Hi Guys!

I'm a Gold player from SEA that have been playing for about 3 years and just loves playing Fiora! A LOT! ( They can't verify ranking in South East Asia.. If you like, Check me out in quickfind from my profile )

There is a chance that Fiora will be getting a rework... So before that, why not just play fiora before it happens!~

This will be a very short and sweet build. There might be things i left out.. Feel free to comment and i will add it into the build.

Let's jump into the Build!~

I will not state everything that is a Pro/Con when playing Fiora.

In order to play a champion well, you have to understand the Pro and Cons by yourself!!

However, this is just a few Cons that you MUST know when playing Fiora.

>>Fiora Is a VERY squishy Champ
>>Has no CC AT ALL
>>Team Dependent in Teamfights

MAIN SPELLS

Flash is a MUST for Fiora. No Question for this. It helps to engage, disengage, flee from battles etc. Most importantly, it helps you escape from ganks.

Ignite is one of my favorite spells of all times. It helps you counter champions such as singed, Dr Mundo, Master yi, Yorick etc. It is the perfect spell for early game domination which would then help progress further into the game.

Alternative Spells

It is a excellent choice to set up ganks for other lanes. It can also be used to pressurize top. However, it must be timed and used correctly, otherwise this spell would be completely useless throughout the whole game. I would STRONGLY discourage newly Fiora users to use this spell.
This is a very tricky spell. It can be used to set up for baits or even dive on others 1v1. It also doesn't get disrupted by any spells that reduces the shield amount. However, it doesn't scale off as good as heal. Moderately recommended for beginners.
I don't really feel that it is a very 'good' spell on Fiora. It has a high chance of being countered by champions with 'reduced healing' or even with ignite. It is still viable towards the late game phrase though. When used well, it can be super effective in teamfights which is important for Fiora,as a single target champion


The rest of the spells, i feel that it is not suitable for Fiora. I will update this if i try our more spells in future games.

My Mastery Page

Maximum Burst of damage in a short period of time. No doubt. It's a SUPER offensive tree. I call it the '1 kill 1 death' page. There is no form of escape for fiora, once she uses her full combo on someone, others might 'all-man gank' you. That's why it's called the '1 kill 1 death' page. You kill 1 enemy, you die. However, if you REALLY know how to use fiora, there will be no problem even escaping the gank. I am currently using this page.

More of a sustain mastery page... I would recommend this for players that are more passive in lane. This mastery page gives you both the offense AND defense. More health regen stacking one after another. It helps you stay in lane more and pressure your top. Personally, i feel that it is the 'standard' mastery page, it allow you to deal tons of damage and also be able to have high defense. Increase Hardiness or Resistance when fighting AP/AD champions

My Rune Page

You will now be thinking to yourself.. Why Critical chance/damage runes? Why not AD? The reason is because you will be able to catch-up to the damage of your opponent even if you are under level. I feel that Fiora is rather a late game champion than a early game. Champion such as Cho'Gath would dominate you early game as he does not require the usage of basic attacks and is very tanky even in early games. Thus, you might fall behind in levels or in gold, a reduce in damage. All in all, critical runes/damage are there to help boost your damage potential even at early games to make the damage output equal to your counter champions. This is the current rune page that i am using and it works exceptionally fine

Alternative Rune Pages

I added 2 lifesteal Quintessences to get a higher sustain in the lane especially when up against AP burst Champions. Riposte can help make up for the missing AD from the Quintessences Runes. I added 4 Magic Resist Scaling as when it is during the early game phrase, there won't be so much high AP ratio in any champions(including AP champions), thus dealing lesser damage. During the mid-game phrase, AP ratio increases, thus the Magic Resist Scaling glyph will do their 'work' here.

The Standard Top AD Rune Page. I won't recommend this to others as there is TOO MUCH AD in this build and no sustain. No ways to catch up. Overall, I feel that it is a pretty useless rune page.

Max this skill FIRST. It is Fiora's most only form of damage. It can also act like a gap closer, dashing to a minion and then to the champion. Some people might prefer maxing their Burst of Speed first rather than Lunge.Both options are fine but personally, i prefer maxing Lunge first.

Learn this if your opponent is dependent on basic attacks. For example, if the AD-carry is fed, Learn this. However, DON'T max this if the opponent team rely on skills more than basic attacks!! You might just want to level up it once just for the increased attack damage.

Learn this skill if you are not learning Riposte. You can also learn this if you wanna down turrets and take down objectives fast. It can also be used to push lanes. Additionally, it can always help you engage and escape from 1v1 fight in lanes.

LEARN IT WHENEVER POSSIBLE!!! That's what so special about Fiora!! It makes you invulnerable for a few seconds and that can avoid getting damaged. It also has the effect of lifesteal, engaging at a low hp can help gain abit of HP back


Burst of Speed> Lunge>Basic attack> Riposte> Lunge>Basic attack> Blade Waltz
(100% kill)

P.S: This is the Leveling sequence that i have been using for almost 2 years. It works our very well. Other then changes of learning Riposte and Burst of Speed during gameplay, maxing Lunge has been working well. If there is any other suggestion of Leveling sequence, do let me know. Thankss ^_^

Ninja Tabi is an excellent choice for Fiora. Even though his Riposte is able to parry basic attacks, it is only used for once in a whole fight. Ninja Tabi is especially good when playing against champion who relay a lot on basic attacks. For example Riven or Jax. Moreover, you would be able to 1v1 AD-carrys as 10% of all incoming damage from auto-attacks.



Mercury's Treads gives a huge reduction in CC duration and also magic resit. It is mainly used to counter AP top champions like Teemo or Gragas. Slows, Stuns and even blinds can be very difficult to deal with especially when playing Fiora.

Statikk Shiv is a extremely important to Fiora when playing her as a Critical assassin. It gives 40% attack speed, 20% critical chance and 6% movement speed. All these are important and required stats when playing Fiora. Chasing enemy, having more chance to crit enemies and also have attack speed for your Burst of Speed. It even has that extra damage from that 'electric bouncing sparks'



Tons of damage :>



Huge boost to your critical damage. From 200% to 250%, that means 50% more damage dealt to champions. Infinity Edge even gives 80 attack damage and 20% critical chance. A perfect overall item for Fiora when playing her as crit.



Executioner's Calling is a huge counter to champions such as Warwick or Dr. Mundo. Executioner's Calling gives a huge jump in your critical chance and attack damage in early-game phrase at a low price. However, it does not scale off that well with other critical chance items. Choose this item wisely.

Just image Ravenous Hydra with Statikk Shiv. Dealing so much damage at a short period of time. Ravenous Hydra also improves Fiora's farming rate . Ravenous Hydra also gives a huge amount of 75 attack damage. This should be your very first item. After getting Ravenous Hydra, your enemy top lane will have trouble laning with you.



After the update on Bloodthirster, i feel that it is now better than Blade of the Ruined King. It provides you with additional shield and also a huge amount of 80 attack damage. During your Blade Waltz duration, Bloodthirster will be able to stack up that extra shield in teamfights.



I have tried this items only for a few times and my conclusion is that it should only be used for players who can't control their mana usage. For Fiora, she does not need so much of mana in late game but still, this item can be used for mid-game purposes. I won't really recommend this but it is still viable when playing Fiora



Blade of the Ruined King used to be one of my top choice when playing Fiora but once the rework on Bloodthirster it has fall back on Fiora It gives only 25 attack damage!! It doesn't even scale off so well!! It is very dependent on its unique passive of 8% of target's current health. Of CURRENT HEALTH mind you. However, beside the discrimination, it can still be used by Fiora but i will not recommend it.

Last Whisper give a huge advantage to tanker and player's who buy Thornmail It is alot cheaper than Black Cleaver and would suggest you to build it around mid-game if you encounter teams stacking armor. Remember that it gives percent armor penetration rather than flat armor penetration



Black Cleaver is the optimal item for Fiora It provides armor reduction and even armor penetration. Moreover, it also provides Fiora CDR to allow her to spam her skills. The unique passive however, requires you to target 1 target to reduce their armor to the maximum of Black Cleaver potential. Being an assassin Fiora however, makes you aim single targets most of the time, thus this should not be a problem.( It gives flat armor penetration )



Youmuu's Ghostblade is a very cheap item which provides Fiora with attack speed, attack damage and armor penetration. It will only work well in mid-game situations. It scales off pretty bad during late game. Thus, i would perfer Last Whisper rather than Youmuu's Ghostblade. Nevertheless, it still has flat armor penetration, critical chance and cooldown reduction. Still a viable item on Fiora
