Threats & Synergies
Although his damage is not to be underestimated, his abilities are somewhat predictable in which maybe easier to dodge them.
Beware of her charms as she can land in order to pick you off.
You can use your minions to prevent Ashe's Volley, just be careful of Ashe's Ultimate through the Fog Of War and close range.
He can do good damage and stun you, stay behind your minions as well as keep a good distance from them as well to prevent getting stun through your minions.
Always go behind minions in order for Blitzcrank to have difficulty pulling you. If he runs at you, retreat until he turns back.
Is capable of strong AoE effects, make attempts to dodge his skill shots and avoid being caught in his ultimate
Braum's ability is to block skill shots and ultimates, make attempts to go from the side or from the rear as he can only use it in only 1 direction.
Although she does good damage and her very long range ultimate, her traps are noticeable as you can just walk around them and harass her.
Although her ultimate is to petrify you, there's 1 way to prevent that from occurring, turn around (She's based Medusa as she can turn people to stone if people "look at her").
Although his rupture can be noticable, in the heat of things, it can be a threat toward you, keep an eye where he lands his rupture, if you're low on health, stay away from Cho'Gath as his Feast can finish you off. If playing against aggressive Cho'Gath, always mind the bushes as he can land his rupture without you noticing.
Keep your distance from Darius as he can still do good damage as well as heal from 1 of his abilities as he attacks.
Draven is notoriously known for his ability of Spinning Axes of which increases his damage from auto attacks and the duration continues as long as he can catch his axes. Crowd Control and Assassins are recommended to lock him down.
If she use Allure on you, retreat to tower, if Allure is complete, it indicates on where she is by a pointer.
Do not underestimate his damage as although he relies on mana for damage, make attempts to maneuver his skill shots.
Although he has high damage, it's can't go through minions, use that to your advantage.
His turrets can be a nuisance since they can slowly melt your health away, eliminate his turrets with your minion wave. Prevent him from pushing up as it'll be harder to push back.
Illaoi's is a nightmare towards low mobility champions, if she uses her ultimate, move away from the tentacle as it does massive AoE damage.
Although Ivern is more like a support jungler, watch your jungler's buffs at the start of the game as he can easily smite steal it thanks to his passive.
Her tornadoes are predictable to maneuver, however, her ultimate can push you away from your potential target as well as healing the target.
He can potentially gank early at level 2 as well as Twitch. Play safe and always ward to see him coming.
Keep your distance as he can dodge your damage and get the jumps on you in which he can kill you.
Never group tightly with your team when Kennen initiate his ultimate of which applies an AOE stun of which allows the enemy team to follow up to finish you and your entire team. Proceed Kennen with caution.
Kha'zix relies on isolated champions to deal extra damage, be with champion to prevent him from picking you off.
Kog'Maw's Barrage can do good damage towards you, but at a cost of his agility, either keep your distance or aggressively poke him.
Be careful of when Malphite's around, his ultimate can deal crowd control and heavy damage of which his allies can finish your team off, keep your distance and never stick tight to your allies.
Although his ultimate can drain your health away as well as suppress you, recommend getting Mercurial Scimitar to break off from suppression.
As long as your allies use crowd control abilities at him, keep your distance as he can use Alpha strike to avoid you from damaging him.
Miss Fortune's Double up can be used to harass you even if the minion is killed. Keep your distance from her Double Up. Keep note that she can use her ultimate to blast you down. Never be in tight quarters when you think this is the case.
Although Mordekaiser is rarely pick and can be underwhelming, people underestimated him and therefore die to him, recommend building Blade of the Ruined King and Lord Dominik's Regards if he's starting to build armor.
Watch out for Rammus as he can make you kill yourself with his Defensive Ball Curl. Have a Ability Power champion with you as he builds armor to eliminate Attack Damage Champions.
Never be alone when Rengar activates his ultimate as he can burst you down.
Keep your distance while your allies use crowd control abilities on her.
Shaco can be a dangerous nuisance as he can melt your health off with his Jack in the boxes and as well as to finish you off. Recommend placing a Control Ward to reveal the boxes to get rid of them.
Can use his sword shield to block your attacks, keep your distance away until he's out of his shield.
Singed can slowly kill you as he's a tank that can disrupt minion waves and due to his behavior, he can buy time for his allies to get objectives, have crowd control champions to take him down.
Recommend control wards or Oracle Alteration to reveal Teemo's traps.
Recommend placing Control Wards, is capable of shredding through a tight group, use Crowd Control to bring him down.
Always be mindful of Xayah's Passive Clean Cut, this allows her next 3 auto attacks to pierce through champions and leave behind feathers that can be retracted by her ability BladeCaller.
Never go facing a Zed as his purpose is to pick off low health champions like yourself (Twitch), if he's coming at you, run away, don't stop for anything, let your allies deal with him. (Note that if he's exhausted from his abilities, turn back and finish him).
May ruse ultimate on potential allies, eliminate foes near him (including him) and then kill the revived foe.
Never go close to her as she can put you to sleep which allows her to use her paddle star to nearly or yet instantly kill you.
Now that's said and done, let's move on to the Guide, any feedback would be appreciated as this is my first guide and may subject to change.
- Thanks to his first ability, although Twitch is camouflaged in which it anyone is close enough, they will be able to see him as well as being near a control ward, he can scout around areas and remain undetected for a longer period of time.
- Thanks to his ultimate ability and with Hurricane, he can shred multiple targets during team fights.
- Every time Twitch uses his first ability when having duskblade, it allows him to burst down squishy targets and resets his first ability, in which Twitch can abuse.
-Without Quicksilver Sash, a good crowd control would set him back severely!
- His first ability is also a con, a consistent range in his detection radius and/or a control ward would nullify his way of ambushing and escaping.
- Towers may target him if the opponent is present with deadly venom stacks.
Note that there's a secret synergy between Twitch and Cassiopeia as her Twin Fang interact with Twitch's Deadly Venom. This also includes Teemo's Toxic Shot and Singed's Poison Trail.
Out of Camouflage, he gains attack speed for 5 seconds in which is useful for Twitch's Ultimate "Spray And Pray".
The good thing about Ambush is that it resets every time an enemy champion dies (kills/assists) while being affected by Deadly Poison.
You can even use Ambush to recall, activated it and then quickly recall before you've gone Camouflaged.
At level 1, start with Contaminate, then at level 2, get Venom Cast, at level 3, get Contaminate again, and level 4, get Ambush. Max out Contaminate, then Ambush, and last, Venom Cast. You should max out Spray and Pray at level 16.
At level 1, start with contaminate, then once you get red buff, gank level 2 towards mid lane and possibly either you or the mid laner gets first bloods, then gank top lane. Regardless whether they are successful or not, pick up blue buff and farm in the jungle. This skill sequence is similar, except that at level 3 you get Venom Cast.
If laning as Twitch (such as mid lane):
Although laning twitch in mid or top lane is risky, it is recommend to take the first ability in order to severely lowering the opponent's hp by auto attacking when the opponent make an attempt to take first farm. Regardless how you will kill your opponent in that situation, once you have enough gold for your items, roam to a lane that is a good opportunity to gank while your jungler is elsewhere, although this may allow the opponent to farm freely, this doesn't mean the opponent can stop you from helping other lanes in which can help your team become stronger to overcome them!
