He obviously can kill you in a combo, but, you have more move speed than him and can easily dodge his skills while kiting him, I don't think it's a hard lane, but it require patience and focus to win. Play defensive and punish him when he is on CDs.

His ganks are slow and you will probably have vision and anti-gank mushrooms, so you won't have any problem with him.

Get W level 2 and you will be able to dodge her Qs, rush Boots of Swiftness and if you want, go with Phase Rush, she won't be expecting so much move speed and kiting.

She is your natural counter, but, if you go with GotU and rush Mercury's Treads into Wits End you can survive her burst and kill her. Note that she usually knows that she can burst you, if you survive and kill her, she will tilt. :D

He was a high threat in the pass, but now you can bully him a lot, dodge his E and IF you think that you will get caught by his E, insta blind him, usually he will use his W after his E, so that way he will miss it while blinded, run away OR be near him when he casts Q so you won't be hitted by the blade, then run and kite back.

Dodge her Q to the opposite side of the moon haha and blind her, you can't actually die to her.

Read the notes of the GotU rune set, there is really no secrets against him. Charge your GotU in the minions and trade your AA with his Q. Note: Start with Corrupted Potion, he will start with one as well. Your AA will hurt more than his Q.

You are his natural counter, no secrets, just use your W do run away when he uses his Q to all-in you, them hit him back after he loses the move speed. :D

It is a really easy lane, but, you HAVE to respect his spike when he becomes MEGA gnar, just stay away and let him farm until it fades. He can't win you as little gnar haha :D

Move a lot, if he miss his Q, keep moving to dodge his E and NEVER run away from him in his all-ins, that way he will almost all the time miss his R because he will think that you will run away and will throw the barrel in the escape way.

Run in his direction and blind him, that's right, run in his direction, 'cause he will throw the smoke where you are OR in your back thinking that you will run away when you see him.

Not a hard laning, just bully her until she uses her W, it is a long CD so you can bully her more after that, in the begin of mid game you will already be able to enter in her W and kill her, just remember to keep moving and dodge her Rs :D

He will rarely gank you since you have the anti-gank mushrooms, but if you don't have, prepare your flash, because you can literally cancel his E hit with the flash :D

Kill his turrets and dodge his obvious E throws when you are going to hit his turrets, you will kill easily. Throw your mushrooms on his turrets, R turrets or waves, he will always run into them.

I think he is kinda op but have slow-cast skills so if you keep moving around you can kite him very easily.

You can punish her, dodge her E and focus on killing her tentacles to negate her Ws and get some gold as well :D

It's really easy to win a lane against her, she will always charge her passive on minions, so respect that, keep moving to dodge her stun and blind her, you can kill her since Irelia players are always so flustered :D

He is annoying, but you can dodge his chain and punish him hard. I found out that is really easy to kill him five times in 10 minutes :v Usually Kled players are flustered and you can use that to punish and tilt him early game. :D

This is a fun lane to play. Always be in the low parte of the lane, away from the bushes, he will be going there and jumping for the minions, the trick is: Pay atenttion to the health of YOUR minions, so you can know where he will jump, then you punish him in every jump he does. After 6, plant 1 mushroom in easch of the tri-bush and you will make him cry. :D

Repeat with me: All Riven players are flustered. That's right, punish and bait her to try to all-in you, keep using your W do dodge and go back to hit her. Use the GotU rune set, will make you survive her all-ins and you will be able to kill her. :D

He is an old counter to us, but we can play against him these days. Just avoid to confront him while he is putting fire on everything and dodge his harpoons. You should punish him after each of his casting skills. :)

I am Mestre Mecânico (aka OTP Toxin here in mobafire) and I am an ancient LoL player. I've started playing LoL in Alpha Week 2 back in 2009 and I main Teemo since his release in 2009-02-21. I've been in the top 20 players in the first two seasons and then stopped playing ranked games for a while, enjoying Twisted Treeline as a good main Teemo till it was discontinued...
I have four accounts nowadays, my first one in NA server which is inactive since I live in Brazil and can't really play with a high ping of 180; Three accounts in Brazil, being this one registered in MOBAFire in Emerald 2, one in Diamond 1 with a few games and one in Grandmaster with about 800 lp.
I like to play with a lot of different champions but Teemo is my only true love, since we are in this relationship for about 14 years already! <3
About this Guide
I don't intend to make a guide showing you guys about abilities, pros and cons, etc, because there is already a great in-depth guide by Sovereign Kitten, where he teaches you guys everything you need to know about Teemo, but he goes for the most common way, the AP Teemo.
Instead of that, I am here to teach you guys about the rune sets and build sets I've being working on, testing in ranked games in low and high elos, doing the Research and Development, calculating the possibilities and getting to the final results of all of them!
I've wrote about 82,8k characters in notes of literally everything in this guide!
These are the notes explaining everything you need to know about in:

I intend to keep it updated every 2 weeks since I study about them almost everyday. Note that there is NONE troll builds! I develop them between Emerald and GMs elos to work against every different type of situations. Most of these builds are meant to advanced Teemo players in order to use 100% of them in ranked games, said that, if you are a beginner, you should try them in normals first until you learn more about them. :D
I will also work in developing some images to teach you my own way to place mushrooms, you will see a lot of "anti-gank mushrooms" in the notes throughout the guide, so I will bring them in the near future :) I intend to bring some tips & tricks about teemo, teaching about his interactions with other champions mechanics, there is a lot to be taught :D
