Offensive
Summoner's Wrath
: Once you have used
Ignite, it provides you with 5 bonus AD and AP. Helps your early game a lot.
Fury
: This build focuses on AP Attackspeed. Bonus Attackspeed = you kill your oponents faster
Blast
: Gives you more AP = you do more damage
Arcane Knowledge
: Gives you a decent amount of magic penetration. It helps you do more damage and is a must take, because in this build we don't have that much magic penetration. That means every bit of extra magic penetration is welcomed.
Mental Force
: Gives you a huge boost to your early game damage.
Spellsword
: Most of our damage is dealt with autoattacks...and in combination with
Toxic Shot your autoattacks deal even more damage and will hurt like hell.
Archmage
: This masterie is awesome and a must-have. It increases your AP by 5%. That means...the more AP you get, the stronger this masterie.
Executioner
: This is awesome for dueling, because you do even more damage with your shrooms and poison to enemys below 50% health.
Utility
Summoner's Insight
:
Flash is such an awesome masterie. You can use it both offensive (for example closing a gap between yourself and the one you are chasing) and defensive (escaping dangerous situations). So having
Flash on a lower cooldown can save your life or earn you a kill more often.
Wanderer
: Increases your already insane movementspeed even more.
Mastermind
: You can use both your summoner spells more often.
Biscuiteer
: It gives you more sustain in lane, so you can stay in lane and farm a bit longer.

Utility

Ideal
Ignite: Increases your kill potential a lot. It will reduce healing effects of your target, like
Master Yi's
Meditate, so it is unlikely that a
Health Potion will save them, once they are low life. They are destined to die ;)
Flash: It is the best live-saving summoner spell, because only
Flash enables you to for example jump over walls. Combined with
Teemo's insane movementspeed you can literally escape almost any situation.
OK
Barrier: If you think, you don't need
Ignite for killing enemies and the enemy team has a lot gap-closers that deal a lot of damageas well, than you can take this summoner spells, because it will absorb a lot of damage and you will make it to your base a live. For example the enemy team has a
Akali.
Akali is so dangerous because of her Ult
Shadow Dance. She jumps at you...and because you are so squishy, you will just die (if you don't have
Barrier).
It also is great for surviving tracer ults like
Caitlyn's
Ace in the Hole or global ults like
Karthus's
Requiem.
Heal: Helps you and, if playing bot lane, your partner to sustain in lane. Also great for team-fights, because you can heal your entire team.
Teleport: Good for ganking and split-pushing. But...you are so fast, it won't save you that much time.
Cleanse: Only take this, if the enemy team has tons of CC. Can save your life, if you get stunned.
No...just...no
Ghost: You are already extremely fast and your
Move Quick is sort of a mini
Ghost. You really don't need more movementspeed.
Smite: Yeah...you can smite a minion every 70 seconds. Aehm...you are not a jungler...so no.
Revive:
Teemo is a God in running away, so you shouldn't die too often.
Clarity: 95% of the time you should be poking your opponents with your autoattacks, not
Blinding Darts. And the cooldown of
Noxious Trap is too long to get problems with mana.
Clairvoyance: You have your
Noxious Traps to provide you and your teammates with vision.
Exhaust: Your
Noxious Traps do the slowing part and your
Blinding Dart blinds the opponent. You don't need to reduce their Attackspeed, when you can blind the enemy so they won't be able to land their autoattacks anyways.

OK

camouflage Camouflage (Passive)
If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for 2 seconds, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 2 seconds.
This passive is awesome. You can play ward or suprise your enemies, when you attack them out of nowhere and land a few autoattacks thanks to the 40% increased attackspeed. This will force them already to use their first
Health Potion, unless they have a support who can heal them, like
Soraka.
Blinding Dart (Q)
Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing damage to the target unit and causing all attacks to miss for the duration. Deals 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.8 AP) magic damage and causes the target to miss all of their attacks for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.
This is the reason, why any autoattack relianed champion fears you. It does nice damage and blinds them, when maxed, for 2,5 seconds. Very useful in top/bot lane, because those are usually the lanes, where autoattack champions play. You can autoattack them and laugh at them, because they won't hit a single autoattack. Midlane this is only useful for some damage, because all Midlaners use their skills to kill you, not their autoattacks.
Move Quick (W)
Passive: Teemo's Movement Speed is increased by 10/14/18/22/26% unless he has been damaged by an enemy champion or turret in the last 5 seconds.
Active: Teemo sprints, gaining twice his normal bonus for 3 seconds. This bonus is not lost when struck.
This is your escape/chasing ability. The active is like a mini [Ghost]. Only very few champions (like
Master Yi and
Singed) can match with you in terms of speed thanks to this ability.
Toxic Shot (E)
Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.3 AP) magical damage upon impact and 6/12/18/24/30 (+0.10 AP) magical damage each second for 4 seconds.
This ability is the reason, why you will do tons of damage. You can autoattack, run, autoattack, run and really annoy your opponent with this, cause they are unable to catch up to you and you do quite a lot of damage with just a few autoattacks.
This ability is also great for last-hitting minions. Thanks to the poison you will get almost every single last-hit.
Noxious Trap (R)
Uses a stored mushroom to place a trap that detonates if an enemy steps on it, spreading poison to nearby enemies that slows movement speed by 30/40/50% and deals 200/325/450 (+0.8 AP) magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes, Teemo can store a maximum of 3 traps on his at once.
These are the feared shrooms of death. Low live champions will fear brushes, because usually people teleport themselves back to base in brushes, because they don't want to be seen by any opponent. It happened so often that, when I was in base I suddenly heared:,, You have slain an enemy". Make sure to place your shrooms in high-traffic areas and you will see.
But the
Noxious Traps do also have another awesome effect: They are like wards. You don't have to buy any wards (except
Vision Wards for Baron and Dragon). Place them near buffs and on possible waysof the enemie jungler so your team knows, where he is. You will be able to avoid most ganks with this.
You also can use
Noxious Traps to initiate a fight or a duel. You place the shroom...than draw the attention of an enemy and lure them into the shroom. The shroom will slow them and hurt a lot. Afterwards you blind them with
Blinding Dart and autoattack them to death. ,,You have slain an enemy!"

Top lane
: Careful, OP! Once he hits level 2 he has the potential to kill you right away. Becareful not to be grabed by him with his
Apprehend. The key to win this lane is to force him out of lane as soon as possible by poking him constantly, but with caution. Be careful about ganks, because Darius can set up ganks very well with his grab, so don't push to hard. Once he hits level 6...if he lands his full combo your are dead, because
Noxian Guillotine does shocking amounts o damage to a little squishy
Teemo.
Difficulty: 7/10
: The lane is as good as won. He can't grab you or something like this so you can poke him like hell without receiving anything in exchange. But you have to push him frequently, because otherwise he is just going to heal himself thanks to his passive
Perseverance. You will automatically push the lane, because of your strong poke he is only able to farm beneath his turret. So be careful of ganks. Once he hits level 6, be a bit more careful, because his ult
Demacian Justice, just like
Darius ult
Noxian Guillotine does shocking amounts of damage to a squishy little
Teemo.
Difficulty: 2/10
: In this case it is totally depending on who plays smarter and better. Try not to get poked too much and keep the lane a bit closer to your turret, but not close enough, so that your turret steals you some farm. This will enable your jungler to gank the enemy
Teemo. You win this lane, if you farm better and outsustain him in lane. You can't kill him yourself, unless he is stupid. Call for ganks.
Difficulty: 5/10
: He doesn't stand a chance against your power of cuteness. His only ranged skill is his Slow
Mega Adhesive and to land his
Fling he has to get extremely close to you. Pre 6 he will not be able to do that, because you are faster than him. Once he hits level 6 he matches your speed. If uses his slow in the right time...well...you are dead.
Difficulty: 3/10
I have never run this match up, but I think this one is very dangerous. She can poke you well, unless you constantly blind her with
Blinding Dart.
I think pre 6 a fight would end up in a draw. I would recommend playing defensive against her, because she really does a lot of damage right from the start. She is a natural pusher with her
Righteous Fury, so call for early ganks. This will hopefully shut her down. Once she hits level 6
Kayle will become extremely dangerous for you. If you have pushed the lane a bit too far she slows you with
Reckoning and follows up with
Righteous Fury. If you should make it back to your tower, she can tower dive with ease using her ult
Intervention. She won't suffer any damage at all for a short period of time, but that's more than enough to kill a low live
Teemo. Place some
Noxious Traps near/behind the turret, so she will be slowed and can't get away.
Difficulty: 10/10
So you are facing the Grand Duelist. Well...pre 6 most of her damage comes from her autoattacks so you will be save thanks to
Blinding Dart. Once she hits level 6, be extremely careful. She can double gap-close you with
Lunge and then ult you with
Blade Waltz. Due to the fact that she is untargeable during her ult, she can towerdive you with ease. Even, if you are full-life...you will not survive this combo. The only thing you can do is stand behind your turret and farm as good as possible. Call for ganks to shut her down.
Difficulty: 7/10
Easy match up. You counter him thanks to
Blinding Dart. Past 6 this won't change. His ult
Undying Rage only allows him to stay alive a bit longer. Don't push to hard, because otherwise you will get ganked.
Difficulty 2/10
Mid lane
Pre 6 you out-poke her, but once she hits level 6 go to your turret and stay there. She can instakill you with
Summon: Tibbers and her stun up. Call for ganks.
Difficulty: 9/10
Same like Annie. Pre 6 you out-poke him, but be careful of his stun
Event Horizon. He can deal quite a lot of damage to you right after having all his 3 basic abilities. After 6 same like
Annie. Be extremely cautious. Call for ganks.
Difficulty: 9/10
You are against an AP
Master Yi? He can poke you quite well with his
Alpha Strike and farm at the same time. Thing is, he can't kill you with just a
Alpha Strike. Be careful, when you are getting low life. When he hits level 6, he can tower-dive with ease thanks to the insane amount of bonus movementspeed his ult
Highlander grands.
Ganks need to kill him, because otherwise he will just run to his tower and heal himself with
Meditate.
Difficulty: 7/10
Don't get hit by her
Javelin Toss / Takedown. This ability can one-shot you. So move a lot and try to stand behind minions to avoid this. If she misses her spear...poke her like hell. You win this lane, if you manage to avoid her spears and poke her frequently.
Difficulty: 4/10
This is an interesting match up. He is meelee, so you can rely annoy him with your autoattack harrass. He will harrass you back with
Null Sphere, but in the end you will do more damage to him than he does to you (only pre 6), because you are not spell relianed, but autoattack relianed, so you don't care about the silence. Pre 6 play very aggressive and call for ganks to shut him down. Once he reaches level 6, be very carefully. If he manages to land his entire burst, you are a dead
Teemo. If not, hit him with everything you have. He will probably loose to you.
Difficulty: 6/10
This matchups depends on how good you are at dodging skillshots. If you are bad at dodging skillshots, pray for mercy - if you are good at dodging skillshots you outpoke him so hard, that you will easily force him out of the lane.
Difficulty: 4/10 (if good at dodging skillshots) / 10/10 (if bad at dodging skillshots)
Talon is an AD midlaner. What you have to do is playing defensive against this guy, because he is made to kill squishies like you. You have to poke him with
Blinding Dart, because otherwise he will jump on you, silence you leaving you unable to do something against his
Noxian Diplomacy. [[Noxian Diplomacy empowers his next autoattack, so causing it to miss is crucial. If can't hit you with it, you will be safe from a lot of damage. Call for ganks to shut him down.
Difficulty: 8/10
Pre 6 you are save. She can only harras you with
Mark of the Assassin. But she can du it frequently, because she uses energy instead of mana. Once she hits level 6, you can't do sh*t against her. If she gets 3 stacks on
Shadow Dance, you can run as fast as you want...she will close every gap towards you.
Barrier is highly recommended here, because it helps you absorb some damage from her ult. Stay behind your turret, so she can not easily tower dive you.
She can avoid ganks thanks to the invisibility granted by
Twilight Shroud.
Difficulty: 10/10
Almost the same like
Akali. Pre 6 you are pretty save, but her harrass is very nice, because she doesn't use mana nor enegry. She can spam
Bouncing Blade to poke you and farm at the same time. Once she hits level 6, it becomes very dangerous for you. She dan
Shunpo behing you (she will take reduced damage) and follow with her ult
Death Lotus. You need
Barrier to survive this, because otherwise you will be killed everytime she uses this combo. Use
Barrier and activate
Move Quick to get out of her ult range in time.
She can avoid ganks with her
Shunpo by just jumping on to one of her minions. Call for ganks that bring CC like a silence or a stun.
Difficulty: 9/10
Bot lane
Quinn has a medium early game. But, and that is very important, she can be very dangerous. Her passive
Harrier does hurt A LOT right from the beginning. She also can blind you with
Blinding Assault. If you have a cross like symbol above you, get away from her or
Blinding Dart her immediately, because otherwise she will trigger
Harrier and you will suffer a lot of damage. After hitting level 6, she matches your speed thanks to Tag Team. Be careful, because she is one of the very few ADCs who can win against you.
Difficulty: 7/10
Pre 6 you outduel her so hard. Play aggressive and poke her a lot. When reaching level 6, she has the potential to kill you with her ult
Bullet Time. So don't engage her, if you are not full-life.
Difficulty: 4/10
He can poke you a lot with
Mystic Shot. Stay behind your minions and you will be save. If you start poking him much, he will start playing more defensive, meaning, he will be last-hitting minions with
Mystic Shot. This way, you won't be able to poke him, but he also won't be able to poke you. So...this is a farming lane. If he is playing defensive, becareful of ganks, because the minion wave will be closer to his turret. Be careful of his ult
Trueshot Barrage. He can snipe you and kill you, if you are low life.
Difficulty: 3/10
This lane is fairly easy. Pre 6 you outduel her. Once hitting level 6 she can initiate a duel with
Enchanted Crystal Arrow by stunning you, hiting you with
Volley and than autoattack you. Thing is, she will loose these fights. She hits you with her ult, fires her
Volley at you and than you blind her with
Blinding Dart and autoattack her to death. She can't really win against you. But, like
Ezreal she can snipe you with her ult, if you are low on health.
Difficulty: 2/10
This is the hardest match up you can get on bot lane. She has a good harrass ability with
Piltover Peacemaker and she can outpoke you with her autoattacks as well thanks to her enormous range (kinda obvious, because she is using a sniper). She will try to poke you down and, when hiting level 6, shoot you with
Ace in the Hole. This is one of the match ups, where I would recommend taking
Barrier instead of
Ignite, because the shield really helps you a lot against her.
Difficulty: 8/10
Varus has great dueling capabilities thanks to his
Blighted Quiver and his ult
Chain of Corruption. He can poke you well and savely with
Piercing Arrow, so make sure to dodge as often as possible. But you should be out-poking him, cause your autoattack harras is more efficient. If he manages to hit you with his ult, as soon as the stun is over, bling him with
Blinding Dart. I think, most fights will end in a draw. The key of killing him is luring him into your
Noxious Traps, so he won't be able to escape and he will suffer quite a lot of damage.
