You are your biggest thread. Don't let toxic players ruin your day and mind and stay always focused on the game. If YOU do a mistake don't rage and rather chill and try again.
Champion Build Guide

- Chill ---- Raging
Draven player will NEVER be as good as chilling one. Also don't be toxic and rather enjoy the game. If you will flame your ADC for every CS he/she missed you will never have as good time as you would If you would try to encourage her/him instead. So jump into the game type 'GLHF <3' in the very start, be positive, don't rage, say 'sorry' If you do a mistake, don't report players that are nice but feed, be cooperative, type 'GGWP' as you win/lose - It is only a game so Who cares If you win or lose as long as you have fun you are always a winner!!.
- Warding is key to victory. So make sure you are constantly warding and upgrading
Stealth Ward into
Oracle Lens once your support item quest is completed
- Most of
Draven's power comes catching his
Spinning Axe. Do not ignore it and accept it as a part of your kit.
- Try to use
Glacial Augment ice zone in jungle where paths are slim so the enemy will have no way to escape it.
- Use your
Stand Aside to block channeling spells of your enemies.
- Make sure you recast
Whirling Death slightly before it even reaches the target, since it always take some time until it starts coming back.
- Make sure you use
Glacial Augment passive in early game a lot. The second part of this keystone rune will be useful in mid to late game especially.
- You can potentially
Stand Aside +
Flash to cast the ability instantly after flashing. This method is much more efficient then
Flash +
Flash +
Stand Aside. Use it to kill running enemies.
- Losing Adoration hurts a lot. Try to not die when you have some stacks of it. It is never worth to rush Kill for Kill situations for you.
- By positioning yourself next to the wall the
Spinning Axe will be much more focused on you when it starts coming back. Use this while killing a dragon to take a second breath from never ending catching.

On first back make sure you buy

Berserker's Greaves If you feel like you want to do damage this game.
Mobility Boots that help you roam, go for deep jungle warding or just getting faster into the lane.
Ninja Tabi If you are facing AD/AA team compositions like:
Tryndamere top,
Yasuo mid,
Sona support,
Ashe bot and
Evelynn jungle.
Mercury's Treads If you are facing AP/CC team compositions like:
Renekton top,
Syndra mid,
Zyra support,
Varus bot and
Karthus jungle.
Boots of Swiftness If you are facing teams with a lot of slows like:
Nasus top,
Anivia mid,
Yuumi support,
Ashe bot and
Hecarim jungle
Then make sure you buy once again

- If you want more Utility just upgrade your
Bilgewater Cutlass into
Hextech Gunblade and you're good to go!
- If you want more Damage on the other hand you will need to sell your
Bilgewater Cutlass once you reach exactly 2280 gold and then immediately buy
Stormrazor followed up by selling
Black Mist Scythe to buy
Black Cleaver instead.

- When playing against poke supports like
Lulu or
Sona I suggest going
Steel Shoulderguards path. Your job is to not get poked for 2 reasons. 1st the obvious one is to not get destroyed by their damage. 2nd the less obvious one is that they propably use
Spellthief's Edge so every time they hit you with spell or autoattack they get money - less you get hit - less money they'll have - less damage they do. Their HP bars are however very low and they can be easily killed. Wait for their most dangerous abilities to go on cooldown (
Whimsy,
Howling Gale,
Aqua Prison, etc.) and then engage. With help of your junglers you can make easy kills because of their lack of movement abilities. Also do not forget to constantly ward so you have the best vision on map possible. Later on in the game you get enough power to kill most supports with ease. Try to punish them when they are alone (most likely to do deep warding or destroying
Control Wards. In late game try to play safe and be prepared to engage a while after teamfight started so they don't have much CC abilities.
- When playing against melee supports I suggest you to go
Spectral Sickle path because it's procing is much easier If you have more range then them. Be prepared to attack them every time they go for CS with AA +
Stand Aside + AA to get as much money as possible from
Spellthief's Edge. Most of melee supports have got some strong skillshot abilities like
Zenith Blade,
Rocket Grab,
Death Sentence, etc.. Make sure they won't hit you and engage when they are on cooldown. Make sure you focus the enemy ADC and not those tanky bois. You should consider building
Lord Dominik's Regards later on If they have more tanks.
