Introduction
Zoe takes a lot of time to learn. I first picked up Zoe a short time after her release and played her on and off since. Every time I play her I discover something more I can do, and improvements that I can make. Mechanics (skillshot hitting and Spell Thief usage) as well as your ability to position well differentiate a good Zoe from a bad one.
Flash and Ignite are the proper spells for a Zoe who wants to play aggessive (meaning any half-decent Zoe. However in an assassin matchup that is extremely bad for Zoe such as Fizz or Yasuo it is acceptable to take Barrier. Barrier is recommended for beginner Zoe as it sometimes allows you to survive when you mis-position, a useful ability for [zoe]] to have.
Domination:
Keystones:
Electrocute- We take this because it is strong for bursting people down and provides us with insane poke damage. |
Predator- Electorcute is better, but this might be kinda fun if you start Boots and 4 Health Potion's, then this could be fun to roam and also just to run down mid and land bubbles. |
Dark Harvest- This doesnt' work for us...even though our auto attacks do a lot of damage. |
Hail of Blades- Just...NO! |
Cheap Shot- We can slow people with things we pick up from Spell Thief and our Sleepy Trouble Bubble. |
Taste of Blood- This is the best option here it allows us to sustain through fights and win them. |
Sudden Impact- Our Portal Jump is a blink however we don't normally want to use it right on top of people, so this isn't really effective for Zoe. |
Eyeball Collection- Best option if you just want straight damage...as you should. |
Ghost Poro- It's stronger now and you can try this if it fits your play-style better. |
Zombie Ward- It can be used well if you know what you are doing...not recommended. |
Ravenous Hunter- Works better then the other ones, and allows us to heal up in fights. |
Ingenious Hunter- Not really what we are looking for here. |
Relentless Hunter: |
This could work I guess if you were roaming non-stop, but nope we aren't. Ultimate Hunter: Our Portal Jump cooldown is low enough already, this is kind of a waste. |
