Problems arise with his ultimate, which by the way, has a cool down of two centuries. On top of that, it's a fairly small AoE of which the maximum damage potential is based on your AP and the amount of damage you tanked. Though, you need to be able to actually tank this so you need those items as well. The only real way to get off a good ult is by using Flash and then pray it won't get interrupted. Galio isn't the best cc-er, not the best pusher and he just doesn't fit the meta. His passive is outdated and doesn't help against AD casters anyway.[/quote]
