One of the most controversial thing about Sylas is which Ultimate Abilities should he steal and use.
The Threats are the rating of how hard to play against as Sylas - on a 1 to 5 scale.

Precision
Patch after patch it is getting weaker on Sylas. Sylas turnt into a short-trading assassin, meaning he got less ideal for longer fight. Short fights means he can't utilitise Conqueror enough. It's still a solid pick and it is recommended aganist tanks, bruisers and most fighters. (So it's mostly used on Top lane Sylas.)
It's getting less and less popular, similar case with Conqueror. However, with the rise of poking, high range bully mages on mid, it can be a solid pick for a safer, sustained, farm focused laning phase.
Presence of MindHuge pick for helping Sylas's mana problems, providing a longer, stronger and safer lane for him.
Legend: TenacityOne of the main counter and stopping force aganist Sylas is crowd control. With Tenacity, you reduce the time and strength of the slowing and locking up.
Last StandWith the healing buff on his W under a certain amount of hp this rune shard will provide suprisingly strong sustain, and you may survive the unsurvivable.
Domination
Easily the best rune for the Season 14 items. Sylas can proc it even if he misses every abilites thanks to his fast passive auto-attacks that has 3 stacks. Providing high burst in a short trade is a low risk high reward rune for Sylas.
With the crazy builds comes crazy runes. Predator is breaking high in high elo - "wow you good#KR1" being on of the pioneer of this pick. It grants bonus movement speed that is good for positioning and a small but strong burst on impact.
It is not a suprise that Dark Harvest is a very popular choice on Sylas - mainly in the jungle - because his insane scalings - with items and on abilities - makes him one shot almost anyone who is not a tank or juggernaut.
