-In late game or maybe even in early game becaouse of your extreme power of Noxious Trap every one gets Oracle's Elixir and Vision Ward so its hard for you but still by putting your mushrooms on bushes works.

Most Viable Summoner Spells
: Flash its the most usefull spell in game you can easily use this skill to kill your enemys if they are running.
: You need ignite i take ignite for all my builds by ignite u can guarentee a kill.
Other Summoner Spells That Can Be Viable To Choose
: Maybe exhaust can work too it could be usefull to save your life and maybe turn a 1 vs 1 .
: It could be usefull but i generally do not get heal but u can still get heal if u want.
Summoener Spells That Are Non Viable
: This is just a very bad choise ony adc like Varus, Vayne, Ezreal etc gets cleanse and its reason is to remove ignite and exhaust on bottom lane but you are solo top altough cleanse is not usefull instead cleasne you can get ignite or flash better.
: Revive is not so much usefull for teemo revive is usefull for champion which can do global ultimate like Karthus Requiem or Ezreal's Trueshot Barrage
or maybe Shen's Stand United so these type of ultimates are usefull with Revive press Revive and use ult to kill your enemy or help your allie or maybe if your ult was not full cd you Revive and use.
: So Surge is only usefull when you need attack speed surge can be still usefull but i never choosed Surge getting other viable summoener spells are better
still champion which depens on attack speed and needs ap are usefull on Surge which early game Teemo do not needs so much attack speed because of his pasife and Blinding Dart which is Teemo's main damage dealing equipment at early game with his noxius trap.
: Just a bad choise you are even not a jungler and getting Smite
would be trolling with a ap Teemo while laning.
: Not a good choise you are not support and now a days not many peaple are getting Clairvoyance not even supps they are more likely getting Exhaust.
: You should have not mana problem altough you need to use blinding dart to kill enemys or to start off 1 vs 1 and the only thing which eats mana is mushrooms but just for noxius trap u put in 20- 30 secs and after you use your Clarity your mana finishes off again becaouse you put more fast mushrooms then clarity can give you.
: Not a good choise you altough run fast and teleport no still you can get Teleport it might be usefull to tp to your tower and not lose minions but no getting Flash or Ignite is much more better.
: Just Promote is the baddest idea for Teemo you dont need any thing like this.
: Might be usefull to stack the speed with your move quick but you dont need more speed you get the almost highes speed with activation of Move Quick so no need for more speed.

Explanation: This could be the one of best passifes u could hide and make perfect ambush for the enemys or stand at a place and make ur enemys thing that u gone there is a mastery knows as improved recall u can give to this mastery in utility to be invisible while going b its great. And for notice any kind of knock back can make the pasife go off or taunts.
Deals 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+80% of ability power) magic damage and causes the target to miss all of their attacks for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 seconds.

Explanation: This is the thing which makes teemo annoying killing everyone while u r not there or when u r died i got a huge explanation about mushrooms cuz if u use them right they give a huge advantage.
Placing a Noxious Trap or two behind the first turret and before the 2nd near the paths to the jungle but not in the minions' path can turn an almost kill into an easy kill.
Teemo's Noxious Trap can be used to farm creep waves very effectively; it is best to keep your mushrooms spread out and not too close to each other. If a lane has enemy minions stacking on each other (especially the ranged minions), pop a Noxious Trap down in the middle of them and watch them all die in just a few seconds.
Put a Noxious Trap at key locations on the map, such as by the Dragon or Baron Nashor to reveal when your enemies might be attempting to kill them or to prevent opponents from ganking and make counter ganks. This is similar to a Sight Ward but the range that Noxious Trap reveals is much smaller.
Put a Noxious Trap inside brushes and entrances to your lanes or your team's side of the map to ensure maximum safety.
When fighting against a Twisted Fate, be careful because if he uses Destiny any Noxious Traps near any ally will be revealed.
When laying down Noxious Traps in the jungle, keep in mind that the champion movement pathing often hugs the terrain as they take the shortest route to the selected location. Laying traps against walls at turning points will increase the chance enemies will run into them on their way to/from lanes.
Also, when laying traps in a lane, remember that minions travel through the middle, and if the front minion runs into it only he and one minion behind him will be hit. Placing them on the sides can increase the chances of hitting a champion.
Placing two to three Noxious Traps by the enemy red or blue buff is generally a good idea considering you might just get lucky and steal it from them while slowing their farming down.
It's sometimes a good idea to place a few Noxious Traps behind you before entering a teamfight, that way if you begin to lose, your team can run off and lead the enemy right into a minefield.
If planting mushrooms at Dragon or Baron Nashor, they will provide vision if placed off to the side.
Don't forget that Noxious Trap can be placed down in team fights and only has a short time to arm (1 second). Doing this could secure a kill or slow down a enemy when he/she is trying to escape.
Keep in mind that Noxious Traps have the damage power of the moment you place them and do not become stronger if you build extra ability power later. However when you level up and put a skill point in Noxious Trap it will also upgrade the traps you already placed.
If you are suspecting a possible towerdive from an opposing champion, place Noxious Traps behind and in front of your turret in order to slow and deal damage to the enemy.
If an enemy is engaging you at melee range, Noxious Traps can be used to peel them off you by placing one underneath you and stepping backwards.

I realy thing so much for the right masteries cuz teemo is only good with right masteries i give 21 offensife 6 defens 3 Utility giving classic ap masteries on offensife going for armor and magic res at defens making teemo better at early game and going for mana on utility cuz mushrooms and q eats so much mana.

So one build is never enough because according to the enemy you will need to change your build or if you go always one build you would not be that good or advantaged against enemy , so thats why I will show you guys some other build or items that can be used ;

Abyssal Mask : So this item is great it givesmagic res and it reduces magic res of enemys inside a area you can get this item if your enemys has a fed ap or if you are feeling hard against a fed ap.
Lich Bane : One of my favorite items for ap champs allowing to deal damage after using any skill this item is very suited for Teemo , Teemo can use his Blinding Dart and hit Lich Bane's pasife its great you can add this item if you would like or you would get this item when need of magic res however you cant get Lich Bane as a last item because its pasife deals as much as damage as you have ability power.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter : This item is great slowing your enemys with mushroom + rylai's pasife and also this item gives you health its not so much but enough for some durability.

Rod of Ages : So I get this becaouse of health and mana altough with rylai it gives you totall of 3000 health or something like this its great for defensife ap Teemo.
Zhonya's Hourglass : So this item is for fed adc armor and stasis very great combination giving you a very big advantage blinding mushrooms then stasis then again blind mushroom and die.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter : So in this build there is also Rylai's Crystal Scepter its reason is because Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Rod of Ages are the only items that give health and health so if you are facing with any kind of fed ad or ap get these 2 items and get other items like Abyssal Mask and Zhonya's Hourglass to provide you armor and magic res.

Going for Frozen Mallet making me tanky and giving me attack damage getting Maw of Malmortius making me more tanky with magic resistance and attack damage and getting Atma's Impaler giving me attack damage critical strike and armor after it going for Madred's Bloodrazor giving me attack speed, armor and attack damage after it going for Wit's End getting attack speed and magic res a great combination of attack damage, attack speed, health and armor.

Lich Bane : One of my favorite items for ap champs allowing to deal damage after using any skill this item is very suited for Teemo , Teemo can use his Blinding Dart and hit Lich Bane's pasife its great you can add this item if you would like or you would get this item when need of magic res however you cant get Lich Bane as a last item because its pasife deals as much as damage as you have ability power.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter : This item is great slowing your enemys with mushroom + rylai's pasife and also this item gives you health its not so much but enough for some durability.

Rod of Ages : So I get this becaouse of health and mana altough with rylai it gives you totall of 3000 health or something like this its great for defensife ap Teemo.
Zhonya's Hourglass : So this item is for fed adc armor and stasis very great combination giving you a very big advantage blinding mushrooms then stasis then again blind mushroom and die.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter : So in this build there is also Rylai's Crystal Scepter its reason is because Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Rod of Ages are the only items that give health and health so if you are facing with any kind of fed ad or ap get these 2 items and get other items like Abyssal Mask and Zhonya's Hourglass to provide you armor and magic res.

Going for Frozen Mallet making me tanky and giving me attack damage getting Maw of Malmortius making me more tanky with magic resistance and attack damage and getting Atma's Impaler giving me attack damage critical strike and armor after it going for Madred's Bloodrazor giving me attack speed, armor and attack damage after it going for Wit's End getting attack speed and magic res a great combination of attack damage, attack speed, health and armor.
In team fight putting a couple of mushrooms in the inside of team fight will give u and ur team a great advantage.You cant do pretty much in teamfights just putting mushrooms inside the team fight and thats all but mushrooms dealing a lot of damage gives u and ur team a large amount of advantage and also when u and ur allies running from a teamfight for some reasons then by shrooms u can slow them . You can put shrooms around the places they could run from and when they press on shrooms they will slow or die. Teemo shrooms effectife from many ways allowing your team to run or maybe making it harder for enemy to run.
Purchasing a Oracle's Elixir will help you see his Noxious Trap or Teemo himself that is hidden with his Camouflage.
Alternatively, you can set up Vision Ward in the strategic place where you think Teemo will place his Noxious Trap.
When facing Teemo as a DPS champion that is auto-attack reliant, it is best advised to buy a Quicksilver Sash to remove the blind CC from his Blinding Dart.
Use a Health Potion when you are low on health and are affected by Toxic Shot, that way you can negate the poison damage from his Toxic Shot.
When chasing an enemy Teemo that enters Camouflage, area of effect and skill shot abilities can forcibly cause Teemo to break stealth and attempt to escape. Knockback effects will break Teemo's Camouflage as well.
When facing AP build Teemo during early game, they will typically poke and run, letting their poison deal damage and lowering your health gradually, until they are able to burst. Be prepared to pull away if he approaches, and use Health Potions to keep your health high.
Do not chase Teemo if he attacks once and then runs, particularly AP Teemo, as he is most likely luring you through a field of Noxious Traps.
Because much of Teemo's early game poke is damage over time, the Indomitable mastery is more effective in decreasing his poke damage.
: Yorick Can full out his health by his skills and deals damage from his ability skills usually this means Blinding Dart do not does anything and mushrooms of Teemo are not so much doing damage to Yorick because he fulls health from one side while if Yorick gets magic res then Teemo stands no change.
: Akali deals damage from her ability skills too so Blinding Dart means nothing while mushrooms , Akali is a jumper in mean using ult and jumping so no touching to mushrooms but if Teemo fed can still get akali maybe.
: Jayce can kill Teemo too but need to get fed as i know other wise Teemo can kill him but Jayce have cc stun etc so very hard for Teemo to attack Jayce meanwhile. There are some other reasons like Jayce got 6 ability skills and Blinding Dart not works so far its hard for Teemo.
: Its Fizz , Fizz counters everything almost. Jump through Teemo Ulti to Teemo couple of hits and teemo dies. But I dont want to show Teemo bad so i want to say i good player a player which plays Teemo usually can kill Fizz hard but its possible.
: Kha'Zix ability deals incredible damage while 1 vs 1 its hard for Kha'Zix to kill Teemo but i really dont know who would win 1 vs 1 , Kha'Zix vs Teemo after right build and play style Kha'Zix would loose.
: Pantheon is the best counetr against Teemo, pantheons q Spear Shot deals very good damage after q Spear Shot and after the stun Aegis of Zeonia ,
Teemo will die sadly.( I tryed out all these counters in 1 vs 1 solo top or in other places but someof them i didnt but still panth can kill teemo easly).
: I didnt tryed Vladimir actually but as i searched they say late game Vladimir vs Teemo Vladimir wins.

In early game around - 20 min of game teemo blinding dart only deals good damage so u need to def untill mid game cuz in mid game ur mushrooms will deal quite good damage and in late game u will deal extremely good daamge forcing everyone to buy elixirs however many peaple do not thing of buying elixirs weird.
In mid game around 20 - 30 min of the game teemo mushrooms starting to deal damage and blinding dart deals incredibly high damage so you are now more able to kill your enemys while also chasing someone u can easily hit ur blinding and kill the enemy easily while 2 or more allies are attacking to same enemy.
Late game around 40 - 60 min of the game teemo mushrooms deal incredibly damage and forcing everyone to get oracles but np still while going through brushes they press shrooms and still your blinding deals good damage + your toxic shots will now deal very good damage thats why in build i go for attack speed.

So i hope u all find this build usefull please leave a comment to tell me my mistakes so i improve them and like dislike for me to know i do it good or bad this is my first build so i may make some mistakes but i hope that this build even help someone then i could be happy and i say please tell me a reason if u disliked the guide so i improve it .
