he is basically Fizz+Mundo+Swain. his Q poke is cancer, his W is fine, his E is cancer, his ult is cancer. just watch him Rush that spirit visage and then spam Mastery 7. i ban this guy every game.

My expirience Playing Ryze Ryze guide, Im Gold V on the EUNE server currently and that might not be all that impressive to some of you, but i have been maining Ryze for a decent time. This Guide was made on the patch 8.5 . This is my first guide as well, so constructive criticism is as welcome as much as an appreciative comment.i have been playing from season 3, but i have stopped in seasons 4 and 5.

Electrocute Gives ryze a good early burst and a decent burst late game. synergises greatly with your Rune Prison Spell Flux Overload combo as you are guarranteed to proc it.

Cheap Shot Benefits Ryze the most out of the other two. rooting and enemy with Rune Prison gives ryze bonus true dmg for his Spell Flux and Overload, hence, buffs up his Rune Prison Spell Flux Overload combo. Could be replaced for Taste of Blood if you are matched up against a poke/harass champion

Eyeball Collection is for late game scalling. Could be replaced by either Ghost Poro or Zombie Ward if extra vision is needed.

Relentless Hunter is for eazier roaming around the map. Could be replaced for Ravenous Hunter, but i do not recommend this, even if ryze is a mage, As the spellvamp is completely negligible. (in most cases)

Transcendence Gives Ryze more cooldown reduction mid game for more Q and E's (obviously), and makes having more than 40% CDR not go to waste (kinda). Should indeed be replaced for Celerity if you intend on buying a Spellbinder/ Turbo Chemtank later in the game.

Gathering Storm scale yourself into the late game even harder! If the game goes long enough you can have around 1200 AP! One of my favorite runes, and works well with almost any mage/adc.
