Can escape from you fear and ultimate after 6. Save your Q for healing yourself and try to fear him when he gets low so he doesn't use his increased attack speed. I always run Ignite into this matchup.

One of the healthiest jungle clears in the game.
Can outduel almost every champion.
Can 1v2 and 1v3 if fed enough.
Easy to pick up, but can be rewarding for mastering.
Mobile and tanky.
One of the best early to mid-game junglers.
Fast at doing jungle objectives.
Insane healing.
Fun to play.
CONS

Weak to grievous wounds early game.
Bad multi-camp clear without Tiamat or Ironspike Whip.
Ultimate can be hard to hit sometimes.
Falls off late game.
Can be kited easily if enemies aren't low on health.
Runes

Easy to proc, gives you good burst damage. Doesn't scale that well into the late game but gives you a strong early. Ideal against squishier targets and shorter fights.

Somewhat harder to proc on Warwick as you need 12 stacks, but is very strong in extended fights, and scales way better than PTA. Ideal against tankier targets and extended fights.

Mostly a for fun rune on Warwick. Will help you ganking targets above 50% HP and make you chase low enemies even better. Will also extend your ultimate range and make you run comically fast.

Procs on your E and R, makes you very tanky. Pretty great during all stages of the game. Ideal for a more tanky/frontline Warwick and for teamfight engages with E and R. Takes this if your team has no tanks and already has a good early game.
Jungle Pathing
Standard Clear

Red > Wolves > Blue > Gromp
or
Blue > Gromp > Wolves > Red
After that, look for a Scuttlecrab fight, invade or a gank. Once you get your Tiamat or Ironspike Whip, you can start doing your Raptors and Krugs. You do not want to gank before your level 3, as you need the mobility and damage from your Q, the movespeed from your W and the CC from your E.

Then immediately invade and kill the enemy jungler. Warwick is one of the best early game champions, so unless your enemy is also good early game, you should win the 1v1.
