Most people say that you should start at your blue buff, but there is a little secret to speed up your jungle clear by a huge amount, and make it really hard to counter jungle you.

If you start at red buff with a small leash, save your smite to execute it, don't worry about mana, it will die very fast.

Next move on to your raptors, Amumu is one of the few junglers that excel at killing these early on, spam e and leave tears on.

Next you go towards your blue, but on your way throw a ward in the bush behind the pit, leading into river, this will give you warning if someone is trying to come and kill you.

By the time you start your Blue buff Scuttle crab should be spawning, note that this is the time most junglers finish their first buff, and you are already starting your second.

After you finish your blue look to get a gank in either of the 2 closes lanes, if you are blue side that will be top and mid, purple side will be mid and bot. If there is no availale gank check scuttle, take it if it is there, then move to gromp then wolves. Note that you have a lot of damage at level 3 with redbuff.

Your job is very simple, dive in when you can land a bandage on either the mid laner or the adc, press r the moment you land, then auto the nearest target and start throwing a fit in the middle of them. make sure you prioritize chasing off their dps over hitting the tanks, but don't chase too far so that your team can't help.
