Rammus I would gladly test the items and if they are indeed better, change the build.
Rammus
runes and some of the masteries are totally up to you to choose where to pick.About the abilities, I didn't know for sure when you couldn't choose which skill, so I just showed you
Defensive Ball Curl and PUNCTURING TAUNT. You guys know when to use Soaring Slam so that wouldn't be a problem, just as last pick Powerball, only 1 point in the beginning, then the others.
