Hello everyone, welcome to my first guide. I wish you like it and I would appreciate any and all feedback that you guys may provide. Of course, my first guide is about my favorite League of Legends Champion: Gangplank The Saltwater Scourge!. I love when Gangplank hits more than 1000 damage with only one Q or basic attack, his critical strikes are awesome.

This build is not recommended for ranked play:

• This is an offensive build like a carry (or even more).
• He is so squishy, then maybe he can't do his role perfectly in ranked play.

Pros

• The most important, his incredible critical strike with his Parrrley
• His passive Grog Soaked Blade slows enemies and helps him to finish with them if they escape
• His Remove Scurvy removes any crowd control effects
• Raise Morale increases his movement speed allowing him to go without boots
• He has got an ultimate Cannon Barrage which you can use it anywhere to defend turrets, in team fight or to slow enemies.

Cons

• His Cannon Barrage does random damage
• He can be hard-countered with armor
• He hasn't got any gap closer
• In this guide he doesn't have many defensive items and he is killed easily if focused

• Greater Mark of Critical Damage and Greater Quintessence of Critical Damage: In this guide they are essencial, because Gangplank will do a lot of critic hits, then with these runes he will do tons of damage.
• Greater Seal of Armor: It's basic to resist in top lane in early game.
• Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: In early game you don't need MR, but it's important in late game when AP becomes more of a danger, and starts teamfights.
