Introduction
As always you should view other builds and not just one.
Later on I'll add detailed explanations and reasonings when I'm not completely swamped with work.
Skill Sequence
-
-Ice Shard is Lissandra's main damage and farming tool so it's better to take it first.
-Lissandra's Ring of Frost is very versatile damage and utility spell. Max it second.
-Glacial path is more of a utility spell with a high cooldown so it's better to max it last.
-Frozen tomb should always be taken when available.
This skill order is designed to maximize damage output.
