A short Introduction
Thats my first Guide so dont be to harsh with me :)
I play LoL since S3 and main Top Lane.
I'm a Gold 3 Player but I think I got the potential to come Platinum :D
I played every Champion on the Top Lane thats why this Guide exist.

Fizz new 'Buff/Nerf' he's more likely a AD Champ instead of a AP Champ. But I will go much deeper in depths later.Ciao!

Runes n' shiat
Attack speed is one of the most important thing on AD
Fizz so it's wurf to take some Glyphs.You can switch between flat and scaling magic resists Glyphs.
If you think you need more attack speed or magic resist just take less or more.
Items in Depth's
Doran's Blade.But if you think you'll beat your Enememy with ease you can start with a
Long Sword and Pots.Go with
Blade of the Ruined King to have lifesteal and attack speed it's exactly what you want.Build
Berserker's Greaves to get more attack speed.If you need wave clear go with
Tiamat.If you need Armor Pen against a Nasus, Cho and Shen go with
Last Whisper.Follow up with
Trinity Force.Start with
Sheen if you need mana.Start mit
Phage if you need a bit of tankyness.Start with
Zeal if you think you are ahead.End your Build with
Infinity Edge.Always activate your W if you attack someone.

How does Fizz work on a Team?
You can shoot your
Chum the Waters into the enemy Team so your Team can use it as a sign ofengage.
Try to catch the carrys while the Tanks are distrackting the other Tanks.
Unique Skills
Fizz as himself is a very unique Champion.His kit isn't boring like somebody elses is.
His gapclosers are very usefull to get close to the carrys.
You can Wall Jump with his E or dodge very powerfull skilshots or noral attacks.

Summary
Fizz is a very powerfull Champion he can deal massive damage and is very mobile at the same time.I like to play him because of the reasons above.
You could play him as a full Damage ninja or a tanky fish.
He can be played as a AP assasin too but I recommend you guys to play him AD.
I believe Rito will create a new skin for him in the next few months! :)
