rune is great for catching up to enemies or getting away.
    Cooldown
    60 seconds
  • Transcendence
  • Transcendence: PASSIVE: Gain 10% cooldown reduction at level 10.
Additionally, you gain 1.2 bonus Attack Damage for every 1% cooldown reduction in excess of the cap. The 10% cooldown reduction is huge on Tryndamere and the extra attack damage we get after capping the 40% cooldown reduction is great for Tryndamere
PASSIVE
ABILITY
Battle Fury (Passive): FURY: Tryndamere gains 5 fury each time he lands a basic attack, and 10 fury on critical strikes and each time he kills an enemy. After not dealing or receiving damage for 8 seconds, Tryndamere loses 5 fury per second.

BATTLE FURY: Tryndamere gains 0% − 35% (based on fury) critical chance.
Q
Bloodlust (Q):PASSIVE: Tryndamere permanently has bonus attack damage, and gains additional bonus attack damage per 1% of his missing health. ACTIVE: Tryndamere consumes all of his fury and heals himself, increased for every point of fury consumed.
W
Mocking Shout (W): ACTIVE: Tryndamere reduces the attack damage of all nearby enemies for 4 seconds. Targets who have their backs turned to him are also slowed for the duration.
E
Spinning Slash (E): ACTIVE: Tryndamere dashes to a target location, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path and gaining 2 Fury per enemy hit. Spinning Slash's cooldown is reduced by 1 second whenever Tryndamere critically strikes, increased to 2 seconds against enemy champions.
R
Undying Rage (R): ACTIVE: Tryndamere instantly gains fury and becomes immune to death for 5 seconds, during which his health cannot fall below a certain amount. Undying Rage can be used even when affected by crowd control.
Minion Control
I would recommend you to study this video because wave management/Minion Control is one of the most important skills in the game. If you master this you will climb!

Fueled by unbridled fury and rage, Tryndamere once carved his way through the Freljord, openly challenging the greatest warriors of the north to prepare himself for even darker days ahead. The wrathful barbarian has long sought revenge for the annihilation of his clan, though more recently he has found companionship with Ashe, the Avarosan warmother, and a home with her people. His almost inhuman strength and fortitude is legendary, and has delivered him and his new allies countless victories against the greatest of odds.
