I go by the name LostFish online and I have been playing League of Legends since season 3. I come from a MOBA background and used to play games such as Warcraft 3 DOTA and Heroes of Newerth. My first ranked season was season 4 and hit Platinum playing casually, then the next season I tried harder and got to Diamond. After that I played League of Legends more casually with friends and maintained Diamond. I started ranking again in Season 9 and hit Master within 2 weeks. I started Season 10 and got Grandmaster by playing ADC. Now I am looking to achive Challenger.

Rising Spell Force (Passive)

RANGE: Non
COST: 0 mana
COOLDOWN: Non
Every time Ezreal hits an enemy unit with one of his abilities, he gains 10% bonus attack speed for 6 seconds, stacking up to 5 times for a maximum of 50%

Rising Spell Forcewill stack even if the abilities used were spell shielded

Mystic Shot (Q)
RANGE: 1150
COST: 28 / 31 / 34 / 37 / 40 Mana
COOLDOWN: 5,5 / 5,25 / 5 / 4,75 / 4,5
Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line, dealing Attack damage physical damage to the first enemy hit, applying on-hit and on-attack effects and healing off Life steal icon life steal instead of Spell vamp icon spell vamp./i]

If Mystic Shot successfully hits an enemy, Ezreal's abilities' Cooldown reduction icon cooldowns are reduced by 1.5 seconds (including Mystic Shot's).


Essence Flux (Passive)

RANGE: 1150
COST: 50 Mana
COOLDOWN: 12
Ezreal fires an orb that sticks to first enemy Champion icon champion, Monster icon epic monster, or structure hit for 4 seconds.
Hitting the target with a damaging ability or basic attack detonates the orb, dealing Magic Damage.


Detonating with an ability fully refunds the cost of that ability and restores Mana icon 60 mana.

Arcane Shift (Passive)

RANGE: 475
COST: 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 25 / 22 / 19 / 16 / 13
Ezreal Flash blinks to the target location, firing a homing bolt that deals magic damage to the nearest enemy./i]

Arcane Shift prioritizes targets hit by Essence Flux Essence Flux.

Trueshot Barrage (Passive)

RANGE: Global
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 120
Ezreal fires an Trueshot Barrage Minimap energy projectile in the target direction, briefly Sight icon revealing the area it flies through and dealing magic damage to enemies it passes through.

Minion and non-epic Monster take 50% reduced damage.

Blade of the Ruined King is the core item for Ezreal in this build. It grants Physical Damage and Attack Speed which are both great stats, but the important is the passive and life steal from Blade of the Ruined King The passive grants him a huge damage boost with Mystic Shot because Mystic Shot activates on hit effect such as Trinity Force and Blade of the Ruined King
The active is also a crucial part of Blade of the Ruined King The active deals 100 Magic Damage to an enemy champion and steals 25% Movement Speed from the target for 3 seconds. The movement speed helps him in skirmishes and 1v1s vs melees by kiting and also grants her a higher chance to dodge certain abilities which gives an edge in the skirmish. The raw Magic Damage from the active is not too bad either, even when you are vs a range and nothing to dodge, it could still be useful as it is an instant cast.
Manamune Fits Ezreal perfectly. First of all, it gives Ezreal a huge boost in his mana pool because of the Tear of the Goddess Ezreal needs to spam his abilities a lot, so the bigger mana pool the better. Manamune's passive also gives 2% of Ezreal's maximum Mana to Attack Damage, this is also huge because you will get a lot of mana from Presence of Mind and Iceborn Gauntlet
Once Manamune turns into Muramana which makes it all basic attacks and single targeted abilities against champions consume 3% of Ezreal's current mana to deal twice that as bonus phyiscal damage, this works with Mystic Shot
Not too much to say about Berserker's Greaves It grants a huge amount of attack speed for 1100 gold, even more Attack Speed than Phantom Dancer for 2600 gold. They are the only damage increase for basic attack boots in the game. You could also build Ionian Boots of Lucidity Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi against heavy damage dealers (More info about them below)
Duskblade of Draktharr works really well with Ezreal's kit. It is easy to activate because of Mystic Shot and also gives Lethality which makes your Mystic Shot hit even harder. It could lead to a suprise one shot.
Bloodthirster is a great item to build towards the end to get that huge base Attack Damage and also to gain more survivability. The shield could easily get stacked by your Mystic Shot Bloodthirster is not a core item, but could still be useful vs certain champions.
Mortal Reminder is a great item vs champions that rely on healing the 40% healing reduce from Grievous Wounds make a world of difference. I recommand to buy this item only if they have fed champions on opposite team such as: Vladimir Darius Soraka Warwick Volibear and Dr. Mundo. The Armor penetration is also really good against those strong Armor heavy champions.
Lord Dominik's Regards is a great item if you are vs a heavy tank comp. It grants Armor Penetration which we are lacking as an Ezreal player. On top of that it grants a great 45 pure Attack Damage boost.



TRINITY FORCE
VS

ICEBORN GAUNTLET
Trinity Force deal more damage than Iceborn Gauntlet Trinity Force buffs the Damage up on Mystic Shot by a ton. It also offers almost all of the stats in the game and also grants a movement speed buff once you hit someone with your Mystic Shot or Basic Attack.

I recommand [[Trinity Force] If you are getting a lot of kills early or vs a lot of Mages/Ranged champions
Iceborn Gauntlet is an excellent choice vs heavy attack damage or melees. Even if it doesn't deal as much damage as Trinity Force it still gives you a damage boost on Mystic Shot With Iceborn Gauntlet you can kite much easier and bring more utility to your team if you are behind. The huge Mana pool also gives Muramana more Damage scaling

I recommand Iceborn Gauntlet if you are vs heavy Attack Damage team or tons of melees that you could kite


Spirit Visage is a great item because with this you will gain bonus healing from your Blade of the Ruined King and also your runes. Another thing to note is that the passive increases ALL healing. This means that the healing supports will also heal you more. I recommand this item vs heavy poke or AP heavy champions that kills you more slowly such as: Morgana Fiddlesticks Karthus Anivia and Teemo
Is a really good item vs AD assassins. Guardian Angel has pure AD that boost your damage and also gain a huge amount of armor. The unique passive is one of the most powerful item passive in the game. After the assassin used their ultimate on you they will need to kill you again but this time without it. By the time you get back to life their Assassin might be dead already. I recommand this item vs: Rengar Kha'Zix Kayn Vi and Nocturne
This item is great vs heavy Magic damage nukers while also gaining a lot of AD to your damage pool. One thing to note is that Phantom Dancer and Maw of Malmortius does not work together! They share an unique passive called "Lifeline" I recommand this item vs heavy AP nukers such as Lux, Syndra Zoe Veigar, Evelynn and Annie



-OR-

Ninja Tabi > ARMOR
This is the most powerful tank item in the game. It gives 20 flat armor resist and on top of that it gives a huge defensive passive "Blocks 12% of the damage from basic attacks." for 1100 gold, this is an insane vaule. If you are vs heavy Physical Damage in the enermy team, i highly recommand buying a pair of these.

Mercury's Treads > TENACITY
These ones are not as powerful as Ninja Tabi but still very strong. It gives a great boost of flat Magic Resist by 25, and reduce the durations of Crowd Control by 30% This is great vs Champions such as Morgana and Leona etc.




AKA Quicksilver Sash is great vs champions that rely heavy crowd control such as Ashe Enchanted Crystal Arrow, Morgana Dark Binding, Lux Light Binding , Sejuani Glacial Prison, Elise Cocoon, Skarner Impale, Malzahar Nether Grasp, Another thing to note is that quicksilver works against Mordekaiser Realm of Death It also has a decent Attack Damage, Life Steal and Magic Resistance.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity works really well with Ezreal because of the flat 10% Cooldown Reduction you get from it. This enable Ezreal to spam his abilities more often, which makes him more mobilie because of Arcane Shift and increases his damage kit. The reduce cooldown on Summoners Spells is also huge as an ADC for Flash

PRECISION
Lethal Tempo: To maximise the effect of this rune, you need to know how to wave management. The one big reason why you would choose Lethal Tempo is because you have trigger the effect by poking the enemy with Mystic Shot then use your autos on the minions to balance the wave better. If you are lower rank I suggest avoiding Lethal Tempo for now, but it is good to have the knowledge why people would choose Lethal Tempo over other runes.

Fleet Footwork: I don't see a lot of use in this rune. The healing sustain from Fleet Footwork will help you in the lane, but it doesn't offer Ezreal any real synergy. One thing to note is that you can active it by shooting your Mystic Shot. I think the other runes are just superior choices.


Conqueror: This is the goto rune I recommand Ezreal players to choose. Stacking up the Conqueror stacks is really easy with Ezreal just because of how fast you can get all of your spells out. You also gain stacks on auto attacks, which Ezreal also do quite a lot. Getting 10 stacks of Conqueror shouldn't be any problems at all when it comes to Ezreal.

Presence of Mind: This rune fits Ezreal's build perfectly. It gives Ezreal a bigger mana pool, which allows Muramana to become more powerful. With the increase of maximum Mana, you can spam your abilities even more which is an important factor when playing Ezreal. Also, on takedowns, restore 20% of your maximum mana. This could also be huge early game when you have low mana pool to finish off your opponent in a skirmish.

Overheal On paper this rune looks good to have on
Ezreal with the combination of Legend: Bloodline, you also get the healing from Blade of the Ruined King. But the shield of this rune is way to weak to be used. And on top of that you will in most cases not full HP in the laning phase against all the poke and skirmishes. If you are running with a support that brings a lot of healing this rune could actually be played, because the overheal from the support could be useful against a heavy poke lane.

Triumph This is the go to rune for most ADCs. This gives a massive heal on takedowns and grants also additional 20 gold, which could stack up quite quickly. Your goal as an ADC is to survival as long as you can in a teamfight, and gaining a 12% heal make a world of difference in terms of survivaling in a teamfight. Also on the botlane you will be against 2 players, that makes it after you kill one of them, you will gain the massive heal before you start fighting the remaining one, making it even more important to have. However, i do think Presence of Mind is stronger here
Legend: Alacrity Pretty straightforward, Ezreal scales well with Attack Speed These stacks increases everytime you takedown a Champion or simply kill minions, the more stacks you have, the more attack speed. One thing to note is that Legend: Alacrity is the easiest to stakc out of these 2.
Legend: Alacrity has a max stacks of 10 and starts with 3% Attack Speed even without any stacks!

Legend: Bloodline: I think this is the best choice for Ezreal just because of you will be building your Blade of the Ruined King as 3rd item, therefore it will take some time before you can get hold of your lifesteal. Legend: Alacrity helps with the damage and wave management, but the lifesteal from Legend: Bloodline is too big to miss out on if you don't rush any lifesteal item.

Coup de Grace This one is simple. Cut Down is vs tanks which that you will not try to focus anyway. Last Stand increases when you are low which you never want to be as an ADC, also your life steal will counteract this. As an ADC you also want to take the kills in order to carry late game, and Coup de Grace Makes it easier for that to happen.



INSPIRATION


Magical Footwear: This one is common for most ADC to pick. It helps with positioning which is a bit factor when you play ADC. Getting it for free is also a big plus because you want to get your Trinity Force and Manamune as soon as possible.

Cosmic Insight is rather simple. As Ezreal you will be spamming your abilities a lot, the more CDR you got, the better. Item CDR works with Blade of the Ruined King and summoner spells are always useful on ADCs

First will be the Offense shards
Diamond Axe and Time Because Vayne scales really well with Attack speed, the Axe rune will always be the superior choice.

In the middle we have the Flex shards
Diamond Shield Circle Because we are playing the ADC role, we want to put out as much damage as we can, and Diamond is the only damage choice on this row, therefore we will go with the Diamond

The last row is a bit more interesting, it will be the Defense shards
Heart Shield and Circle to choice between. In 70% of the scenarios I would recommand the Shield because the damage will be Physical Damage from the ADC in most of the cases. However! There are cases when the support actually deals more damage than the ADC in laning, therefore, going with Circle might not be a bad idea. Heart Could also benefit Vayne because it scales as you level, and as Vayne you become really powerful later into the game. Another thing to note is if you are vs heavy Physical Damage or Magic Damage team, you can swap to Shield or Circle depending on their team composition
