This champion wins against Kha'Zix unless you can catch him with his abilities on cooldown and fight him in a bush where he can't get any passive autos on you. Don't ever fight him near bushes unless you're ready to all in him inside the bush. I generally try to get a lead by ganking before ever attempting to fight him.
Rammus
If this champion's abilities are off cd, he wins. If you can manage to catch him after he's used his w shield, try to wait until it's over and then chase him down. He is very squishy without it. I like to invade him by catching him while he's doing his second buff early if possible to shut him down before he scales into a tanky, brain-dead monstrosity.
Volibear
This champion is dumb. There is no winning against him early game. Don't try to cheese him. There is no point. He will win even if he is low many times with his passive, and even if he doesn't he'll just get away and leave you for one of his laners to clean up. Warn your laners that you can't do much early, ward his jungle or the river for your laners if you can, ping where you think he is, and try to path in a way that avoids him so you can make plays where he isn't.
Ekko
This champ deals some pretty heavy damage while also being able to hard cc you and your team in an aoe. You can go for an early cheese at one of his buffs if you can catch him with his abilities on cooldown, but otherwise respect him when you come across him. He's very strong with teammates that can follow up on his w stun. If you dodge his q and don't get stunned by his W you can win, but many times he will get away anyways. Try to focus on ganking to get a lead and taking his camps when you can.
Elise
She is dangerous before you get challenging smite and even after. If you don't get a lead on her, it can be very hard to kill her. Her spiders deny isolation, she can stun you, and even if you end up winning she can use her e and/or flash to get away. If you manage to dodge her stun, you will win the 1v1 if you're even with her. I've seen some people suggest buying tiamat to kill her spiderlings as well. I haven't tried it personally but it seems like a good idea.
Dr. Mundo
Late game he is extremely annoying to deal with, as you have to rely on your team to not focus on him. If they do you just kind of lose. Early game he is pretty useless, so take advantage. Invade him if you can. Be active in lanes early if you see any opportunities. If he counterganks dodge his axes by sidestepping or standing behind minions. If he's alone in his jungle you will just win.
Graves
Graves is basically freelo against Kha'Zix. Unless he builds lethality and gets a lead before you fight him, he's generally pretty easy to beat. If you ever catch him isolated he's just dead.
Kindred
Another freelo champ vs. Kha'Zix. Unless it's a very good Kindred and she gets a solid lead before fighting you, she's extremely easy to invade and shut down before she ever scales and becomes a problem.
Jarvan IV
This is somewhat of a skill matchup in favor of Kha. If he goes electrocute and gets the jump on you he can win it, but if he goes aftershock you can generally 1v1 him early on, especially if you fight him in the river with riverwalking, dodge his knockup, or catch him without it. If it's a good J4 they will generally avoid fighting you without a lead and try to make plays where you are not. Do your best to track him and either countergank or ward and ping for your team.
Shyvana
Shyvana isn't the best jungler at the moment. If you deny her drakes she will have a very difficult time being relevant. Invade her early to try to get a kill and put her behind. Buy a control ward on your first back and put it on the drake, and try to stay bot side until you've secured the drake.
In terms of micro, they generally build AP now, so if you dodge her e you can all in her and win guarenteed. If she isn't ahead you can actually just tank it most times if you're fighting her while she's isolated.
Nocturne
He wins the 1v1 unless you get a lead. Unless you can catch him with his fear on cooldown after he uses it on a camp, he will just all in you and fear you and you will be forced to either E or flash away. Be wary of early invades, as his early ganks aren't that great, so if he doesn't have any opportunities to gank, he will likely look to invade. You can countergank against him, so try to track him and be where he is. Once he uses his abilities on your laner he won't have them to use on you.
Camille
Since they nerfed Camille's ability to clear camps she has become significantly less viable as a jungler and consequently is rarely picked as one. She is viable, however, if your team doesn't respect her early ganking power.
If you ever face a Camille jungle, expect a level 2 gank somewhere like you'd expect a level 2 Twitch gank. It's going to happen. She will spam gank early to the best of her ability. Try to ward and track her so that you can at the very least show face and prevent her from snowballing herself or her team off of early kills.
Twitch
This champion is dumb but not in the sense that he's a threat to you. He's dumb because your teammates will be level 2 cheesed. Yes, even after you warn them that they are going to be level 2 cheesed - even though it's well known that that's the only value this champion has as a jungler. Don't let it tilt you when it happens. Just try to track where he's going, farm, and if you ever catch him in his jungle, he won't be able to deal with you without a teammate unless he is stupidly ahead. After your first back you can start to near one shot him if he's isolated. Unless he snowballs hard off of ganks he is a free matchup vs. Kha.
Olaf
This is somewhat of a skill matchup. I like to go Conquerer vs. Olaf because otherwise you won't win the 1v1 without a solid lead. Try to catch him at a buff early or get a lead from lanes. If he invades you early on with more health than you, either ping for a laner to help if one is able, or just back off and try to path elsewhere. You don't win unless you catch him with abilities on cd and/or with less hp than you. Try to sidestep his axes if you 1v1 him.
Nunu & Willump
The only Nunus that I lose against are nunus that spam gank early where i can't countergank. His snowball makes it hard to show up in time to respond to a gank. Try to track him and expect him to gank early. Hit Level 3 as quickly as possible, deep ward, and hover near your lanes for a few seconds before going to farm if you feel they may be ganked. He's also vulnerable to early invades since he needs to scale and get his items to be tanky, much like Rammus or Sejuani.
Sejuani
This is a skill matchup. She needs to scale to win. You win the 1v1 early and she's very vulnerable to early invades. If you 1v1 her with her abilities off cooldown, make sure to kite her if she engages and procs her aftershock, and wait until it's over to all in. Try to dodge her W and Q if you can. If she has a teammate by her side, she is a lot more of a threat, so be wary of teammates collapsing from their lanes. If she has another teammate that is tanky, Conquerer can be a good pick, but lethality is fine if you're confident you can shut her and her team down early and end before they get to scale.
Xin Zhao
He has a very strong early game and a strong level 2 gank. Many times people won't respect this and the threat of this champ lies in him getting an early lead like that and snowballing off of it. Just do your best to warn your team, watch where he's been leashed and ping it, reach 3 as quickly as possible, and stay on alert for where he is and what lane he could gank so you can be ready to counter it. If you can help your team survive his early game he's much easier to deal with mid to late.
In terms of a 1v1 he will generally win early game unless you can cheese him in the river with absolute focus and riverwalking or at his buff before he gets a lead. Mid to late game if he hasn't gotten a lead you should be able to win the 1v1.
Try to sidestep the line of his w and kite him after his second auto until his q is over so that he doesn't knock you up. Don't engage with e if you can avoid it so that after you've kited him you can E onto him, because he will run.
Udyr
Generally this matchup is about who gets a lead first. Be careful of level 2 invades like you would with champs like Lee Sin or Master Yi. Once you hit 3 look to catch him at one of his camps or fight him in the river if you can. I like to go Conquerer in this matchup as the healing gives you better sustain in the fight and the tenacity helps shorten his stun duration.
Master Yi
This matchup is also about who gets a lead first and who catches who. If yi catches you at your buff before you hit three, you won't be able to escape if you're unable to win. If you hit three without him invading, many times you can try to catch him at his second buff without his Q (alpha strike) and you'll be able to either chase him out of his jg and force a back/flash or kill him.
Evelynn
I don't generally have many problems with Eve unless they are very smart and good at jungling and the champion. Her early game is quite weak so you never have to worry about her invading you before you hit 3. Unless your laners are stupidly extended she will have a hard time effectively ganking them before she hits 6. She uses her charm to farm her camps, which leaves her extremely vulnerable to being invaded. I always look to invade Eve when I hit three and wait for her to charm her camp to engage. If you can put her behind early and snowball yourself, she won't be much of a problem.
Ahri
This champion is very difficult to gank post level 3, and pretty much impossible post level 6. She has to be very stupidly extended and even then can get away if she has flash. Look to try to catch her when she is about to or in the process of all inning your laner, as this is the only time she is truly vulnerable.
Annie
Another dumb champion. You can't touch any Annie that knows what they are doing. Every time you engage they will just stun, ignite, and all in with Tibbers. Look to get items like Edge of Night, Merc Treads, and/or QSS/Mercurial Scimitar. Either that or avoid her entirely.
Syndra
If this champ gets fed, don't bother trying to kill her unless her abilities are on cooldown. She'll just stun you before you kill her and outburst you into a pile of dust. Look to get a gank on her early on before she starts to scale or has an opportunity to snowball - around level 3 if she is extended far enough.
Cassiopeia
Cass has been OP since the Conquerer changes. If she scales and the person playing her is half decent you can forget about ever being able to assassinate her on your own. She can ground and slow you so you can't jump or walk up to her, and her ult just straight up hard cc's you. Unless you go W evolve, and even then, be careful engaging her without a teammate. Try to put her behind early before she scales and/or snowballs.
Bard
This champion is actually very annoying to deal with in my experience. His early game burst is crazy high, he can stun you from range, and even if you manage to get a combo off on him, he will just tunnel out and heal the damage anyways. He likes to roam and throw his abilities at you to piss you off and then run away. Avoid engaging him until you scale a bit unless you have your team ready to follow up.
Malzahar
Very annoying champion to deal with as Kha'Zix or any assassin. Watch yourself become irrelavent in every team fight with the click of a button! But really, unless you feel confident that he's going to use his ult on someone else in team fights, you're going to want to get a QSS at the very least after the laning phase is over. Another champ you should try to put behind early if you can, especially before he hits 6.
Kayn
This champ can either be a major problem or completely irrelevant. He has a very weak early game that can be abused if you can catch him, but he has the advantage of not needing a leash which can lead to unpredictable pathing and you losing a lot of camps if you don't pay attention. Make sure to guard your top side entrance and ward around the minute mark to prevent this. If he is going Rhast, try to be as active early to mid as you can. Gank often, invade, take any camps you can, etc. If you fight him make sure to get the kill or at least force a back, as you don't want to give him free orbs for his form.
Veigar
Veig is a great mid laner to play with as Kha'Zix. He's a safe scaling mage that doesn't typically extend, so you often don't have to worry about him dying to a gank. His cc is very easy to land and makes for great gank and team fight setups. He also scales very well so if you help him in the laning phase he will help you in the late game where you fall off.
Kai'Sa
Kaisa is great with Kha as she can follow up very well with him if she can land her W. Together their burst is pretty insane and it can make ganks and team fights a breeze. Another late game champ that can be a great ally if the game reaches that point.
Katarina
A snowballing champ like Kha, her ult can reset like Kha's E on kills, and since she's AP and you're AD, if the enemy team doesn't have 2 or more tanks, dealing with both of you can be very difficult if you get a lead.
Diana
Diana is perfect for Kha'Zix. If they are afraid of isolating themselves due to you and bunch themselves together, it makes for insane Diana ultimates. If they are afraid of her, they may isolate themselves and give you free picks. She's also AP, so if you're both fed they will have a hard time building against you.

One of the coolest things about Kha'Zix is that you can choose to evolve his abilities depending on what your team needs you to be. Generally I take two main evolution paths that I've found to work.
If I've gone Conquerer, I find the best evolution route is R first, then W, then E. R evolve allows you to survive longer in 1v1's and in team fights so that you can get more combos off and squeeze more healing out of Conq. It can also deny the enemy things like press the attack or conquerer procs the quicker you go in and out of invisibility. You can get three q +passive auto's off while also being safe in between while your q cools down. It allows you to sneak up on people much more easily in team fights or during ganks with the longer invis duration so that you will be able to save your E to escape, dodge skillshots, or gapclose. W can give you and your team insane safety and control in team fights. The AOE poke and slow is absolutely invaluable. It also provides sight on anyone it hits, making it perfect if you need to check bushes or behind the baron or dragon pit.
If I go Electrocute or Dark Harvest I will evolve Q and then either W or E depending on how the game is going. Whichever I don't evolve second, I will evolve third. I don't usually evolve R with this rune page. If my team is behind or if I myself am behind, I tend to go W since it not only gives you and your team more peel and therefore safety, it can also give you utility by enabling you to poke safely or set up plays for your team without having to jump in and risk dying. If I have a significant lead and I believe I'm able to one shot 2 or more people on their team, I'll generally evolve E for the kill resets since I'll be able to jump in without as much risk of a failed assassination. Getting multiple E resets is the most fun part about this champion to me. There's nothing like double jumping as Kha.
To be continued :)
Hi. I'm a former Kha'Zix one trick. I started playing the game at the very end of season 8, and started playing ranked at the beginning of season 9. I peaked Platinum 3 and I plan on hitting at least Diamond this season. I don't one trick Kha'Zix anymore because I've found that it can be better to pick champions that synergize with your team comp and are more effective against the enemy team comp, and sometimes Kha just isn't the best option, like if your team has decided to go full AD or if there is already another assassin or 2. However, I still main him and play him whenever I think he'll be a good fit.
I'll put the link to my account at the bottom. Unfortunately the account is banned and I can't play on it anymore because.. well, I can be sort of toxic sometimes. I'm working on it. Don't be toxic. Be nice to your monkey teammates so that they don't tilt and throw the game you're trying to carry. :)
I'll be spending more time making this guide a bit more in-depth but I don't want to do it all at once. I hope it was helpful to anyone interested in learning or maining this champ.
