Ezreal in Urf

Ezreal is a power pick in Urf focused around his low cooldown Poke/Burst with his Mystic Shot, Essence Flux and Trueshot Barrage, He also has incredible mobility and kiting with Arcane Shift

Ezreals Q is Mystic Shot This is Ezreals best form of poke it also applies on hit affects such as Lich Bane, Mystic Shot's cooldown reduces to 0.9 seconds at rank 5

Ezreals W is Essence Flux, Essence flux is a High AP scaling ability that travels through Monsters and Minions, It also grants Ezreal and his Allys up to 40% attack speed on cast this ability is on a 1.8 second cooldown at rank 5

Arcane Shift

Ezreals E is Arcane Shift, Arcane shift is a Blink ability that is used for kiting it also does a surprising amount of damage that people often forget, At rank 5 Arcane Shift is on a 2.6 Second cooldown

Trueshot Barrage

Ezreals R is Trueshot Barrage, Trueshot Barrage is a Global ability that grants vision when fired, Trueshot Barrage is Ezreals highest damage ability with a 1 second cast time it also does less damage per target it travels through and is on a 24 second cooldown

Core Item's

Hextech Gunblade synergises very well with Ezreals kit, Gunblade also has an active that does around 150 base damage with a 40% ap scaling that is very spamable (6 second cooldown) which adds more burst to you spell rotation

Lich BaneIs a very good urf item being a Sheen item which raises your DPS by a large amount it also applies the damage on your Mystic Shot

Luden's Tempest Works very well in urf because the passive stacks via using abilities and moving considering that ezreal will be spamming Mystic Shot and Essence Flux this will stack fast, Ezreals Arcane Shift also counts towards moving for Luden's Tempests passive, Overall Luden's Tempest increases you burst significantly
