Singed Passive Ability
Introduction
Hi my name lausje1998 and this is my first guide, about Singed. Why Singed?
Singed is just an awesome champion who can just ignore them top bruisers while farming with good armor and if necessary, some wards. Singed's early game might not be very much fun or useful (except for farming), but late game he can be a complete b*tch to the enemy team.
Empowered Bulwark
Empowered Bulwark is simply an amazing passive. It just gives you the chance to be the tank you want as Singed, and mana is obviously super useful on this big boy.
Poison Trail
Poison Trail will be your damage ability, this is why you take it first and max it first. With Poison Trail you can be a total torture to your enemies, because if they want to kill you and chase you, you just kill them while they are chasing you and let your team pick up the easy kills. You can also farm with Poison Trail, but I do not recommend this in early game, because if you do so you will be out of mana in no time and will be very easy to gank.
Mega Adhesive
Mega Adhesive is your ability to catch your enemies when they run away and are too far away to fling. It costs very much mana early game though, this is why I recommend picking it on level 4 earliest. Do pick it early though, because still it is a very useful ability.
Fling
Fling will be your 2nd torture ability. It can fling your enemys anywhere you want. You can fling them into your tower when you are ganked on your lane, or fling the enemy carrys into your team to burst them down. You shouldnt fling certain champions into your team such as Amumu, Malphite, Galio and other champions with AoE ultis.
Insanity Potion
Insanity Potion is simply the best ultimate you can think of on Singed. 25 seconds of extra OP-ness on this big boy. You would think the enhanced armor, MR, health- and manaregeneration, movementspeed and reduced CC would be very useful to escape from ****ty situations, but all this included the increased ability power is actually OP for engaging into the enemy team. You just pop your ult and ghost and fling the enemy carry into your team without getting ANY damage.
Good Spells
Ghost
Ghost is basically the spell you MUST HAVE on Singed, because together with his ult you can get very easy engaging on the enemy team. Ghost is also better than flash for escaping on Singed, because you are too tanky to burst down so you dont need to flash away, you can just run extra fast and kill them while they are chasing you.
Exhaust
Exhaust is a very good spell on Singed, because it is an alternative for your Mega Adhesive if you miss it, and the damage reduction is just awesome for a lot of situations. You can use it to escape from a lot of burst damage, but also helps you to easily burst the enemy carry's down and they can't do any damage before they die because of the damage reduction.
Possible Spells
Teleport
Teleport is a very good alternative for Exhaust or Ghost because if you think you are going to have a hard lane, you can get back on your lane quick to still outfarm your opponent or just gank other lanes by teleporting to your supports wards.
Flash
Flash is also a possible alternative for Exhaust or Ghost because if you don't like ghost or just want to escape quick from ****ty situations. It can also be good as a gap closer between you and your enemies if you just cant get in range for your fling.
Ignite
Ignite is a possible alternative aswell, because you can finish off your enemies if you just don't have enough damage to kill your enemies. It can also be useful for fighting because of the healing reduction.
Heal
Heal is also a possible alternitve because you can heal yourself so you don't die when you are getting killed, or when you are diving someone. It can also be useful for your team in teamfights to give your team some extra health to stay in teamfights longer.
I do not highly recommend these spells, because they all have more or bigger disadvantages than Exhaust and Ghost but they could be a good alternative if you don't like Exhaust and/or Ghost.
Bad Spells
Coming spells are all just bad spells for Singed so I won't be talking a lot about them. Mostly you just don't need them or are just really bad spells.
Clairvoyance
You don't need clairvoyance really in your team, it might be useful but if you pick it let your support take it.
Clarity
Clarity is really not necessary on Singed, so just DON'T pick it on him.
Cleanse
Cleanse you don't need on Singed, because he is tanky already and with Mercury's Treads you already have a lot of Tenacity. You could also just buy a Quicksilver Sash instead of picking Cleanse.
Promote
Promote isn't useful at all, I'd say only pick it for trolling.
Revive
You really don't need Revive, because you won't die a lot if you're doing it right.
Smite
Smite, only use it if you're jungling. You really don't need it at all unless you are jungling.
Surge
Surge is not a REALLY bad spell, but you just don't need it on Singed, and I wouldn't recommend it anytime because there basically are better spells you can use.

Regrowth Pendant + Health Potion
I choose to start a Regrowth Pendant and a Health Potion because this gives you the health regeneration you need at the beginning of lane phase, and a potion in case you get really damaged. It is also handy to start this item, because if you go back you can immediately get your Philosopher's Stone. - philosopher's stone
Philosopher's Stone + Boots of Speed + Ruby Crystal
Once you go back to base the first time, you instantly buy Philosopher's Stone. Buy Boots and a Ruby Crystal aswell, and if you have enough gold, buy a Heart of Gold. Like this you get a lot of gold early on, so you get an easy lane advantage. -
Glacial Shroud + Mercury's Treads
Once you have enough gold you go back and buy a Glacial Shroud and Mercury's Treads. If you die before you have enough gold for this, you buy building items for these. These items basically help you get your core items and gives you more movement, armor, mana and magic resist. -
Blasting Wand + Giant's Belt + Frozen Heart
Next time you have enough gold, you buy starting items for a Rylai's Crystal Scepter and/or finish your Frozen Heart. These items give you health, ability power and a lot of armor which all helps you owning your lane and upcoming teamfights. -
Finishing items
As finishing items you can choose some items for yourself, depending on the enemy team. You can buy items like Abyssal Mask, Force of Nature, Sunfire Aegis, Rabadon's Deathcap, Aegis of the Legion, Randuin's Omen, Guardian Angel, Banshee's Veil and stuff like that. I do not recommend a Warmog's Armor on Singed, because it only gives you a lot of health and some health regeneration, but you can better buy armor and magic resist. If you have those items you will have some health aswell. If you want to buy a Banshee's Veil or a Rod of Ages make sure you buy the Catalyst the Protector early on to not waste its passive. The reason I chose Abyssal Mask, Force of Nature and a Sunfire Aegis, is because the Abyssal Mask gives you ability power and magic resist, and it reduces your enemy's magic resist. I choose this item because you get some extra ability power, and magic resistance is always good. The Force of Nature gives you a lot of health regen which is awesome, and it gives you magic resist and movement speed aswell, and that is why I like that item so much. The Sunfire Aegis gives you the extra health you want, plus some extra armor and the damaging passive is also welcome.
So, this was my guide about Singed, I hope you liked it and found it useful. If you have any good tips to improve my guide or want to say like: you should do this because of this, just say it. I would like to have good feedback so I can improve my guide and make your Singed plays better. Please rate my guide and leave some comments and say what you think about this guide. Thanks!
