Super easy to fight. Just go for passive stacks then stun, stun again and eat. Shouldn't be hard at all. If you pick into an Irelia you've essentially already won.
Dr. Mundo
Out tanks you. Try win in early game by getting passive stacks when he tries to kill minions. Cannot be fought mid-late game as he becomes too tanky.
Kled
Constantly bully Kled and you shouldn't lose lane. Try building up passive stacks on him, stun and all in. Once again, shouldn't be hard at all.
Gnar
Watch out when his passive triggers. Just gain stacks on your passive and all in when he's small. When he's big try dodging his attacks while building your passive and keep stunning him to poke down health.
Jax
Watch out for stuns. Get out of range of stuns and you can fight him like any other non-tank toplaner. To fight him, stack your three passives and keep auto attacking. When he procs his stun, stun him back and wait for stun to end. After stun ends play aggressive as his stun is his only way of fighting you.
Wukong
Try to have at least one level of passive when fighting Wukong. Your passive stacks immediately disappear on Wukong when he uses his clone. It's a good indicator so that you can either keep chasing in the direction he was running, or continue CSing. Other than that he's a pretty squishy laner so it shouldn't be hard to lane against him. Same combo applies.
Renekton
His movement ability is good for poking you as he can dive in and dive back out without being attacked once. Best way to fight him is to clear his CS wave and slow him with Q. Build stacks on him and Stun/Eat. If you stunned AA then eat him. If you ate him throw him behind your wave and build passive to try to stun him. This can be a tough matchup if the Renekton knows what he's doing.
Nasus
Level 2 dive is effective against Nasus. He can get strong via minion farming so it's good to play forwards and AA him when he goes to kill your minions. If you let him farm too much it gets pretty hard to 1v1.
Fiora
Another easy matchup. Her movement ability can get her killed if she tries diving you. Watch out for her vitals, if her ult procs you can eat her to minimize damage done to you and also her healing. It's better to fight her when her ult is down. Other than that simple combo should do the trick.
Cho'Gath
Build magic resist first. He can be dived level 2 but can get too tanky mid-late game. Easily fought if he under performs in lane so try bullying him out of cs. Dive him if he's out of mana as he cannot do anything without mana.
Malphite
Can be dived early game. He trades pokes really well. Becomes tanky late. Try to bully him out of CS by auto attacking when he goes for CS. His poke is what you should look out for as his poke slow is similar to yours but his can go through wave so try clearing his wave.
Sion
His Q and E are good pokes against you so it's better to try kill him as much as possible in order to keep him out of lane. Get your jungle to gank as your stun can stop him from escaping as well as your eat. Watch out for his passive though.
Shaco
His mobility is his most dangerous thing. Having passive stacks on him helps countering his ultimate as the stacks stay on the 'real' Shaco while the clone has no stacks. Watch out for boxes and bully him out of CS. Other than that he's pretty squishy so a stun, eat combo should work out pretty well.
Illaoi
Her abilities can destroy you. Try playing beside your minion wave and AA when she AA's your minions. Make sure you're beside or behind your minion wave so that you don't get minion blocked when you try to dodge her abilities.
Teemo
Very squishy, however very mobile and pokey. Try to bait out his blind and transfer into a Q to slow him so he can't run away, stack passive, Q if able to, eat and he should be dead by then. CS will be a big problem as he can poke you out of it. Doesn't scale as well as you so try bring it out to late game.
Yasuo
Bully him out of CS. Once you build a bit of armour it will be super easy to fight him.
Once you dodge her root it's good to flip it on her by slowing her with a Q and trying to get stacks on her to either stun her with another Q or if you're confident just eating her and throwing her to your ADC.
Thresh
Dodge his hooks early game and you should be fine. Easy to kill in late laning phase as his hook+ADC shouldn't be able to do too much damage to you. Try play around his hook, going in when it's down.
Pyke
His hook + stun combo can hurt a lot. Playing passively is the way to go here, watch out for your ADC. Eating your ADC can save them from being hooked by Pyke, or if they do get hooked, walk in and eat them while getting them to safety.
Alistar
His dive is good, however it leaves him pushed up, usually being alone for a good second so it's good to get three stacks on him to stun, and switch focus to their ADC while he's stunned, or if he's low finish the job and reset or kill their ADC if possible.
Sona
Incredibly squishy early game. Poke her down with your Q and she can be forced to abandon her ADC allowing for an easy kill.
Soraka
Poke city. Other than that she's pretty squishy. Go for early kills/all ins.
Rakan
His dives are easily dodged so try to get him to dive you in order to be able to slow him with your Q and eat him. After that you can throw him back to your ADC and he should be dead.
Taric
Kite his stun and you should be able to either dive or save your ADC that got stunned.
Janna
Her slow + tornado can stop a dive, other than that it's not that hard to fight her.
Sion
Sion can safely poke you from behind minions and also becomes tanky. Try fighting around minion waves and diving early game.
Leona
Play around her root. If she uses it try poking her back and looking for potential dives.
