Passive lvl 1. Heal from Q allows for some poke early. Once you have lvl 2 you should be able to engage, and a kill by 3 is expected. These involve heavy trading.If they have ignite, triumph healing will be your saving grace. Try not to use the pots until lvl 3. If you have ignite, abuse it early.

Following first buy, you should have boots and dirk. Do your csing, take one more fight with your opponent in lane, if jungle gets involved you may have to back. If ganked, you can inflict bleed and stay at a comfortable range. It's a pretty solid 2v1, but don't greed. You can likely get one of the two, but not both. If the jungle isn't involved, roam to bot if possible. Start roaming as soon as you have the boots for pred. It is important to keep scuttlecrab up to help your roaming from lane to lane. Comms with jungle or just put in the effort yourself.

Gank the bot lane always,if they're at a comfortable place or top is losing bad, gank top a few times. You have a comfortable wave clear pace, so just push it in every time you are in mid, win your fight, then keep moving. Watch out for pinches, but your ghost should be a solid escape through the jungle if you get pinched in river. If mid is matching your ganks, you should be able to catch them in river fast enough, and again, if jungle joins, ghost it out.

If you're losing bad, avoid teamfights and roam to take cs where you can. You'll catch up easily enough with a splitpush tactic. You'll be about half of a frontliner with this build, you can take some damage, but don't pretend you're a tank. You're an assassin, that's the point of this stupid build. Steal everyone's kill, you have an execute. Tilt the toplane by ganking repeatedly. You're a terrible person, enjoy it. You will get outscaled though. Win early.
