Mobiboots are really good if u can roam much,
CDR Boots are an Option if u have an ADC with low self sufficiency, as u cant roam much anyway, and CDR Boots grant u more flashes.Get CDR Items
to have more hooks! Finishing 45% CDR is 1st priority in Itemization.
