I'm sorry to say to everyone but this build is going to take me a while to make it look nice. I am writing and publishing this build so I can share it at a panel that I am hosting at a convention. I have always loved Mobafire and I wanted to write my own guides, however, lack of time is becoming an issue. I only have a few hours left until I am out of time.

To those of you who located this build via my panel at Acen 2013, thank you so much for attending. :D I hope you enjoyed it. I will work on finishing this guide as soon as the convention is over and I get my free time back.

A new way to play!!

Hello everyone!! My name is Len, and I would like to share with the world my unique build for Ezreal. Now, I know many of you will take a quick glance at this and think I am a troll. Well, I will admit, it does look different, but isn't that the point builds? To have options? To try something new? I am here to explain my build and how it works. Please, give it a try. Doing something new is quite fun!!

The point of this build is to cause your Mystic Shot to do more than just damage. I can apply on-hit effects. By maximizing your mana regeneration and maximum mana, you can use a Muramana as your core item and combine it with an Iceborn Gauntlet. Every time you hit your Mystic Shot, it will deal it's normal physical damage (boosted with Muramana's passive), bonus physical damage with Muramana's active, a physical damage boost of 125% from Iceborn Gauntlet, and apply an AOE slow due to your Iceborn Gauntlet's passive. Your Chalice of Harmony will grant you so much mana regen. from your runes and masteries that you will never run out since your Muramana's active damage is based on your current mana. Getting cooldowns will keep your spells ready to be used as much as possible. Last Whisper will cut right through your opponents armor with every hit of your Mystic Shot. All of these effects will go off on just one hit of your Mystic Shot. Sounds fun, hu? Also, hearing the sound effect of both Muramana's active and Iceborn Gauntlet's passive go off at the same time sounds cool and reminds me of liquid nitrogen.

. Greater Mark of Attack Damage is your best bet to keep up with your opposing ADC. They will be getting some AD as soon as they can. You will have a lack of damage you will output early game, so these runes will help compensate.
. Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration will scale with your Greater Quintessence of Scaling Mana Regeneration for an amazing amount of Mana Regeneration. Some of you may say that Ezreal wont be needing so much mana regeneration. I agree, IF this was any ordinary build. :D You are going to need as much mana regen. as you can get. All of this regen. will scale very nicely with Chalice of Harmony (since it scales with mana regen.) This mean you will never run out of mana while you have your Muramana active. This will increase your damage greatly.
. When you reach level 18, these Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction will grant you exactly 10% Cooldowns. With the items we will be getting, this will add up to 39%, unless you are able to build an Athene's Unholy Grail in place of your Chalice of Harmony. You need every bit of cooldown you can have so you can spam your abilities as much as possible.
. Same reason for your Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration.





Masteries

Take 21 points in the offense tree, taking the 4% Cooldowns from Sorcery and every thing else that doesn't have to do with critical damage or magic damage.

Then you are going to want to put 9 points in the utility tree, prioritizing Meditation for the mana regen. and Expanded Mind for a larger damage output caused by your Muramana.

Prioritize maxing your Mystic Shot since it is your main damage output. Max your Arcane Shift next for it's built in Flash. Level up your Essence Flux last since it won't do you much good. Max Trueshot Barrage when possible.





Spells


.
Flash is great for everything. I tend not to like over-powered things in any game, but it is so important for your survival. You can already flash with Arcane Shift, but having this almost guarantees your survival. Flash over two walls while being chased, or use one to get in range and one to get out of damage afterwards. This one is more of my preference. I love Teleport so you can get back to your lane as soon as you can when you can buy a Manamune. If you want to use a different spell like Exhaust or Cleanse, this will be the best to take out. This choice is all dependent on you.





Items

Ionian Boots of Lucidity will grant you 15% cooldowns. If you combine these with you 4% from Sorcery and 20% from Iceborn Gauntlet, you will have 39% by mid game. If you do ascend into late game, you can turn your Chalice of Harmony into an Athene's Unholy Grail just so you can have more mana regen. and that 1% cooldown.

This is your core item. This is where all the magic happens. You need to rush a Tear of the Goddess so you can start charging it up. when you reach around 500 mana, you should be far enough into the build to buy a Manamune. This will jump your attack damage greatly. It wouldn't be long until it turns into a Muramana. As soon as it does, activate it for an ever greater damage boost.

. Yeah it's strange, I know. >_> But after you get your Muramana, you are going to want this item to keep your damage output high since you are doing damage compared to your maximum mana. That's right Chalice of Harmony is increasing your damage. :D It's so inexpensive, that you can buy it right after Manamune. This is the time your teammates will start distrusting you though. ;~;

. Your Muramana may be giving you the strong hit, but it's your Iceborn Gauntlet that will be giving it that fear from your enemies. It gives you 20% cooldowns that will be every important, mana so your Muramana will hit a bit more stronger, more damage from it's passive, and armor for those pesky AD champions trying to end you. It's slow is the most import part about this item though. You will be able to kite any distance and enemy so long as you keep hitting your Mystic Shot.

. Now that your core items are done, we can start building even more damage. Last Whisper is your best bet for a great 40 physical damage, and it will give you 35% armor pen. This item beats Youmuu's Ghostblade and Black Cleaver because Youmuu's Ghostblade will grant things you don't need like any more cooldown and attack speed, and Black Cleaver's passive needs to stack with hits. Your Mystic Shot is strong, but it doesn't mean you will be able to hit every shot like an auto attack. You need as much armor penetration as you can with a single hit.

. So ends out "blue items build" :P It's strange, but every item you get is blue, except for Bloodthirster. I wish it was blue. This item is great for the extreme amount of damage and life steal, but it doesn't seem important other wise. if you want to, you can buy any other item you want here like a Infinity Edge or something that does more damage.

. If you happen to have time, turn your Chalice of Harmony into an Athene's Unholy Grail. I prefer this over Mikael's Blessing because it gives you much more mana regneration. One benefit for Mikael's Blessing is that is increases your mana meaning more damage,, but you no longer will get that 1% cooldown for a 40%. The choice is yours.





Summary

I LOVE crazy builds. Doing something out of the ordinary is just so fun for me. However, I still want to be viable to my team. This is my goal. To have fun and be creative while being a great help. To make a name for myself in some sorts. I hope guys can come out of your societies' norms and give this a try. I want to give a shout out to all the people that attended my panel at Acen 2013.
