Champion Build Guide
Quinn is the best champ because not only can she run it down mid at the speed of sound, she can actually kill people and win games if you want to play her properly, I guess.
I'll probably flesh out a proper guide to Quinn later on as I actually do really enjoy playing her, not just zooming into the enemy fountain with her. But as always I'm lazy so just have fun with these stupid *** builds for now.
