My service


I'll review your guide if you would like - But remember, that no guide ever improved significantly with only shallow compliments. Here are some notes about my review service:
  • I will make my reviews as fair and honest as i can. I will give you compliments on parts of your guide that I think are OK and do not need to change, and I will criticize parts of the guide that I disagree with in some way.
  • If you have a lot of different build orders in your guide, I'll probably just look at the first one unless you tell me otherwise. Unless you specifically want me to review the matchups section of your guide, i'll skip this part as well. I'm not much into that kind of nit-picking
  • Any unusual parts of your guide like itemizations, or playstyles should be supported with evidence. If you do not support your itemization with evidence, I will by default challenge it, and tell you that I won't think that your build/playstyle is conducive with that item. If you mathematically justify a particular item choice, I will never challenge it - provided that your math is done correctly.
  • If your guide has a lot of spelling and grammatical errors, I won't bother reviewing it; I've found that that sort of thing irks me and gives me too much of a headache :P
  • I believe that editing a guide is a very interactive process, and that both readers and guide writers benefit from having multiple peer reviews of their guides. If I have already critiqued your guide, I invite you to resubmit your guide after considering the points that I have brought forward.
  • If you opt to have your guide get a score, keep in mind that most guides on their first review by me get between 30-60%; I know I am a really hard grader - I'm just trying my best to give you actually helpful feedback. Use my point deductions as a reference point to see which parts of the guide could be improved the most!

Scouting & Voting


  • Upvotes are earned. If I do upvote your guide, you should feel very good about it - I have a high expectation for guides, and i'll only upvote guides that truly deserve it.
  • I won't ever downvote your guide. You've worked hours on writing your guide, and you are coming to me for help. Not only would me downvoting your guide be disrespectful, it wouldn't help your guide at all! I sincerely ask you to remain respectful about the whole matter though; Don't act like a 10 year old.
  • If you want me to +scout your guide, I strongly recommend that you have an in depth team fighting section of your guide, as that is something that both me, and your other readers can really benefit from. Teaching through example is the best kind of guidance that you can give your readers, so if you have pictures of a 'good team fight' with your champion and go into sufficient detail about what you did in that team fight, you can expect a upvote from me. I have high expectations for this section, so it is a really big deal if I upvote your guide, and you should be very proud of yourself if i did upvote it. Provided with a sufficient analysis, these are good examples of 'team fight positioning & analyses' that I would upvote, and consider +scouting.
    Example 1: (From Joxuu's Corki Guide) Corki's team fight positioning

    Example 3: Analysis of Sneaky's positioning as Kog maw at 5:51, 7:52

    Excellent team fighting:

    Why it went so well:
    1. He anticipated the flash Tibbers so that as soon as Annie flashed he was able to reposition so that he wouldn't get hit.
    2. Bushes - He dipped in and out of the bushes so that Annie couldn't target him thus reducing the risk of crowd control.
    3. Positioning - He made sure he was never in a position to take free hits from their ADC.
    4. Timing - He went in after he knew Annie had used her stun and Rammus had also used his taunt, he focused Rammus as he was the closest to him and with his build he could shred Rammus' armour for his team mates as well. He chose not to dive for Annie initially as he knew Rammus would interfere and they could chain CC to kill him.
    5. He quickly gets out of MF's ultimate rendering it useless and then goes on to focus Annie.
    6. He flashes Janna's tornado in order to position himself close to MF and stun her, so that his team can catch up and help lock her down.
