_Take 2x Doran's Blade and make your Brutalizer.
_Take the Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads.
_Make your Bloodthirster and finish your Black Cleaver.
_Make your Guardian Angel, your Zephyr and finish whit a Last Whisper.
_And take some Elixir when u are full stuff.
DON'T FORGET TO ENCHANT UR BOOTS !
Skill Sequence
Maximise ur "E" in first.
And ur "Q".
And for finish, ur "W".
At level 6/11/16 TAKE UR ULTY NO ANOTHER !

Or
U can take Ghost with Ignite or Exhaust.
Or
Flash with Ignite or Exhaust.
But Vi don't have Stun or slow what is it difficult to run back ur enemies and finish him. U have ur Ulty, right but for 10 HP ...
So Flash and Ghost for very good escape and finished ur enemies.

I recommended to ban Darius and Teemo on top lan, just because, Darius and Teemo counter u, simply.
DON'T MAKE THE "GOD LIKE" VS THEM.
Darius have much damage, like u certainly, but he have a slow and an OP ULTY.
Teemo ****ING HARASS u with his ****ING "Q" and "Z" and "E" ... All, and don't forget his ****ING TRAP ! ****ING, ****ING TRAP !
THIS WAS FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON 3 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ... LEL!
Positives / Negatives
+ Bursty early game
+ Good initiator
+ Awesome farm ability (E)
+ Shield based on her max health (Every 8 sec)
Negatives
- Squishy early game
- Falls off with damage late game
- Easily harassed by ranged champions
At the start u can make the first blood EASILLY.
For this, take ur "Q" in first, go to the bush and wait :)).
Team Work
Don't use ur ulti like a noob, use it when a enemies run, finish him, or for focus the carry when he is behind his team.
DON'T GO SOLO, UR TEAM NEED U !
Farming
WAIT WAVE AND JUST DO YOUR Q SPELL TO THE END OF THE WAVE AND JUST USE YOUR W SPELL. EASY PEASY SH*T MOTHAF*KA!
U can kill the monster, make the dragon and the baron (with ur team).
