Singed is just bad at the moment. He fills the role of a bruiser who relies heavily on staying alive as long as possible in fights to not be useless, but his lack of mobility and core items prevent him from surviving long enough to have an impact with his incredibly low range. He's honestly a worse Dr. Mundo at the moment, they aim for the same goals during teamfights but Dr. Mundo does the job better in every way.

The ranked season kicked off in 2016 on January 2016. Riot warned everyone that the would probably end up lower than the did last year. Okay fine, everyone ends up lower. Good to know where to set the bar.

Placements were brutal. I went 3-7 and 2-8 on two different accounts respectively.

I'm sure there were any number of reasons for this. I've touched on some of my thoughts around this in previous posts so I'm not going to go over them again here.

Suffice to say I didn't feel like things smoothed out until late February. So I'm going to try to use that as my watermark for next season's placements matches and do them in late February or early March.

This is a quick guide to Thresh, in which I will give you a quick rundown of how to play and build Thresh or support in general. I play support in Diamond 1 (used to be Master in Season 5) and have quite some experience playing Thresh, although he is not my main support by any means. The main reason for writing this guide is because I think most of the guides on Thresh out there really lack in different aspects. I hope to correct that in this quick guide.

This guide will consist of three parts: pre-game setup, build and gameplay. These three should give you a good overview of what you can do with him and how you should do that, and also where I think other guides really miss the point. More than three years ago, I joined this site. Even earlier, during summer vacation, bored to death, I had stumbled across the League of Legends website. 2345 posts, 1503 hours (according to wasted-on-lol.com) and 2346 sad jokes later, it's probably safe to say that this little bit of boredom changed my teenage days forever. Who knows what kind of other hobbies I could've had, what other people I could've met or what useful things I could've done (I can dream, Harold).

During the first year, I mostly spent time playing League. Later, I would actually spend more time on here than in game and nowadays I practically don't even care about tactics or theories anymore. I don't have any figures but I'm pretty sure at least 1000 of my comments were made in Off Topic, if not way more and the last time I was genuinely interested in theory crafting was when they were remaking Taric. Which is incidentally also the champion that made me make an account in the first place.

Hey guys, the name is Morzanoth and this is the first in a small series of jungle Strategy guilds I'd like to make.

Firstly a little bit about myself. Im a jungle Main and have been playing since the end of season 4. I managed to achieve a final ranking of Silver 2 in Season 5 and am currently In Bronze 1 having last played before patch 6.2 ( Life happens you know). Dont know if there is much more to say so let me get it.

Having played a lot of games in low elo( and I mean A LOT) I personally know the struggle of climbing out. I know I'm probably the best person to give advice on this stuff, but seeing as it might help at least a few people ( also cause I got a bit bored), here I am.

The first little tip I have is probably the most obvious and most repeated things in every guild/video. PLAY FEWER CHAMPIONS. Now, I know having 130 odd champs to play can be tempting, but that doesnt mean you can just choose one at random or based on what you feel like on the day. Having played a jungl…

Pick a champion with a fairly healthy three camp clear.

Pick a jungle champion with some crowd control.

Pick a jungler with gap closer.

Pick a jungler with some damage.

Pick a jungler with decent jungle camp clearing speed.

A good jungler combines the following traits: Good sustain. Crowd Control. Gap closer. Good damage. If they have all of these traits they can gank practically any lane and more importantly they have options as to how they want to influence the map.

If your jungler lacks the sustain to get through three camps with a decent amount of health all of the other options are pretty much off the table. They have to back and buy. Which may work out fine if your laners are holding their own and the enemy jungler hasn't already shown up to the tip the balance of power in the lane. But why be reactive when you can be proactive? Or to put it another way if you can you want to control the tempo of the game. For instance you can be …

You know, I'm pretty bad with children. I don't even know if I really like children. Sure, they're adorable, nothing warms the heart more than when a random stranger's baby has his gaze fixated on you. But whenever I play with someone's young child, they just seem to start crying around me and I have no clue what I did and I start panicking and think about all the thoughts that the parent will have about how wretched I am for making children cry. I'm just bad with children.

My brother in law, however, is the exact opposite. I don't know how he does it. Children just seem to love him, and he loves playing with children. Maybe it's because he's still a child at heart. Watching LCS games and lots of guides on how to be better at the game, if I had three pieces of advise for someone just starting out with ranked or someone toiling in Bronze/Silver like me they would be this:

1. Don’t die.
2. Don’t go places where you don’t have vision.
3. Keep an eye on the mini-map.

Every death is time you aren’t on the map earning gold, XP, or countering the other teams attempts to take objectives.

Treat every bush like it is a death trap with however many members of the enemy team you can’t see sitting in it waiting to ambush you. (I still screw this up from time to time). Support sad face. “But I just wanted to place a ward.”

I don’t know how many turrets have been lost because my teams have been bloodlusting over a run up mid. Getting turrets it is good. Sometimes even trading a turret is okay. But if you are trading an Inner turret for an Outer turret that is almost always a bad trade. You will almost never see this happen in an LCS ga…
