Champion Build Guide
Morgana's Dark Binding has a 2 second root duration at level 1 and can be hard for the enemy to dodge if they're pushed up. Combined with Tormented Shadow, this can deal a lot of damage. Black Shield can be great for ganking lanes with crowd control that might normally deter you from ganking for fear of just getting stunned and the enemy running away. All of Morgana's scalings are high and provide a lot of consistent damage for your team.
Pros
-Great consistent dps.
-Good Crowd Control
-Blocks a lot of crowd control with Black Shield
-Healthy Clear
-AoE Damage with Tormented Shadow
-Extremely Fun
Cons
-Somewhat squishy
-Many teammates might not like you picking Morgana jungle
-Not as mobile as some junglers
Keystone
Dark Harvest is great with Morgana. I take this every game because of the damage it provides and how easy it is to proc and stack as Morgana. You need to be ganking to make sure you stack it to make the most use out of it, but you will deal massive damage in return with it. It also gives Morgana a lot more burst than consistent damage she would deal with just Tormented Shadow which can be great for killing squishies quickly.
Domination Options
Cheap Shot - More damage and generally the best choice.
Zombie Ward - If you're clearing out wards and constantly buying control wards, this can be easier to stack than Eyeball Collection.
Eyeball Collection - If you're constantly ganking you should pick up a lot of kills and assists and quickly stack this.
Ravenous Hunter - Provides more sustain in drawn out fights which will often favor Morgana due to Tormented Shadow's consistent damage.
Sorcery Options
Nimbus Cloak - This is viable, but since it works with summoner spells now instead of ultimates, I tend to prefer Transcendence.
Transcendence - This will give you extra CDR to scale into late game.
Waterwalking - This is great for getting around quickly and ganking as well as providing damage in jungle skirmishes and for taking dragons, rift heralds, and baron.
Gathering Storm - This is great for late game, but Morgana jungle can have some great ganks so I generally go with Waterwalking instead.
Sorcerer's Shoes - Magic Penetration is standard for champions who build mostly AP.
Liandry's Torment - Liandry's will help you with long drawn out fights as well as applying a % health burn that can be refreshed on all enemies that step in Tormented Shadow. It also gives you more health which may often be underestimated.
Morellonomicon - More AP, Health, and Magic Pen. Overall a great item, as well as providing a good source of grievous wounds to reduce healing for anyone that steps in Tormented Shadow.
Rabadon's Deathcap - This is generally a must buy for your final item as it provides you with a large amount of AP with the passive.
Spellbinder - This can be useful as it gives a large amount of AP and a passive that can give you some movement speed and AP. It's not too difficult to stack if you are with your team.
Mejai's Soulstealer - This is extremely cost effective when ahead as you can get up to 145 AP for 1400 gold when it is fully stacked. However, if you fall behind it can be a waste of gold.
Void Staff - Great for tanky teams, more AP and % Magic Pen.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter - Great for AoE slows that are hard to dodge while providing you with more health and AP while being fairly cheap.
Zhonya's Hourglass - Extremely standard defensive item for Morgana which is probably the best for defense due to the active it has that can go well with Soul Shackles
Banshee's Veil - Morgana doesn't need the passive as much as some mages, but it still helps and gives magic resist which is great against teams with a lot of AP.
Twin Shadows - AP, CDR, and Movement Speed. Additionally gives a great active that can help chase down enemies or help guarantee an escape when combined with Dark Binding.
Ardent Censer - Generally not something I go, but it can be useful if you're playing more of a supportive role on the team due to still giving AP as well as attack speed for a carry.
Athene's Unholy Grail - This can let you heal your team a decent amount since you deal a large amount of damage. It also provides some magic resist and ability power, making it good if you're playing more of a support role in the game.
