Obviously You Max OutFirst. The Reason Why I Max Out Second Is Because You Are A Mobilizing Burst Damage Champion. You Wanna To Gank Often So You Need The Speed To Get In There And Stun Them And You Burst Them Down.

Early Game

Your Job Is To Jungle Up And Look For Immediate Ganks Or Ward Other Jungle And Gank Jungler(Depending On What Champ They Are). Always Get Dragon When Possible, I Typically Solo Dragon When I Finish Stalker's Blade Warrior And Time Before That Prob Want To Get Some Help. Kill The Rift Walkers Too, To Help Give Vision And Speed For Your Team, There For You Already On The Way To Assist Your Team.

Mid Game

Keep Up With Jungle, And Continue To Look For Ganks Attempts And Tower Diving Ganks. If Your Teammates Are Not A$$holes, Help Push Up Lanes To Try To Kill Towers. If There Is A Team Fight In The Other Side Of The Map Go Ahead And Push Up The Lane, If You Know The Team Will Be Def/Fighting In A Stalemate.

End Game

By This Time You Should Be Geared And A Little Tanky But Your Job Is Not To Tank~!, Unless You Have Most Items. You Are Just To Look For The Carry/Mage And Dive Right In And Stun/Burst/Kill And Zoom Back Out. The Risky Part Is If They Target You So Be Very Careful And Observant Where And Who They Are Targeting. Most Cases They Will Target Your Carry(Duh) Or Mage Too, So While You Are Charging In Like A Madman. Slap A Bytch With Your Bear Stun And Micromanage Your Way In.
