Gameplan - pros, cons
So as Ekko, you want to ideally: bully your opponent, shove the wave, roam and get kills either for you, or your teammates, then snowball the game out of control.
The weakness of Ekko is obvoiusly in his matchups. As you can see he has a lot of hard matchups and counterpicks - thats just another reason why Ekko jungle is so strong.
The strenght of Ekko is in his skirmishes and teamfights power. Also his damage is busted once you get ahead.

Early game
Be PATIENT. I cant stress this enough. Dont just jump on everyone lv2, most of the time you will get outdamaged. There are some matchups where you have to be more aggro, but most of the time, you should wait for you powerspikes.
Once you get protobelt, take lense and start the shove > roam > shove > roam
Playing Ekko mid is like playing "sekkond" jungler. (haha)

Mid game
Usually go to sidelane if you are ahead and push, look for picks and deep ward.
Watchout for objectives tho as your team will need you, especially if you have most of the kills.

Late game
You will have **** tons of damage now, but wait, you are also squishy. You have to avoid enemy CC, so wait until they use it, but not too long so they dont kill your team and then cc you anyway. It is kinda hard, so good luck.
