Hi guys,
Gangplank is a pirate and as a pirate he loves money that's why i run 2 philosopher's stone and 1 Avarice blade.
I m just kidding...let's start the real guide.

First of all, always ask to be mid or solo top. It's very important because you need to farm a lot. Don't forget the difference between a carry and a great carry is his Cs. Most part of ya gold come from Cs then farm and farm and farm... This is particularly true with gangplank because help you to earn money very fast.

I m pretty sure people gonna yell at me because i choose armor penetration. But i think it's more effective late game and it helps a lot against tanky dps...another reason is that my build give me 100% Critical strike w/o any critical runes.

I go cool down reduction with blue because it help me to get more money (more parley equals more money).

Mana regeneration is a must have because it's pretty rare to have blue buff with gangplank and late game you won't have your philosopher's stone anymore...

Here is the item you wish to have when you play gangplank.
If you play against a lot of CC are the best choice, gangplank can deny CC with his but it always help to get mercury's treads.

When you play against a lot of tanky hero you have to replace by , If you do not have Armor penetration your 100% critical strike and 240 damage will be useless.

By the way sometimes you gonna need to be more resistant (if the enemy team have some **** like Karthus) do not hesitate build more tanky.

My second build is a funny way to play GP not as a carry but as a tanky carry killer

Early game :
When you fight against a squishy, last hit and do not push the lane to hard,use your on him. You can also use your raise moral on huge minions to deny his experience. 95% time it's pretty easy to get 2 more lvl than your enemy.

Against a more tanky one, do not wast your mana and last hit minions with .

Mid game :
You should have enough mana regeneration to farm minions wave with your and earn a lot of gold. You should still try to harass between 2 minions.

In team fight you are extremely squishy, you should stay behind using on the enemy team's carry to shut them down. if you get rush use your heal(to deny CC)and run away. Ult when the Team fight start and exhaust carry.
The longer you are alive the greater are the chance to win the team fight. you deal a lot of damage, at the end of the fight do not hesitate and attack them hand to hand.
