You can go the Health per level or flat in yellows. the armor per level or flat, you can mix it to your preference.
You can go Scailling RM or flat, Scalling cdr, or flat. what makes you feel confortable or what kind of jarvan are you playing...
You can go AS quins AD quins, it depends are you going with Fervor of battle, are you going tank, are you goinf dmg?
(tank-> as|Dmg-> AD)
