Viego(why go) with these items/runes?

This is less of a guide on how to play Viego in lane and instead just theorycraft builds that might or might not work. The reason why I made this guide is to share my ideas and potentially get feedback on them to improve the builds, runes and items, so feel free to comment your thoughts.

-Reasons why you should use any of the runes or items/builds are because you first
of all like Viego, but don't wanna jungle and secondly, because you like trying
silly off-meta builds.
