Yasuo

My personal perma ban in general, he can be stupidly annoying all lane and all in you every time in the game. If you dont ban him for an motive, pick fleet footwork and harass only for proc the rune (farm simulator lane)

Ryze

Ryze is one of Teemo's most classic counters at Top. That's because you just can't counter anything he does. The lane will boil down to him throwing waves at the tower spamming skill, you farming with non-stop pressure, along with the very big chance (remember that the current meta is Ryze perma stun) to take a dive, if you're in a descent elo. What you can do is get Fleet Footwork and just farm and ping so your team doesn't die for Ryze walking freely around the map and pulling the wave very fast.

Vladimir

Another farm simulator lane, if you try trade with him, he will heal and deal more damage in you. Soon, pick Fleet Footwork with second wind and try only farm in the lane. You can start trade if you buy Rejuvenation Bead and dont extend the fights to an long trade (always loose).

Kled

Kled is a special case, as it looks like he's just a sicker version of Sett. However, it's worse than you might think, as unfortunately, his all-in practically insta kill the teemo after the extreme early game (similarly to Yasuo and Yone). In the first waves you will be able to pressure him a lot, however later it will become impossible, as he will be able to zone with the grab in addition to the all in that has already been said. In that case I recommend you go with Conqueror (something very risky), but if you play as safe as possible and only try to trade when he makes a mistake; it is possible to hold an all-in, even more so if you already start the trade with an ignite. Now if you're not mechanically guaranteed, go Fleet Footwork and play a farm simulator lane, always ping for gank in case he freezes (since doing it alone is literally suicide).

Jayce

Jayce might be on a four out of five scale here, however there is something that makes him a perfect current counter to teemo. And that's the fact that he can jump on you giving you a fast combo (practically using only skills, and you can only blind his auto attack) pushing you back, making it impossible for you to force any long trades (which you usually win if has a decent amount of health) , so repeating until he can just turn on brainless mode and kill you. Adding in the wonderful hitbox, which riot games were pleased to create, of Jayce's buffed Q, makes the lane phase horrible both from afar and up close. So to be able to play without feeding this lane, go with Fleet Footwork with bone plating, always being careful not to take his Q buffed as you don't have any absurd sustain as you abdicated it to survive the high burst of the fast combo.

Yone

Sometimes worse than his sick brother, Yone was born to spoil the experience of any laner who isn't a CC abuser. I recommend that you do the same as you would playing against yasuo, however disturbing your Jungler even more to gank, since he will all-in you all the time and go back to the tower like nothing happened (besides being a fighter that has airborne in everything he does). So do Fleet Footwork with bone plating playing like a farm simulator lane.

My personal perma ban when i play Tankmo Mid. If you're up against a bad Zed, you'll be fine with Fleet Footwork just farming and poking sometimes. Now if you play against a good Zed, you have no other possibility than losing the lane, giving complete waves of minions, in addition to him rotating the whole map and you can't do anything. So the only thing you can do is pray that your team doesn't feed him more than you do, lol.
