Pick something you are good at and pray, or dodge if you are an OTP. Don't try to be the hero that can counterpick and win if you don't understand the champ you are picking in response.
Aatrox
YOU MUST DODGE THE Q, AND WALK EITHER UP OR DOWN ON THE W AND NOT TAKE THE LONG WAY.
This matchup is a high skill expression and is the result of consistent losses for many Teemo players. Ban if you are not familiar with the champion 1v1 or he will be an issue for everyone once fed.
Caitlyn
This is the largest bot lane threat you have, if they get fed or the game just goes on too long you will lose as her range makes it so she ALWAYS gets the first interaction with either her Q or an auto, as well as she can trap bushes and make it harder to engage once you have.
Zyra
Probably the worst support/mid matchup you can have, her plant spam and often build of Rylai's just leads to your demise. I would permaban if botside.
Cassiopeia
Extreme Slow, Poison, Grounded effect, doesn't require boots, E outranges your autos, like you are just cooked in general. Dodge at all costs.
Ivern
If you see an Ivern Top with PTA I think you should just understand that he is not as easy to beat as he looks on paper, especially after lvl 6. Avoid at all costs.
Ryze
You are outranged, on CC lockdown, and have no chance of keeping him contained in a fight. He can do what he wants against you and are forced to watch that happen.
Sivir
I don't really intend to add all the matchups for botlane because I dislike the Teemo Support mindset, but Sivir is the worst ADC to fight alongside Cait Early Game.
Aurelion Sol
Infinite_Scaling.mov, they got crazy better than you once they removed his balls.
Xerath
You will not see him on your screen when you die so what's the point of telling you anything else?
Thresh
I don't intend on adding all the botlane matchups quite just yet cause I dont like the Teemo Support mindset, but Thresh just does everything that people want so just ban him.
Veigar
I would argue this is extreme over any lower, you get put on a ticking clock once he's in the game and its only a matter of time before you'd explode. He IS squishy though so catching him in a big fight is the only way to pull through.
Anivia
Idk man you are better off building runes for someone else to bully and hoping you get the swap to a different lane, play it as safely as you can and be as most hp as possible even if it costs tower hp. She even has a resurrect so it doesn't matter if you can 100-0 her early unless she just ran it down.
Yorick
unpopular opinion, but I just ban Yorick because I don't like him. He is baby character for baby players who like the PVE experience over any interaction but don't like cool monsters in the jungle and any teamfight play. Minion spam is annoying and he forces you to spectate his farming for most of the game. He makes you buy Hurricane to deal with the minions. Hurricane, of all items.
(AS OF PATCH 26.16 HURRICANE GOT BUFFED IT MIGHT BE A BIT EASIER NOW, PUTTING HIM IN 4 TO REFLECT THE POSSIBLE EASY WIN)
Azir
Only an issue if against an OTP, otherwise he's just annoying as blind is useless against him and his E can take him where he wants to be without restraint by you. You lack any CC to deal with getting ulted into tower so he honestly can sweep if you aren't careful. A bad Azir can lose pretty quickly to you, though.
Rumble
Take Comet and Q Max. Poke him down, get Liandry first item. Pray he doesn't get fed in a teamfight.
Ornn
He lacks movement to do much to you, but if he lands any CC you are cooked. Pick up ghost to avoid his R easier and kite. He farms with Q so make him choose by standing to the sides of waves between Qing you or the wave and not both. Avoid clinging to walls or stealthing if he knows you are there.
Hwei
Its Xerath but he can at least be punished a bit more if he misses things early on, unlike Xerath whos CDR is lower.
LeBlanc
If I have to explain that its hard to catch the dashing sorcerer lady I can't help you. Get a Hourglass when you can.
Jhin
Jhin is a similar case as Caitlyn, but he requires the player to actually hit their shots when it comes to his root or ultimate. Save the blind for the AA4 if you can, cause if he's ahead he wins anyway. Your best option is to prioritize shrooms to keep him slow and vulnerable.
Katarina
Run to the side if the daggers are behind you, try to avoid giving opportunities to run you down. Hourglass required to live.
Viktor
Get some early magic resist and maybe invest in Merc Treads to have the tenacity, he's a bit of a bully. Avoid as much damage from E and Q as possible and blind the empowered autos.
Zoe
"Random BS Go!" champion that requires a little more thoughts into what summoner spell/item active she is carrying through W and at minimum blinding her before E is landed on you pre-6. Once lvl 6 she can get in and out too quickly and eventually she will be a Xerath situation where you aren't even sure you saw them before you died.
Ziggs
Can't leave him alone, but can't really interact with him. A really boring lane than can result in your demise if you can't dodge Qs and Rs. A jungle gank is scarier than him early so just keep an eye out for that.
Irelia
MAX Q, try to live as much as you can, her W reduces too much of the damage you deal and you are playing minion game to avoid her to dash around you like a madman. Keep consistent poke and manage your waves.
Fiddlesticks
GRAAAAAHHHHH ANNOYING PRICK WHY ARE YOU UP HERE IN TOPLANE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Sorry, just grab Magic Resist and building BoTRK can keep you alive more often than you think. Avoid letting him hit everything for free and punish W's that don't include you to proc PTA. Make him choose between using E on the wave and you. Q fear and getting ulted is the only major concerns so I would invest in as much vision as possible.
Heimerdinger
say it with me: "MINIONS GIVE ME HEADACHES." Choice: Max Q to take out the turrets in one hit or take two autos for each one. You will be under tower all game like with Rengar.
Lee Sin
Off-meta af, but if he lands the Qs you done for.
Aphelios
His damage output is freaky and can temporarily outrange you in the botlane matchup. Rushing him out of position without his root or long rifle is basically your best bet in fights.
Akshan
Track with control wards and ping his rotations, shroom close to walls to try and hit him when in stealth. Don't stand behind your wave when he throws Q, and pick your fights when he uses the two auto passive on a target that isn't you.
Alistar
I think he is one of the more oppressive options if the game goes on long enough. His R just makes it that the damage you do doesn't matter and his combo either can lock you down or get insec'd into the enemy team. Bully him before lvl 6 and you can be better off.
Sylas
If he misses E, run him down as much as you can within the timeframe of the E cooldown. Buy Oracle Lens to avoid running into his Shrooms from your ult. Aftershock and Electrocute change what you build, and you need to use minions to block the E chain.
Ezreal
Okay so you know how mages beat Teemo? He is cosplaying a Mage and can do just about as much with Poke. Only benefit you have is him wasting E and hitting your shrooms as that is his ONLY mobility in the kit. Even if he goes full MS from some crazy Inspiration Sorcery runepage he will not get away once he hits those. Malignance will be your benefit I promise.
Seraphine
Poke simulator 2020 in your lane, good luck with that. Basically avoid contact once you see she had the third ability and avoid the E's as much as possible or you explode.
Naafiri
Like Yorick, minions are annoying for your shrooms and for your autos, and they deserve hate. I can understand if you dodge this one out of spite but you CAN still win as dodging Q's can win you the early game a bit easier, and a Hourglass investment will keep you alive when she ults.
Morgana
Just because you see a Morgana does not mean its over, it just means you are spectating until there is a chance to be useful. This is very reliant on your team members not thinking she is an easy target. If she whiffs half her abilities and uses shield on anyone but herself its worth going poke for poke to at least force a recall. The reason I never like giving up Celerity is because of this champ being in the game.
Yasuo
You'd think he is easy but the windwall actually causes issues, and his E makes him unescapable if your wave is coming down unlike Yone where he is forced to return to a location after a set time. Allies might be your best bet to beating him consistently throughout the game, play for the big fight.
Rengar
You need to let him win the lane, you not dying for his stack is important if it means you can freeze under tower or give yourself time to get stronger and invest in defensive options. Your passive does not work VS his R.
Jayce
Just stomp him into the ground early game and you won't have an issue, might need to have some jg interference. Takes a bit for him to get off the ground in terms of damage output and burst but if he's given the chance to he's an instant loss.
Pyke
Yeah he can catch you too easily, any tenacity won't save you and will likely be sold on the black market for extra currency for the enemy team.
Dodge the Q and you can punish. Thats the game, folks!
Olaf
He often takes ghost so mirror it, Try to avoid relying on Q blind and R slow unless you know his ult is down.
Varus
The problem with Varus is that past lvl 5 his only interaction with you is to try and Ult W Q and just explode you on sight. He ideally never wants to interact with you and if he gives you the opportunity to punish him take it. By teamfight stage just avoid being near allies when ulted or you join them going colorblind mode.
IF HE HAS LETHAL TEMPO, you might be a little better to all in fight him assuming he hasn't stacked it up already.
Wukong
Might be the only remaining champ to make Grasp a viable option right now, I have no other clue how to deal with him than be tanky AF with defensive options like Deadman's Plate.
Darius
I don't care what you think, respect the Darius mindset. At most points in the game he can get you when he takes Ghost with Sorcery Second. Mirror the Ghost and take the rune page that runs. Rushing Swifties is a great idea but not required if for some reason he didn't take the ghost. I usually bully this guy and take BoTRK for the slow and kite him out, especially when he prefers to use Stridebreaker in response to you.
Remember, if you get caught out, you explode even prior to level 6.
Sion
Avoid bush combat that Sion players like to do, kite and invest in a Dark Seal if he starts running it to proxy.
Karma
Do yourself a favor and do not bother learning the matchup here. Its just QW spam and speeding around with E while their jungle shows up to be the temp ADC they'd normally play for. Janna is the same if seen top.
Wave Control simulator, freeze when you can.
Janna
Jarvan IV
Max Q, his EQ combo doesnt reveal you in bushes, save flashed for the R and expect visits from his Jungle frequently if he is in lane. If HE is the jungle then you will get to know him very well.
Nasus
PTA BUT YOU HAVE TO RUN IS REQUIRED, GET THE SWIFTIES ASAP, POKE POKE POKE AND PRAY. FREEZE AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN.
Akali
Its a eyeball game where you need to pay attention to how they are moving to do anything. A trade with Akali is a bad trade if her shroud exists. Dodge the E and you will often live. Poison reveals a bit of where she is in the shroud so use those scouting peepers!
Ekko
Like Akali, use your eyeballs and watch for the E to effectively blind it. Often times I notice most Ekko players panic once you catch that E with the blind and run scared or just keep autoing and pray they live. Never stand in W and you can see his model move a certain way when he casts it.
Mordekaiser
If you are going to take a mace to the face, take it with minions next to you or it will crit, and if he Q Flashes the hitbox will carry with it, so be mindful if you see him wind it up without you in range normally. Use a bush if he ults you or kite best you can. You can no longer QSS the ult so you must pray as usual. Other than that, if you dodge his E and Q you can run him down.
Xin Zhao
People overestimate this guy. Dodge the W and kite. Blind once he presses E, shroom to back up or his exit depending on whos got more HP. I find I win running AD more than AP builds.
Maokai
Grievous Wounds the Game: Tenacity Edition
Neeko
Hold Tab for every wave, when she is in vision she is no longer '?' on her icon. Avoid interaction and you will do better for the teamfight with shrooms and taking picks that aren't her. 0 interaction ideal with how her root and burst is.
Riven
Go Sorcery second over Resolve second. Q lvl 1 and a enjoy bullying her early. Get Mercs for in case she does actually catch you with her W, cause an all-in that she can reasonably land is your only fear.
Vladimir
Grievous Wounds the Game: Celerity Nimbus edition
Annie
No stun? Fight. Stun in 1-2 casts? No fight. Watch when she uses her Q and W to optimize the damage output you can deal without getting punished for it. Her E speeds her up so I recommend running when she uses it.
Ashe
This is dependent on the support she is with, as if she can be peeled the slow dooms you. If not, you just blind and she explodes from the full engage on her. I love a good Samira with me when I see her.
Yone
Blind the wâš“ and avoid starting a fight on his Q3. Late game can be a little tougher considering he gets a secret 1/15 scoreline powerspike.
Volibear
Blind the stun, put more points into W early and kite him as he lacks movement speed. Prepare for ult dives if you give him the chance to.
K'Sante
Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking. Just keep poking.
Briar
Your Q does not stop her stun, but does stop the damage as it is functions differently than Volibear Q. Otherwise, attack and have move speed to dodge the scream like you would an Aatrox W as well as incoming R's and you should do fine.
Jax
Hold the blind till he lands on you when he casts E. Magic Resistance if he builds any AP early like a Lich Bane. if he W->Q->E's then you will likely explode a little before any opportunity to punish.
Urgot
He will Q spam until one lands, then he will E. If he wastes his E, bully him by Qing his W ring and autoing until the blind wears off, rinse and repeat. Get Swiftness to reduce the slow and to improve dodge chances.
Fizz
I would argue Fizz is the most reasonable assassin matchup you have in the midlane, although midlane just is not an ideal place for Teemo. You can at least Q when he lands with E but he is still doing more with abilities until he's burned all cooldowns. One of the few times I think taking Exhaust is required to win the lane exclusively. Early game he will be a pushover if you just poke when he walks up. Make him burn his E to survive and not to engage. Hourglass is recommended, but if he wasn't your lane opponent you could get away with not taking it until item 4-5.
Gangplank
Fleet Footwork + Dorans Bow, challenge barrels and rush Swifties + Dagger. Buy a Cull after to try and keep up with the gold gain from his passive unless you have a jungler that would like to have him set up as a national campground.
Master Yi
Auto Attack Champions Can't- Wait his Q makes him dodge the blind, we got issues now. He can also avoid slows with R? Damn.
Early game you MUST bully him. Rein him in like a bulldog named Princess and if he gets any chance to get fed elsewhere he will do it. Shroom wide to make him earn the rotations especially when he gets Oracle Lens (and trust me, once they are annoyed enough they will). Ping he is missing EVERY CHANCE YOU GET AND ALWAYS SEE HIM.
Cho'Gath
Dodge the spikes. Harder than it sounds. If he has Glacial he will catch you way easier.
Kai'Sa
She has decent dps output when relying on abilities but basically won't go for trades until she has Q Evo or W Evo. Once she has that, avoid getting low or she ults and you explode.
Camille
Another one of those matchups where Grasp WAS the go-to in terms of dealing with her, but Grasp just doesn't hit the same anymore. Blind the Q true damage variant when you can and avoid giving her a chance to land the E, or any ult she does confirms the kill rather than making it a close call. Poke her out otherwise and investing in a Plated Steelcap isnt a bad option. Freezing might even be better to do, as she WANTS to fight and will typically freeze near her tower to always get the engage when she wants it.
Malphite
Have a bush addiction and avoid poke as much as possible to avoid looking like a target to ult. Merc Treads are a must.
Blitzcrank
Pyke but his hook is WAY more telegraphed, avoid being in E range, and if he has flash up give a little extra room when you can to avoid a flash E. Good Blitz players like the Hexflash for more opportunity so keep traps and vision in bushes and near tribushes.
Vel'Koz
This depends on what the player is doing, as there aren't that many good Vel'koz players out there. watch the Q's and keep an eye on how the player prefers to split them. Avoid the E airbornes as much as possible and you should just poke him out with Q. I recommend getting Comet as being in auto distance for too long can be risky. If he full combos you explode.
Skarner
I mean he can catch you off guard by going through walls and provides continuous CC, but he is in such a terrible state that nobody is willing to pick him enough to bully you specifically. He'd lose in the long run unless you run it down.
Shaco
Oracle Lens is your friend. If you used Ignite or Exhaust on him, the effect will not transfer to his clone this also goes double for runes like Press The Attack. So focus on the one with the SFX that is visible it's the real Shaco! His boxes target everything in range, so if your entire team stepped on one of his boxes, expect everyone to take damage whilst being feared, ward early because of his very quick early game clear rate.
Nocturne
Tbh just make sure you don't Q the barrier and you'd be fine to live, dodging his Q can benefit you if you feel you need to run. A good Nocturne in the 1v1 solo fight would wait out the Q animation and barrier ASAP for it, but in a teamfight he will usually burn it already for a form of CC.
Pantheon
Q when he goes for an obvious W stun, avoid pumping into the E shield and dodge those Qs. The Q cooldown is the only thing you need to get used to as its dependent on how long he holds it and items.
Karthus
Coinflip matchup, either you win or you lose. Get Speed Boots ASAP to make those odds of winning better.
Shen
Most terrible Shen players take D-Shield into Teemo and honestly if they take Sword they beat you in the early fight. But they typically don't as they would much rather rely on waiting to ult to their team. Never use Q to poke unless you know he cannot E.
Fiora
Reset her passive by walking away and coming back if its in a convenient spot for her. Never try to finish with Ignite Q as she can parry it off. Auto until she parries, THEN do that, otherwise no dice.
Twitch
Early game is no sweat, but later game is an issue the longer he exists due to the ultimate increasing his range and the options he can buy in terms of build path (AD OR AP, HE CAN BE A PROBLEM)
Malzahar
Of all the minion champions, he is the easiest to deal with as he simply does not do enough. try to get a QSS around second back to avoid a full combo with R that has the minion shred you faster, then auto him to death if he was doing it when low. The ult will still be dealing damage to you assuming he keeps holding the beam after you use QSS and make him piss his robes, so running is an option if you were 75% hp+. Try to keep away from minions dying to Malz E so you do not get DoTs.
Kennen
Literally so out of date that he is just a walking ult champion that only gets to really play lvl 6. Bully him early and win. Hourglass to avoid ult damage. Ezpz.
Gragas
He's my secondary pick so I know how this goes, and as long as Teemo doesn't get full combo'd he wins as Gragas has early mana issues and will either A: build full penetration and explode to shrooms or B: Build some hp and die to the burn anyway. Don't shove into turret area past lvl 6.
Nautilus
You can blind the root from the auto which can be useful if he is for sure the closest engage and can save people's lives by doing so. Otherwise, he's a walking brick that can only escape if he has his Q up in time and requires an all-in effort to make sure he falls over.
Vex
just like the champion, she is meh. She will all-in if she has her fear, make her waste it. Otherwise, chill gameplay.
Mel
Poke. Abuse the bushes you have. Statikk Shiv might be your best item into her.
Viego
Basically can just pray that he can reach you and stay close through the blind, ideally never to die before getting you first. He's gambling for the kills on you and its respectable.
Illaoi
IF YOU DONT DODGE THE E YOU WILL GET CHUNKED, OTHERWISE YOU WIN SO EASILY ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE.
Garen
You win until late game where he'd actually have enough to take on the world... unfortunately the game typically ends by that point. Q his Q, and try to make him waste his W prior to doing any all-ins. Grievous Wounds can be good.
Corki
I mean he just is not in a good state overall, that if he was a huge threat its because either A: we fed him like crazy for 0 reason or B: he's buffed this patch.
They really need to figure out what they want to do with him at Riot HQ.
Poppy
Don't stand in her Q, avoid the walls and watch for what kind of ult she is charging.
Lulu
Annoying mosquito with a polymorph ability.
Gwen
Gwen players like to think they win but they dont. Blind her E autos, run around her Q when she does it, and bully. If you make her move her W it will end quicker so put the pressure on to chase you a little. Poke while W is down.
Nidalee
If there isn't enough room to dodge the Q you are better off walking into it than away, especially with higher and higher AP. Otherwise you can typically blind her human form while using Oracle Lens to avoid traps. When she goes Tiger just space out as long as you haven't been hit with an ability she can jump with. She typically never builds any proper resistances so taking her out is easy to do unless she is so much more fed than you are.
Kayn
Its easier to avoid Kayn ganks when you shroom near walls or over walls to have him run into them. He's slow otherwise and avoiding damage for him to ult is ideal. Get an hourglass if he's blue, otherwise you should be fine.
Tryndamere
The biggest exception to Auto Attack Champions Can't Win Unless You Int just because he can make himself unkillable for a few seconds. Will typically die to burn after but that's besides the point.
Bel'Veth
She is only scary when she has help, because at the moment Riot is so unsure what to do with her as she lacks the early power but also requires the Q to be stronger, but it also causes lategame to be too oppressive. Even in hypotheticals where this is a lane opponent she HAS to rotate for objectives to matter in the long run.
Galio
To be honest as much as the magic shield is annoying he really can't touch you unless you overextend into his E range, and the taunt to auto him is what you typically are doing for the matchup anyway. I'd take Exhaust for the fact that if its a mid matchup he's gonna take Electrocute.
Swain
You can sidestep the E so easily its laughable, only concern is the ult play especially with a Rylais. Otherwise its an easy win.
Locke
Gonna be honest, an AP champion that relies on some autos isn't too bad for Teemo to fight, but he goes into 2 for now due to the current patch that results in him being overpowered. He might go into 1 after balancing changes but as of right now he's too good and can risk getting too far ahead where he is a problem. Wouldn't bother banning.
Lux
Build movement, dodge or just die. Should be easy unless you are Lee Sin IRL.
Blitzcrank
Dodge the hook? Success. Get hooked? Probably explode to the team he's with. Blind his E.
Graves
I mean the only difference that this guy has compared to others is the slowly stacks resistances with his E the longer he is in combat, so I recommend just harassing him early by walking into his jungle and blinding him. Graves players will tilt off the earth cause their champ requires either high level plays all the time or 10cs/minute to be relevant. He clears shrooms too slow with Oracle Lens and will often just walk around and try to remember the placements. Most of his damage with come from Q W and R and any lethality he decides to build to try to end the fight ASAP. Poking him out results in him crying to anyone that will listen.
Ambessa
You win in the exception that she can get more gold than you. That's it. Keep having more items over her. Her all in is the only scary thing and otherwise you bully.
Kayle
Auto Attack Champions Can't Win Unless You Int
Dr. Mundo
Poor guy doesnt stand a chance, you have everything to bully him. Take ghost as well considering they typically take TP+Ghost.
Vayne
Auto Attack Champions Can't Win Unless You Int
Singed
You can always wait for him to eventually proxy, and I like to take Dark Seal as soon as they hit that breaking point. Freelo.
Corki
In current patch, he's just not even a threat on the mind (overall a 47% win rate ðŸ˜) I guess if its gotten so bad that he's beating you, rely on the teamfight. If you are for some reason a solo lane vs him, take exhaust and use it once he burns W. Or don't, he might just lose to natural causes.
Gnar
He has so many visuals for the **** that would actually make you worry that you can read him like a novel before the game starts. Just stay away when he's close to Big Mode.
Kindred
Auto Attack Champions Can't Win Unless You Int, even this one cause her ult is global which is funny. If it wasn't she goes higher.
Braum
Auto Attack Champions Can't Win Unless You Int, including this fool who thinks that stunning me a little will matter in the long run. Takes him too long to deal with you and by then he should already be burning to a Liandry's Torment
Senna
insert "What does he even do?" DJ Khaled image here.
Like fr the current Senna build is so cooked that she genuinely mosquito. Probably only going to be an issue past 35 minutes when she outranges hard.
Jhin
Jhin loves marks for his W, and you supply so many. Traps are a great thing.
Nocturne
They are always capable of following up a shroom target when they have ult, and can hold them down with E and keep on them with Q. Beautiful shadow monster and I hope if any changes happen to this guy its only visual.
Nautilus
Now HE locks people down unlike Alistar, and the ult he has just keeps things better in teamfights were you just dump shrooms in there and nothing they can do about it. Not to mention if they are in danger they will just hook a wall and sprint outta there.
Lux
Okay lets be honest, its a mutual respect you'd have for when the shroom into CC chain lands and you both just dump damage into a target. Whether an APC or a support, they are just across the board helpful for you and can pick up the burst if you are the %burn.
Caitlyn
Yeah, Traps and More Traps work so well. Who could have guessed?
Shaco
A good Shaco can utilize his boxes to give you easy stealth followups.
Shen
Your stealth does not show his ult. Not as good as a Nocturne Delivery Service for him but still a unique interaction that can result in catching him off-guard when you are put in a bad spot.
Braum
I mean he is solid peel in a teamfight, you auto and you stun because of him which can turn important fights. Overall, glad to have this guy around when he's needed.
Aurora
She provides a slow in the ult that allows PTA Teemo to put in work, and the cage to hold them down is icing on the cake. Only issue you will have is her oneshotting before you get there to help.
Thresh
Shoutout the GOAT for real, if he throws a lantern I trust him with my life. Requires a brain on the player, though which is never 100%.
Qiyana
She goes in strong because A: her ult is CC that can impact multiple targets and allow for you to shroom the surroundings and B: she DOES have a stun in her Q for followups. Love having her around, getting her fed makes me happy.
Alistar
The amount of damage I have seen this guy resist is insane, but he goes 4 because unlike other possible options he really can't keep them off you without either pushing the target away or having too small a CC chain that he has to time perfectly. Pretty cool if he can push squishy ADCs into you though.
Yuumi
I would argue most times that a Yuumi is needed they should be on someone else, but if you get her it's a genuine bonus across the board. Still think it would be better to have her on the engage or the ADC but hey beggars can't be choosers.
Briar
Like Volibear but her CC and ability to commit to something is much higher that she goes in 4. Global ult that fears, a CC chain and a scream that provides a slow. Your only issue is if you don't follow up with it, she could lose.
Samira
Normally I would argue that Samira would have the same issues as Nilah, but they just have great enough damage output that when lvl6+ any engage SHE starts she typically wins. Not to mention if there's a lot of projectile poke on an escape she can keep herself alive with a lil' W spin. Fight early if you can to give her that snowball.
Amumu
Im going to be honest, I love Amumu players as being able to lock somebody down for you as easy as this guy does lvl 6+. Beautiful for an on-hit Teemo.
Zilean
Hanging around mages, really just isn't great. They outrange you so they often get the first hits in and scare off any possibilities for engagement especially if they are fed enough to deal significant damage. The exception that puts him in OK (3) is if he lands the stun but outside of that he is only useful if he intends to slap that res on you.
Mordekaiser
He ults a target, you set up shrooms where you'd need to and either someone explodes or you get to follow up easily. Honestly a solid choice to be around.
Ornn
If he's the one engaging a good fight? Great guy, solid CC, love the upgrades. Issue? Slow as dirt. I've seen too many Ornn Jungles for some reason and they are stuck with the worst rotations ive ever seen if they get a single camps stolen. Would love to put higher, but can't out of principle that I hardly win with him on the team.
Akshan
He has a resurrect, which only really works if he's ahead or in a teamfight phase already. Falls off later game where you pick up the slack. The players using their brain a little more cause they have to swing properly.
Volibear
You are more helpful for him than he is for you, his stun isn't a significant time and the shrooms you have are reasons he can catch people early game prior to any movespeed he would get.
Jinx
I mean she appreciates the Shroom Slow, but doesn't really need you to function as her champ. You face enough poke though and you will hear some words from them you dont want on your screen.
Locke
Another situation where he benefits from you and not the other way around. Your shrooms help him have "Locke-down" on targets without having to burn his ult for the slow and can save it for big plays. For you? just average assassin ganks if he chooses to do them.
Kai'Sa
I mean she just kinda can dash with her ult and if its not very clear that you are both to run in she'd be leaving you in the dust. Better off without you.
Akali
She's either feasting or in a famine, might gank you a bit more but if she's behind you will know. You are more helpful for her than she is for you.
LeBlanc
The clone is helpful for eating abilities you would otherwise get hit by sometimes, otherwise its the assassin thing again where she doesn't really do much for you but she can appreciate a shroom slow.
Draven
Shroom Slow is fine, but Draven players prefer the engage to hold someone down and will complain any chance they get if things go south too quickly.
Ashe
If a synergy was like getting Halloween candy this would be it, genuinely not sure why you'd play off of each other considering you can get your own slows off shrooms and she can do her own slows on her own targets. I would just avoid picking Teemo if you are the support for her.
Nilah
This champion has so many different ways they want to play that by most times she engages you are already too far back. In the support lane she just always takes the poke and is the target, you can do nothing about it.
Riven
The synergy is none cause she is either completely outclassed and is 0/8 or is doing all the work before you even get near her. Riven is a balanced champion.
Senna
I have no CLUE what is wrong with Senna players but all I have ever seen them do is go Deathfire Touch and rush a Shiv only to think they are invincible and die off cooldown. Too often they have nothing in their kit that benefits you and anything you supply for them is taken for granted cause you do more damage than them outright simply because they rush a Shiv. I debate dodging these players even when I am not support.

Vex
I got no notes other than she doesn't need you and you don't need her outside of VERY situational points where her fear can maybe save you.

Quite honestly, I am making this because a lot of Teemo builds and information are spread across many pages and personal experiences, many of which are unique and different and others not so much other than the rune page they'd be built around.
I will keep updating this as often as I can with every matchup I can as well as Synergies. Synergies and Threats will have the phrase "[REDACTED INFO]" in the event that explanation isn't easy due to lack of sample sizes for games. Synergies are a little more biased unlike the other things I will mention in this guide, so please be mindful of that.
Teemo is one of those champions that I believe truly can do anything with the right mindset, and people can choose to play a certain way that benefits them and their win conditions that matter to the individual. Below this will eventually have updated for areas to stealth and how to use them to your advantage, as well as when it is ineffective. Thank you for using this guide!
