The only items I consider to be core on Gangplank are Infinity Edge and (to a lesser extent) Trinity Force. Replacing Youmuu's sounds like the best solution, but you really shouldn't need Eleisa's Miracle due to your Remove Scurvy, just get the Banshee's Veil, it'll help your atma's too. If you absolutely needed tenacity, just swap out your boots for merc treads.

You NEED one ArP item. So Youmuu's is imo core. The CDR is also ****ing awesome for GP.

Good build. But i think, you shouldn't buy eleisa's. You should keep it for the money(because your build is very expensive) and sell it later. For that, buy Merc's. They are simply the best boots^^.
Also, if you want to play atmog's, i would buy it earlier. An early sheen also helps you.

I don't play Gankplank but this should be thereoticly the best build. You could also buy Frozen Mallet instead of Warmog's Armor, because the slow proc on Parrrley is so epic.

On the thing about Executioner's, I find it to be great under some circumstances, and I sometimes get it if the enemies constantly uses HP pots to have full HP or if I lane against a healing supporter.
Of course also against Mundo, Swain & sometimes Vlad as well.
