If you jg with Volibear I don't think you need tiamat to clear faster his e and passive are great for clearing if you are low keep using w on on grump red blue Buffs
it will help with e I usually max W or Q first Mostly W But Maxing Q is not bad since W deals alot of damage already

If they have bone plating you can destroy it with passive Press the attack can work on Volibear.
