Full Tank: +8 Armor/+72 Health/+12 Magic Resist/+13 Armor
Precision
Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush
This is my recommended setup as it makes you very tanky. The health seals also increase
Winter's Bite damage. For beginner
Braum players.
Tank: +8.5 Attack Damage/+72 Health/+12 Magic Resist/+13 Armor
Precision
Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush
This is the rune page I use because the attack damage marks increase Braum's damage with his auto attacks which he should use frequently in fights as they apply his
Concussive Blows passive. The health seals also increase
Winter's Bite damage. For experienced
Braum players.
*Note: If the opposing bot team has little magic damage you can take
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist. Your magic resist will be lower early game but will be higher once you reach level 9.

Cunning Tree
-
Wanderer : 3% movement speed out of combat. Standard for supports as it allows them to move faster for roaming, warding, etc.
-
Secret Stash : Improved
Health Potion's will now grant 15 health and mana instantly and last 10% longer, better sustain.
-
Meditation : Regenerate 1.5% of missing mana every 5 seconds. Helps with mana management.
-
Bandit : Standard for supports as they get the least amount of gold.
Resolve Tree
-
Unyielding : 5% bonus armor and magic resist. Great on tanks and
Braum as it amplifies the bonus armor and magic resist on his W,
Stand Behind Me.
-
Tough Skin : Lower's enemy harass a little.
-
Veteran's Scars : 50 health is nice as it makes you tankier and increases
Winter's Bite damage.
-
Insight : Decreases the cooldown of
Flash/
Exhaust/
Ignite by 15%.
-
Legendary Guardian : Great because you get 6 armor and magic resist while in the bot lane 2v2. In teamfights you get 15 bonus armor and magic resist.
Keystone Options
-
Bond of Stone : Recommended keystone, damage reduction for you and whoever your with.
Grasp of the Undying: Viable keystone, take this is your looking to go aggressive in lane. Maybe with
Ignite and
Greater Mark of Attack Damage.
-
Strength of the Ages : Viable keystone, I personally haven't experimented with it much on supports. Bonus health for you and your ADC long with the heals sounds good.
Learning what items to build is essential while playing League. As a support your build should counter the opposing teams team composition. A great time to think about your build for the match is during champ select and the loading screen. If the enemy team has a lot of attack damage, build armor. If they have a lot of ability power, build magic resist. Your build should differ (at least somewhat) every game you play.
- Standard starting support item for melee supports, it gives health, gold regen, and sustain.
- Start with 3 biscuits for sustain, 1 if you buy a pink ward.
- Everyone's standard starting totem, warding totem allows you to place down stealth wards that last for 1-2 minutes depending on your level. Use it to efficiently grant vision for your team.
- I usually don't start with a pink ward as you can only buy one health pot, however if you are against someone like
Evelynn it can be essential.
- Build if the opposing team has a lot of Crowd Control and/or Ability Power.
- Build if the opposing team has a lot of Basic Attack Damage and/or Attack Damage.
- Build if the opposing team has plenty of slows or for the +10 Movement Speed.
- Build if you are going to be roaming often. These boots are great because they enable you to leave lane and get some vision and/or gank mid fast so you lose little experience. However once you are in combat,
Mobility Boots gives you the same Movement Speed as
Boots.
