I'd like to share my new build for 3v3 I recently developed and I find it extremely effective. It's effective AD carry (400+AD), offtank (around 2.8k hp) and assassin build(hydra + mercurial allows you to jump in, kill, leave)

Spells :
I recommend:
Exhaust
Ignite
Cleanse
Ghost

Average:
Flash
Heal
Barrier

Situational:
Smite (not recommended for 3v3).

Forget all others

I prefer Ar Pen + flat armor/ level mres + Ar Pen Quints. Feel free to change for FLAT AD if you feel it's better (yet IMHO new ar pen rules remake makes Ar Pen even better than before).

My personal preference, feel free to choose defensive tree.

I start with bead, 2 potions (your choice), flask and boots.

Then, i prefer to rush Tiamat for AD + AoE for lovely push/creepfarm/ability to deal xtra AD based damage.

Next return is either Stinger or Sheen or Zephyr(if I have enough money).

Then, either finish Zephyr or buy Sheen. Here's early-core items, I'd say. Movement speed is fine (you have stun and move speed from Udyr's skill if you chose him). Bonus from Sheen, nice AD, and Usable from Tiamat as well as AoE.

Now, Ravenous Hydra for lifesteal + health regen.

Trinity Force, overall one of best items, it boosts EVERYTHING, HP, MP, move speed, atk speed, AD, AP, slow, crit, built-in sheen.

Black Cleaver, perfect item, AD, CDR, health flat AR PEN + % AR PEN, scales nicely with runes and masteries.

Now, ending, you will want some survivability items :
First Mercurial Scimitar AD + Cleanse (built-in) - SELL BOOTS or FLASK (your choice)

Last item - fit in Maw of Malmortius or Atma's Impaler or Banshee's Veil
for 5v5 maybe Guardian Angel - sell the other item left (boots or flask).

I never upgrade the boots, rather first rush some AD, then % movement speed, as boots IMHO got nerfed. Trinity Force + Zephyr makes up for what you lack without boots.

Jax:
Pros:
-E = anti-AD
-every 3rd skill stronger
-ultimate = TAAANKYYY
-passive is nice, same thing as Udyr's, yet Udyr enters combat with AS already (if played well) while Jax has to earn it).
Cons:
-Only 2 skills scale with AD, rest with AP
-Lacks heavy ad hitting (comparing to Udyr's Q + atk speed bonuses).

Udyr:
Pros:
-Q = HEAVY damage over 2 seconds.
A lot of attack speed (passive x3 + Q on use + Q passive stance + items = ~2.2 atk speed).
-Shield
-lifesteal on W
-movement speed on E
Cons:
-No ulti, R is useless in this build.
-No real CC, E -> movement speed and short stun, yet it's not good enough for ganks without support in most situations.
-Worse endgame than Jax's
