Kraken Slayer build is more like traditional marksman and Eclipse is more burst / splitpush.
For Kraken, you go
I think omnivamp is also really strong in AD and AP builds, and the only actual option for AD is

In my opinion, the best rune set for AD and AP is

I don't really post Youtube videos but I do stream on Twitch from time to time, but I think my recent VODs have been deleted because they expired.
For better early damage, it's better to rush
A lot of the information in the gameplay section don't really depend on having high elo teammates or having high elo enemies that act a certain way, so there isn't much I would change there.
Great job!
For AP with Gunblade, the first big spike is Gunblade then second Rabadon's
For AP with Nash rush, the first big spike is Nashor's then second is Rabadon's
For AD with Bork, the first big spike is Bork + Guinsoos then the next big spike is when you get IE

In lane, the moment she starts using her Q + E to move towards you, you want to immediately step back with
If you can't do this, then you need to make sure you don't get hit by one of her CC (Q or W). If you aren't CC'd by Q or W then you can most likely fight her and chunk her for a large portion of her HP.

Fiora:
In this matchup, you can take
E max first as usual and you can go either Q or W max second (up to you).
In lane, she'll go for your vitals so you'll want to just hit her whenever she does dash to you. You'll win the short trades because she can't all-in you early, so she'll just run away after using Q to hit a vital.
You'll NEED to dodge her W in fights or else your attack speed will be slowed and you won't be able to win the trade. You can bait out her W with your
If they have a strong early game jungler and you're scared of being ganked, freeze the lane towards your tower so you can just harass her when she goes for CS.
