Introduction
The Hand of Noxus. This is my first guide ever :D
Masteries
- Darius stacks Fervor pritty easily and it gives a lot AD. It may be overkill but its fine. In the lanes when you bully whole laning phase its pritty good. Always run Fervor against tanks and Trundle and Olaf. Fervor increases AD so it also increases damage on all Darius abilities. In my opinion best masteries right now and it also got a buff
- I dont play with this masteries a lot. Collosus is better in my opinion. Grasp is rly good when you have fully stacked passive it does a lot of dmg. But honestly I think you should ditch Grasp
- Only against very slow reliant team such as Ashe, Lissandra. But I would take Collosus or Fervor bcs I think they are simply better
- This shield is fcking massive. I cant remember how many times colossus saved me. Against very hard matchups that can obliterate your face take this. Especcialy against Vayne, Kennen, Jayce and Kayle.
Items
- MUST HAVE ITEM. This item fits Darius perfectly. HP, dmg, armor shredd and ms. Since Hemorrhage deals damage to your enemy 5 times, and The Black Cleavers passive gives you stacking armor reduction on your enemy for every time you deal physical damage to them, its not hard to see why this works so well. The build path is also very good because of the phage.
- This item is so good on Darius. 60 movement speed, damage and slow. Everything you need.
- It gives huge shield as well as 25% base damage.The +25% base attack damage granted as stats is not unique, and stacks additively, making it possible to multiply your base attack damage.
- This item is overpowered. Base health regeneration, health, mr and cooldown reduction. Plus increases effectiveness of all sources of health restoration by 25% (including health regeneration, life steal and spell vamp).
Pros / Cons
-Ridicuolus damage output. Darius is, thanks to his passive, able to deal crazy amount of damage with relativly tanky build.
-Relativly durable. Your Q heal along with
gives you a lot of hp. You can heal about 1500 HP if you hit 3 enemies with edge of your Q.-Few counters. Darius has only few counters that can really **** on you
-Almost impossible to kill 1 v 1. With this build Darius can 1 v 1 almost everyone in the game. Use that.
CONS
-Slow. Darius doesnt have anything that can boost his movement or gapcloser.
-Very, very hard to freeze lane. Your main ability in laning phase is your Q large area affect, so when you go for trades or something you will most likely hit a lot of minions.
-Mobile champions. Darius is very weak against mobile champions because his is obviously slow. Do not pick darius against Lee Sin, Le Blanc, Kalista...
-Easy to punish. If you miss your R in the teamfight, your half damage output is gone. If you dont land your Q correctly you are death.
