Her passive can win the trade. Greivous Wounds can help. Try to avoid trades.

He can outplay you due to his W. His passive's healing is also something to worry about.
Tahm Kench
You can't trade with TK. His kit full of CC will get him to kite you. His E can tank your bursts. Try to poke him.
Urgot
His E can outplay your E so focus in dodging his skills.
Akali
Akali can dodge your assaults with her W. Also during her W, she can poke you. Try to keep distance of her during the smoke. Use your E to counter her R2's execution damage.
Cassiopeia
Always use burst runes. Burst her before she can kite you. Use your E (powered up) to get out of her range.
Fiora
Use your W-Flash to avoid her stun. Greivous Wounds is your best ally.
Gangplank
He doesn't trade well against you, but watch out for his pokes. Use your E to avoid his barrel's damage.
Kennen
Kennen can kite you, so dodging his Q can help. Lethality helps.
Kled
His passive can be a pain in the ***. BOTRK is a great ally. PTA is a last resort.
Lee Sin
Lee Sin can burst you with his E and insec you to his turret. Bursting him with BOTRK is a good idea.
Mordekaiser
Try not to extend trades with him, his passive will melt you. Try to avoid his Q.
Poppy
Poppy can counter your engage with her W. Her Q deals damage based on your max health so use your E to keep trading.
Quinn
You will want to burst her as quick as possible. Ask for an early gank if needed.
Renekton
Renekton can outplay you with his ultimate. PTA and BOTRK are always good.
Tryndamere
Letting Tryndamere grow is dangerous. Ignite can be useful to kill him right after the end of his R.
Wukong
Wukong can outplay your W and E due to his clone.
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath can outplay you with his Q. Dodging his Q means you can W him with no problem.
Garen
Always use Ignite and PTA. Try to poke him. Don't try to all-in him until your Eclipse or BOTRK.
Gnar
Always use burst runes. He can kite you, so try to follow him with your E (powered up) to finish him.
Illaoi
Always keep your E to avoid getting hit by her tentacles. Try to trade with her after she runs out of skills.
Irelia
Even matchup. Greivous Wounds helps against Irelia.
Jax
Don't use your W until his E runs out.
Malphite
Using PTA helps killing him in early levels. Use your E to avoid his R damage. Tenacity can help as well.
Maokai
PTA can win you the lane. Greivous Wounds can help as well.
Riven
After she runs out of kit, you can engage on her.
Singed
Avoid extensive trades and, as always, never chase Singed ;)
Sylas
Try not to trade with him until you buy Greivous Wounds.
Vayne
Same as Quinn.
Yorick
He can outplay you easily due to his massive damage.
Camille
Since you win the lane, you don't need to worry. If she win the lane, try to avoid trading with her.
Jayce
Your E can counter his Q's bursting damage.
Nasus
Early kills on Nasus makes him useless. Nasus can kill you on his level 6 ( Eclipse and Black Cleaver can help).
Sion
PTA will do the trick almost every time. In case of losing the lane, Eclipse and BOTRK can help.
Teemo
Avoid using your W while blinded.
Viego
High damage but squishy. Eclipse and Greivous Wounds can win you the lane.
Volibear
Same as Camille, don't let him get kills.
Aatrox
Dodging his Q's can do the trick. If you lose the lane, Greivous Wounds can help you come back.
Darius
No Darius can win against a good Pantheon. Just dodge his Q with your E or jumping in him with your W. If you get stacked with his passive, quit the trade. Always use Ignite.
Kayle
Bursting her is easy. Building lethality helps.
Ornn
Pantheon has priority in-lane. PTA is always good.
