Threats & Synergies
Draven CAN be an issue if you make too many mistakes. However, with your range you should be able to play safe. Just be sure to rush ninja tabi's after tear.
Sivir CAN be a very big issue but it depends on her support. Sivir herself isn't too bad considering you can pop her spell shield with every ability. Just be sure to poke her out before you decide to fight.
You can either completely stomp her or she can just jump on you and you can't get away from her. To me, it's almost a skill matchup.
You can poke her out of lane but the minute she gets a few items. Whew. If you don't stomp lane she can hunt you down and always catch up with you due to her ult. Its winnable. Just be cautious if you go even.
I mean, Cait hurts a lot but she's support dependent. She shouldn't give you too much trouble. However, don't underestimate her damage.
Yuumi and Ezreal are a perfect combo to have in the bot lane. Ezreal's safety and mobility allows Yuumi to safely position and poke. Overall, this lane makes it hell for the opposing team and it's very easy to snowball and/or play safe. PLUS, you get to take TP so better wave management and CS.
Sona is able to harass the enemy along with Ezreal's poke. This, when paired with her healing, allows Sona to dominate the bot lane with Ezreal since they can sit back and harass while keeping their HP topped off.
Refer to Sona* They're pretty much the same. She heals and pokes, Ezreal pokes, it's a safe lane that you can't really go wrong with.
Nami kind of falls with Soraka and Sona due to her healing, however, her empowered auto's allow Ezreal's poke to hit hard. If she lands a bubble, Ezreal is able to throw out his W and combo his enemy with an ult or an early game E + Q. Plus, she has strong disengage.
Janna works the same as Sona and Soraka except she's better for peel. Her W can be really annoying and paired with Ezreal's harass the enemy laner should always be below half hp. She really good at dealing with engage/assassins which can sometimes be Ezreal's downfall.
Pyke is always going for a kill lane and at times this can be useful to Ezreal. However, the method in which Pyke goes for kills tends to favor other ADCs. Ezreal wants to poke then fight, Pyke wants to commit and all-in. It's nothing too great.
Rakan allows for Peel, poke, disengage, and engage. I just think he's broken with literally any ADC.
Bard really depends on how the support plays. He can be very useful with his poke and sustain but sometimes Bard's go all-in and work against Ezreal.
There are way better supports for Ezreal. It can work due to Ezreal's Q setting of Braum's passive quickly but it's harder to take control of the lane due to having to take full on fights instead of poking out the enemy.
Taric is all about CC and healing. This would be good but for Ezreal, it's not much of a heal and Taric's stun would be wasted. His ult doesn't do much for Ezreal since Ezreal should keep his distance in fights anyway.
He will eat you and probably get you killed. Mobility is great with Ezreal, as for Tahm, this frog is not mobile in the slightest.
I mean, I guess she can be useful for anti-assassin but. Ezreal can build against that on his own. Her abilities are wasted on Ezreal due to his lack of auto attacking.
It's not my favorite but it works. You can out poke the enemy, have hard CC, slows, kiting potential, etc. I prefer others but this won't fail you.
Champion Build Guide
+Versatile, which means he can adapt to nearly every situation.
+Safe, thus he's never really a bad pick.

Trinity Force: This item provides Ezreal with so many stats that it's a crime to not get it. I build this a great majority of the time over Iceborn Gauntlet due to how strong it makes you. The Sheen proc makes your Q, Mystic Shot, do more damage. The Phage gives you movement speed and health so you can kite more. Overall, it's a great item that you should look to build nearly every game.
Iceborn Gauntlet: This item right here is honestly a waste to me. It's very situational when it'll be useful and most of the time all it does is heavily reduce your damage. Only take this when you need to kite the enemy extremely hard or if you really, really need the armor. Otherwise, steer clear and focus on thing like HextechGLP-800 for kiting, or Zhonya's Hourglass, Ninja Tabi, Guardian Angel if you need armor.
Hextech Gunblade: This is an item that provides Ezreal with strong hybrid stats all while providing him with some healing. I prefer this over Blade of the Ruined King but take your pick. The active will help you burst enemy's lategame and it just is an overall good item.
Sorcerer's Shoes: These are the boots I take most of the time. The additional Magic Penetration is just free damage if the enemy isn't building Magic Resist. I tend to prefer these over anything else since I can build additional resistances through other items.
Ninja Tabi: I only go these boots if they have a heavy auto-attack based team/champion, or if I really need the armor. Most of the time I take these if the enemy has an assassin or a Twitch. The extra 5 seconds that they keep you alive can be a game changer so don't think little of these great boots.
Mercury's Treads: These boots are very rare to take, however, they're amazing when you do need them. If the enemy team has a lot of CC and/or a lot of AP, these work wonders. I personally rarely ever take them but I do love them when the enemy has a Rakan or Ahri.
Hextech GLP-800: Honestly, this is one of my favorite items on Ezreal. It provides you with AP, CDR, and some CC. Due to my hate of Iceborn Gauntlet, if I need help kiting or my team needs some slows, Hextech GLP-800 is my go-to item. It also provides you with some AOE damage in fights. Overall, it's amazing and don't underestimate the difference it can make.
Luden's Echo: This is seen as a standard on Ezreal but, it doesn't do too much for me. I honestly prefer Hextech GLP-800 a lot more but this item is useful if you don't need the slows and you want the extra 10 AP. However, sometimes I like to build this in addition to Hextech GLP-800 so take from that what you will.
