Fiora is one of the biggest counters for Mordekaiser because of her broken W that parries his E and Q. You lose all trades and you can't trade back because of her Q. Her ult helps her stay alive inside your ult and it's basically a lost match with a fed Fiora top and an afk Mordekaiser in founain. I always ban Fiora while first picking.
Vayne
Very big auto attack range, keeps Mordekaiser away from farm and even if Mordekaiser tries to E her, she will just Q away. Her ult helps her stay alive in Mordekaiser's Ult, because of the invisibility in her Q. You will not kill her and you will lose pretty much all trades. You will lose lane without ganks.
Sett
This champion is just broken. Early, he wins all trades, late game, you destroy him. Losing lane depends on how you play against him. You have to play safe, farm, but still poke him from time to time with your Q. Do not engage him at level 3, he destroys you, and even if you think you beat him, he will use his W and destroy you. Wait level 6 then play aggresive and you will destroy him.
Renekton
Now it depends on how well the renekton plays. If he knows when to trade and when to go for the kill, he can easily kill you. There is not much to do against a Renekton. Just hope to hit level 6 before he does and kill him, or dodge in champ select.
Darius
He wins all trades. Basically his healing from Q and the CC from his E makes it impossible for you to win any trade or escape any ganks. You are doomed. I always dodge against Darius.
Aatrox
Again, it depends on the player. If he knows how to poke you, he wins trades and when he hits level 6, his lifesteal is insane and he has a chance to beat you, but if you hit level 6 before he does and he overextends, then you will 10% beat him and probably win future fights. Depends on who hits level 6 first. Unlike him, you can escape from hit ult and live, he can not escape yours.
Garen
Garen is one of the weakest champs against Mordekaiser. There is literally nothing he can do against you. He can try to trade, it won't work, you have that broken passive and you will always win trades against him, and you will definitely get first blood if he over extends. After you hit level 6, you will just farm him like minions.
Camille
Camille can easily kill you if you make a mistake, and her diving capabilities are insane. You have to play safe, and hit level 3 before she does, and win trades. If you also hit level 6 before she does, its over for Camille.
Yasuo
He will lose trades because of your E, and after you hit level 6 you will dominate him. He has no way to escape you in your ult, unlike Zed's W or Ryze's ult, but he can waste your time by ulting you in your ult and escape afterwards with his minion dash (That happened to me alot of the times).
Gnar
Gnar is a strong pick against Mordekaiser, but it is very easy for you to kill him early game, just poke him until he is low and if he makes a mistake and overextends, he will die. After you hit level 6, you can easily kill him, but watch out for Megagnar, for he will probably kill you or dive you if you are low hp.
Quinn
Long range, can nearsight you and you will pretty much lose all trades. Only way to kill her and get ahead is for your jungler to gank you.
Illaoi
Illaoi can cancel your ult by using that shielding ability and it's over for you if she ults, you just can't do much except kill her with your jungler ganking you, since your ult is pretty much useless against her.
Irelia
Irelia is just one of the worst picks against Mordekaiser. She is better AFK. You win all trades and if she tries to poke you, you are going to kill her. After you hit level 6, you will just farm her harder than you farm Garen.
Singed
Again, another bad pick against Mordekaiser. For him to win trades, he has to walk around you, which will be his undoing. He will die because of your E and if you are level 6 there is no way for him to escape you. The only way he can ever escape you is with Predator and ghost, and he will probably flash away too.
Skarner
Best jungle combo with Mordekaiser. Skarner's ult helps Mordekaiser kill his opponent by dragging him towards Morde and letting him finish off the job.
Amumu
Amumu has a lot of stuns in his kit, and he's a really good jungle combo with Mordekaiser.

Amumu
Amumu has a lot of stuns in his kit, and he's a really good jungle combo with Mordekaiser.
Buy Doran's shield and one health potion and head to top bush. Leash your jungler if necessary. After the minions spawn, you don't want to hit any minions yet, just wait for the front melee minions to be low enough for you to Q them and get all of them. After that, wait level 3 , just trade using Q and while trading try to focus hitting minions so you hit level 3 and 6 faster. The basic combo for Mordekaiser is E>Q>Auto Attack. After level 3, you can pretty much go all in and expect a first blood, it really depends in the opponent has escapes in his kit e.g: dashes. Alot of my opponents usually flash away at this point. If you win trades you win lane. If he wins trades, it's the other way around, try to play it safe and wait level 6 and if you struggle, tell that jungler (Skarner or Amumu best Mordekaiser combo) to gank you so that you can get ahead. After you hit level 6, this is the combo: E>ULT>Q>Auto Attack and just follow him around with your passive while hitting him with auto attacks and Q. If he flashes away and he is low, don't be afraid to dive him, use Flash>Q and he will die if he is low enough, use W to safely get away from turret range.
