Introduction
Now that's said and done, let's move on to the Guide, any feedback would be appreciated as this is my first guide and may subject to change.

- Thanks to his first ability, although Twitch is camouflaged in which it anyone is close enough, they will be able to see him as well as being near a control ward, he can scout around areas and remain undetected for a longer period of time.
- Thanks to his ultimate ability and with Hurricane, he can shred multiple targets during team fights.
- Every time Twitch uses his first ability when having duskblade, it allows him to burst down squishy targets and resets his first ability, in which Twitch can abuse.
Cons:
-Without

- His first ability is also a con, a consistent range in his detection radius and/or a control ward would nullify his way of ambushing and escaping.
- Towers may target him if the opponent is present with deadly venom stacks.
Note that there's a secret synergy between

Out of Camouflage, he gains attack speed for 5 seconds in which is useful for Twitch's Ultimate "Spray And Pray".
The good thing about Ambush is that it resets every time an enemy champion dies (kills/assists) while being affected by Deadly Poison.
You can even use Ambush to recall, activated it and then quickly recall before you've gone Camouflaged.
At level 1, start with Contaminate, then at level 2, get Venom Cast, at level 3, get Contaminate again, and level 4, get Ambush. Max out Contaminate, then Ambush, and last, Venom Cast. You should max out Spray and Pray at level 16.
If Jungler:
At level 1, start with contaminate, then once you get red buff, gank level 2 towards mid lane and possibly either you or the mid laner gets first bloods, then gank top lane. Regardless whether they are successful or not, pick up blue buff and farm in the jungle. This skill sequence is similar, except that at level 3 you get Venom Cast.
If laning as Twitch (such as mid lane):
Although laning twitch in mid or top lane is risky, it is recommend to take the first ability in order to severely lowering the opponent's hp by auto attacking when the opponent make an attempt to take first farm. Regardless how you will kill your opponent in that situation, once you have enough gold for your items, roam to a lane that is a good opportunity to gank while your jungler is elsewhere, although this may allow the opponent to farm freely, this doesn't mean the opponent can stop you from helping other lanes in which can help your team become stronger to overcome them!
